The service here is really amazing. They are very personable and go above and beyond to make your stay great! The property is also beautiful. They have a nice pool, a great restaurant on site and some of the rooms have their own hot tub which feels very luxurious! They are close to Oistin's fish fry and Miami beach.
The only thing was that the shower in my room didn't get hot, which was not a big deal based on it being hot outside. I think all the benefits far outweigh this small con. Also, since this wasn't a big deal for me I didn't bring this up with management, based on the service, if I had they probably would've tried to address it.

Little Arches felt like a vacation home away from home. The hotel staff were very friendly and authentic. They knew us by name by the end of our stay. It was very relaxing, quiet, clean and the food/drink experience was DE-licious. Also being a short walk from the festivities in Oistins was fun for Friday nights.
In order to see different parts and towns of the island a taxi or shuttle was required. There is a nearby beach area and walkable restaurants (Surfers Cove was a good spot as well as Caspers) but we did spent a lot of time in a taxi. We did have a great driver though, his name is Kyle. Highly recommend!! The beach shuttle we used one day was also very convenient and great way to walk around another area all day and explore.

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above their day duties to assist us in any way they could. Never experienced this level of service and friendliness at any hotel. Would highly recommend. Loved the cocktail events to welcome guests, and to enable guests to get to know one another if they wished. The shuttle service every other day was also useful for getting to the beach. Great to have Cafe Luna restaurant just above us, on the rooftop - which served lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Everything was fine.

Stunning property, only a handful of rooms and the staff quickly knew you by name. Overlooks Miami Beach which is a beautiful local beach. Very close to the Oistins fish fry.
Really easy to organise trips through reception and we also hired a car which we booked at the hotel and it arrived in the car park the next day.
Lots of lovely added extras too - cocktails with the manager on Wednesdays, a welcome drink on arrival, chocolates before bed. The breakfast was excellent and was in the restaurant overlooking the sea.
Would definitely return!!
There was some work being done to improve our room so we were in different room for the first 4 days (we were told this was an upgrade…). It wasn’t a massive inconvenience at all but we actually preferred the room we were supposed to be in as it was much more private.

The Hotel is fabulous. Very comfortable, made us feel very like we were invited to the family.
Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff never stop trying to make it better.
My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay, made special by the staff and management.
Our room no 10 faced onto the garden, very nice outlook.
Having a great restaurant (Cafe Luna) on the roof of the hotel was a bonus. Great food and staff.
The hot tub deck outside our room is in desperate need of some upgrade.

The uniqueness of the property and the cliental we met during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
The kitchen noise from above our room.

We have no complaints of the hotel or the restaurant, food was beautiful

An incredible team of staff that just go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible holiday, suggestions on where to go, setting up loungers on the beach if needed, down to a hug from one of the reception team when we left to come home. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, being a small hotel there is no fighting for sun-loungers and it really does have that personal feel about it. It also has one of the best restaurants in the area in Cafe Luna, which is run separately from the hotel, but you wouldn’t know that, its so seamless, it also set on the beautiful roof terrace overlong the Caribbean Sea.
Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful location close to Enterprise Beach. Our room had a private wading pool and a stove/fridge so we were able to shop at local markets to cook our own breakfasts and lunches. The view from our terrace was lovely and we could watch the ocean and relax on private tanning beds.
Room 2 was directly next to the door to the kitchen (Cafe Luna) so we constantly heard plates clanging, cutlery being thrown around, and loud shouting from the employees. This made it uncomfortable, especially when we were in the washroom as there was a window directly behind us and the staff refused to keep the door closed. I felt like they were directly behind me.
To make matters worse, employees could see into our bathroom so we didn't have much privacy. (see my photo, there was a gap that showed through our mirror.)
We complained 3 times in 5 days to management but the hotel wasn't able to convince the restaurant to keep the door closed and each day, we were back to square 1.. Also, there were couches above our heads on the hotel pool area so we were hearing scraping of the feet early mornings, I suppose the other guests didn't realize that we were sleeping below.

Great variety for breakfast ... best ever.

Room 5 with its dual aspect, our balcony, sun beds and pool right outside the front door, 10 minutes walk to Oistins
Price of food and the shower not working properly until they fixed it.

Ambiance and decor. The pool lighting was charming.
No hot water showers. Not without wasting water to get it hot, and even then it was still colder than tepid. I applaud their green company efforts, but the cold showers were the worst part of my trip.

The whole experience is so personalised like having a personal butler.
Nothing is too much trouble , from booking restaurants , taxis, food collections during Covid , setting you up on the beach under the cabanas just incredible .
The cleaning of your personal room is incredible and once again so personalised
The hotel focus on you they work to your schedule .
There is nothing to dislike 😃
The property is smaller than you imagine but perfect .

Nothing in particular
The rooms are too overpriced and the management staff are racist to black customers I had to check out due to the rude and intolerable attitude I received from the management.

Charming small hotel. Good food. Liked the way they recovered from selling me a room with a balcony and patio overlooking the sea and giving me a room with no patio and no balcony overlooking the car park .
Completely charming about what was a genuine mistake on their part and instant no quibble refund
Not getting the room I had booked
