Great little cottage close to everything you could need in Cemeas. Clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen.
Shame it doesn’t have an outdoor area as it was lovely weather while we were there and couldn’t sit out or let the dog out.
2.5
Great location. Easy for parking. Clean little place.
No information on working cooker. Fan in bathroom didn't work. No where to dry clothes only broken clothes maiden. Needs electric heated maidan. Sink in bathroom unusable due to leaking pipe behind. Constant beep from electric little unit on side cupboard. No tv instructions upstairs. Little wardrobe space and too high to reach rail. Not suitable for dogs as no back outside space and straight on the street in the front. No cushions on seatees. Only half of ceiling lights work in living room.
2.5
Bed linen need renewing and tv wiring sorting out. More suitable crockery cupboard.

great location
could do with a lick of paint particularly on stairwell, tvs down stairs and in back bedroom would not work, smell from drain in bathroom/toilet, blinds in bedrooms let in too much light to ensure a good nights sleep.

Very cute house
Helpful owner
4.5
Perfectly placed for all amenities, beach and lovely river walk. Everything required for comfortable stay, lovely and warm. Only comment would be the street light outside front bedroom, blackout blind would be good but didn't deter our stay. Would definitely stay again.

It was compact, warm, cosy and clean.

A lovely mid terrace cottage, beautiful and practical interior with modern accessories. We took our dog and it was perfect, a short walk from the lovely beach and coast path.. We like that there was cleaning materials available like a hoover because of having the dog.
It maybe needs a blackout blind or curtain in the front bedroom. But we did sleep extremely well and can't fault it at all.

The location was great.
The facilities were plentiful - in terms of kitchen utensils and there was good storage
Everything worked
The free car park was less then 5 mins away
The tv in the lounge is a bit confusing to use and I never did learn how to turn the sound down
The cooker hob didn’t have any instructions as to how to operate and so proved challenging
The bins at the rear were full when we arrived and were never emptied, even though the bin men emptied others in the village
4.0
Cleanliness, location, value for money.
Lack of back door and lack of private outdoor space.

location
very hot with no air flow through the property

Location was perfect for us.
Downstairs bathroom isn’t ideally situated. Blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. A lack of outdoor space is a shame as it would have been lovely to relax after a busy day on a cosy patio. Have to walk a little for parking so had to load and unload on double yellows. The tv sound bar kept switching itself off, frustrating halfway through a news story…

Ideal location for us and meant we didn’t need to use the car once during our stay.
Everything was good.
5.0
It was clean, fab location, provided everything we needed. Definitely liked the little dog treats for Ted and the bottle of wine went down a treat!
Only thing I can think of is maybe get some curtains for the bedroom as all the light comes in early morning making it hard to sleep.
3.5
Breakfast N/A.
Location excellent for our purposes.
We were unable to use the towels that were provided as they smelled musty. A clothes airer is needed to hang damp items to dry.
5.0
Perfect location, clean and modern and well equipped inside. Locals are very friendly. Great beaches and nature walks.
