FANTASTIQUE et INOUBLIABLE

Nous avons tout aimé, l’accueil effectué par Elisa « notre petite française adorée », la situation de l’hôtel au bord de l’eau, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel visible et invisible (trop souvent oublié) qui travaille d’arrache pieds pour nous faire passer d’excellentes vacances, la qualité des restaurants. Nous y reviendrons et vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😑

Hotel was very clean and quiet late checkout and room upgrade

the beach was not great i got sick after the buffet breakfast it took three calls to get a mirror light fixed style was a bit soul-less

Chouette séjour mais quelques déceptions

L’ensemble du complexe très luxueux et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque

Salle de bain pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles: bain défaillant, douche sans pression et température de l’eau instable. Vraiment pas bien pour un Kempinsky

Definitely worth stay and will go back again !

The entrance lobby of the hotel was very impressive . I received an upgrade and fell in love with my room . With a walk in closet , massive bathroom with a tub and a shower. And a spacious balcony . I felt very spoilt . The staff was superb . Extremely courteous . The gym was massive with lots of variety of equipment and up to date machines . I didn’t get a chance to use the pool as I was there for a wedding but it looked lovely .

The entrance to the gym was through the hall of rooms. Their hair salon was also a little far out .

على الرغم من سفرى الى اكثر من 30 دولة حول العالم فان هذا الفندق استثنائى وجميل جدا فابتدا من موظفى استلام السيارة بطريقة ترحيبية مميزة وعند دخول بهو الفندق يبهرك السقف العالى والمنظر على البحر مباشرة وتميز موظفة الاستقبال الاستقبال كانت الموظفة امل مضيافة وقامت بوضعنا فى غرفة متميزة على حمام السباحة وعند المشى فى الممرات تشتم رائحة العبيروالمسك وتنبهر بحجما الغرف ونظافتها وهدوئها وروعة المكان بوجود 10 مطاعم متنوعة ولذيدة الطعم وحمامات السباحة والاطلاله البحرية وصالة كبيرة لمباريات كرة القدم وبولينغ بالاضافة الى موقع الفندق فى الموج يعطيه اضافة رائعة فى التجول فى شوراع الموج I have traveled to more than 30 countries around the world, this hotel is exceptional and very beautiful. Starting with the car reception staff in a distinctive welcoming way, and when you enter the hotel lobby, you are dazzled by the high ceiling and the view directly on the sea. The receptionist, Amal, was distinguished by her hospitality and put us in a distinctive room on the swimming pool. When walking in the corridors, you smell the scent of musk and are amazed by the size of the rooms, their cleanliness, their calmness and the magnificence of the place with the presence of 10 diverse and delicious restaurants, swimming pools, a sea view, a large hall for football matches and bowling, in addition to the hotel’s location in Al Mouj, which gives it a wonderful addition when strolling in the streets of Al Mouj.

Top Notch hotel offering relaxing options in between meetings.

Staff was supportive and enthusiastic , clearly well paid and well motivated. Strictly professionals and with a smile always. Breakfast options were excellent , as usual , room was upto the standards and the pool facility well supported by pool staff. Reception personnel very helpful , welcoming .

Nothing worth mentioning. The weather was too hot and humid in Muscat , but this is the regular season from June till end August.

Expensive and underwhelming.

The location was good as it was close to the dive center.

We had to wait to be seated for breakfast it was so busy and then, breakfast food was cold. Some of the staff were rude when talking to them and generally the room and hotel didn’t live up to expectations especially given the cost. We actually decided to leave a night early, despite having already paid for the room. The staff never even asked why we were leaving early.

Eines der Besten - Perfekte Räumlichkeiten / Infrastruktur, tolles Personal, fantastisches Essen

Wir waren sowohl im "The Chedi" als auch im Kempinski und müssen sagen, dass uns dieses punkto Leistung annähernd ebenbürtig erschein, wenn auch nicht ganz so exklusiv und design-vollendet - es handelt sich um Nuancen, die ihren Preis haben. Die Infrastruktur - Zimmer, allgemeine Hotelbereiche, Frühstück, Restaurants, Pool und Strand haben uns sehr überzeugt. Das Personal war extrem service-orientiert und freundlich und sehr gut ausgebildet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls perfekt, es verfügt sowohl über einen schönen Strand und ist nahe am Flughafen gelegen. Von diesem hört man nichts. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Zalé war ausgezeichnet und der Service 1A. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war beinahe jenseits jeder Vorstellungskraft und dazu äusserst lecker und von höchster Qualität.

Близость к аэропорту. Наличие собственного пляжа.

Не соответствует цена/качество/сервис! В номере не было горячей воды, 10 мин стекала, после пошла горячая, но бурого цвета. Пришел мастер, сказал что нужно подождать еще 10 мин.. В итоге после 30 мин танцев с бубном и 3 походами на ресепшн за вызовом мастера, вода пола горячая и чистая.. В с/у нет биде, гели для душа и шампуни хоть и от Сальваторе Феррагамо, но маленькие и по одному пузырьку. К вечеру, включили вентиляцию в номере, начало что то шуметь под потолком.., опять пришлось звать мастера. Пришел, сделал, через 30 мин шум опять првторился.. В общем забили, шумит и шумит. На ужин пошли в рест на фуршет, за двоих отдали 170$. Кухня так себе, честно говоря.. До этого отдыхали в другом отеле на берегу моря - еда вкуснейшая, ничего не оставляли на тарелках, гели для душа, лосьоны и шампуни в оригинальных бутылочках и ароматы восхитительные, уровень однозначно выше чем в Кемпински, а цена дешевле.. Честно говоря купился на имя..

Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Kempinski ist ein außerordentlich schickes, modernes Hotel mit allen erdenklichen Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein kleines Geräusch Problem auf unserem Zimmer wurde sofort und vollständig gelöst. Das hätten wir so gar nicht für möglich gehalten. Dinner und Frühstück waren außergewöhnlich gut. Eine solch riesige Auswahl haben wir auch in den besten Hotels auf dieser Reise nicht gesehen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer gelegen und man hat einen eigenen Strand Zugang. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war bisher das Beste von allen Hotels auf unserer Reise .

Tolles Hotel am Strand und nicht so weit weg von der Stadt

Das Frühstück war fantastisch und ich habe ganz selten so eine riesige Auswahl an internationalen Speisen gesehen. Das Personal unglaublich zuvorkommend und bemüht. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig und groß und es gibt überhaupt keine Leute. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt.

Le bruit en pleine nuit pour le traitement des moustiques. Effectuer par un drone avec un moteur extrêmement bruyant.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble .... dommage pour les 2 jours de mauvais temps

bel établissement avec un personnel dans son ensemble d'une très grande compétence et gentillesse. Mention particulière pour le salon de thé et le restaurant ZAZE !

Slabý výkon v poměru cena a kvalita

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Pokoj v klidném prostředí a dobré lokalitě. Personál ochotný.

Ale od restaurací (obědy a večeře) bych očekávala podstatně více. Jídlo dobré, ale průměrné. Poměr cena a kvalita vychází hodně špatně. Hotelová pláž není střežena plavčíkem, což je velmi zásadní chyba. Ještě jsem se s tím v hotelu i nižší kategorie ještě nesetkala. Na pláži je ve vodě hodně skrytého kamení pod vodou. Takže je pláž spíše vhodná jen k opalování. Lze sice jít vedle na veřejnou pláž, ale kvůli tomu si asi člověk hotel této kategorie nevybírá. Hotelový pokoj pro 3 dospělé děti - 2 normální postele, ale 3. krátká a nepohodlná. Když platí 3 dospělé osoby, asi by bylo vhodné mít 3 župany a nikoli 2.

Das Kempinski Hotel war eines der Besten Hotel die wir je besucht haben. Die Lage für ein Stadthotel mit eignenen Strand war einfach nur perfekt. Die gesamten Speisen und der außergewöhnliche Service sowie die Freundlichkeit vom gesamten Hotelpersonal war einfach nur fantastisch. Alle Wünsche wurden Dir förmlich von den Augen abgelesen.

Tout était parfait , le personnel, la propreté , l’état des chambres, l’accueil , la gentillesse , les informations … nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à eux. Merci également au concierge qui nous a facilité pour tout ( Bachir , Abbas , Mohamed , …) Nous avions le petit déjeuné et il est complet et incroyablement bon ! Il y a de tout et pour tout.

رائحة شراشف السرير زفرة برائحة اليحر لم استطيع النوم لهذا السبب والسرير ناشف جدا مطعم الافطار رائحته ايضا زفرة برائحة البحر والاطباق المعدة على كثرتها الا انها غير مناسبة لوجبة الفطور وغير متغيرة وغير لذيذة لدرجة ان يومين من 6 ايام لم اذهب للفطور 😞 الاثاث بالغرفة قديم يحتاج تجديد

Nice views and beautiful beach

The view and being on the beach. Location is really good

Rooms a bit old, food is quiet expensive for what is (salad and glass of wine is 35pounds). The dinner is fine. Light in rooms was a bit dim as well.
