The property has a beautiful view over the harbour and the staff were very friendly. Pool was beautiful and the garden looked nice with the lights on at night
The villa is open so there is no window or wall at the top, Mosquito nets had holes all through them and there were some small bugs in the beds due to this

We loved the structure of the building
It was very difficult to get to. You can walk by the beach from the harbour but have to cross some very green slippery rocks. My daughters 6 and 9 did not feel safe crossing, so i ended up having to drive them on a scooter the whole way around on the quite scary, pot-holey, extremely steep in parts, driveway.
The building itself was very run down, lots of termites, holes in the bamboo, the lights were fluorescent white, no aircon (my fault I didn’t check in the booking, because I assumed for that price AC would be a given). At night it was fine without AC, but during the day we really struggled with just a fan.
The stairs were very badly lit, I ended up falling down them once even though I was extremely careful (I have a bad knee, so was super careful).
The mosquito nets did not fit over the mattresses, so we were bitten quite a bit too.

The view is amazing… we had a room upstairs and its very spacious… the staff is friendly.
There was garbage burning on the lot with a very bad smell… when we found out it was done by the management we asked not to and it happend again the next day… nit a pleasant thing to smell in your room. Because its very open… its not that suitable with children. Better stay downstairs with them. The location is a bit hard to get to. Just take your time… the Appartement is very behind on maintenance. I hope they take care of it so people have a great stay.

Beautiful views of the sea and harbour. Lovely pool and outlook from the room. We were significantly late and the staff were happy to change our booking. Staff were good to deal with. Easy beach walk to the main part of Nusa Penida.
Towels needed replacing each day.

Sitting on the balcony eating the excellent food and watching Mt Agung was magical. The food provided was excellent. Next door is a $1200 a night hotel where you can have a drink and eat dinner at the infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are lovely. Great bed.
We needed to be warned that it is a cash only business. We were ready to go and had to walk back into town to withdraw cash right before we were ready to leave. They also need to let you know they don't make beds or clean the rooms.
Access by taxi was terrifying but be aware there is a rocky path along the beach to the hotel. It is the only way to get in and out of the township easily. We are carry on travellers so it wasn't an issue on the way back but if you have bags be prepared for a hair raising ride. If you can ask a local for the path. There is a little clmbing to be done.

We liked the villa a lot; good location; close to the harbour. The manager was friendly and helped us with everything werd asked for.
There was prayer every night with a microphone at a very high volume. The hotel can do nothing about this, but it is disturbing for the night's sleep.

This is my second time staying here. Love the location - at the end of the main beach/harbour and first few resort up on the hill with a sweeping view of the beach and ocean and Mt Agung, Bali. There is a track at the front of resort that leads you to the resort next door which has a infinity pool with ocean view. You just need to spend Rp 100,000 dinning per person to use the pool. Agung View restaurant is closed so we ate dinner there. Food wasn't good. But a cocktail in the infinity pool was unforgettable!
Agung View Villa has a large lawn with a dipping pool where you can chill and have an amazing view that makes you want to come back to this spot again.
Manager Komang and the stafd were all very helpful. We whatsapp Komang to order food and request for transport and he always replied promptly. Thank you all.
Nothing. Best resort with this price range along this hill. A couple of smaller villa beside Agung View didn't have lawn area and pool to chill. So, I still think Agung View is the best choice for this spot and price.

The location and view over the pool to Mt Agung from the room. The facilities are great within the villa and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
Access to the property is difficult but once your there all good.

Beautiful location with amazing views, the beds were comfortable. Very unique style of accommodation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Water in the bathroom had a strange odur. There are a lot of stairs involved in getting upto to the villa. Not much you can do around without a car

Only the view of property is good.
The maintainence of Swimming pool was not done properly, and the Tv and electrical sockets were not working. I was given adaptor to connect the mobile charger that too after request.
Also there was no provision for the Mosquitoes spray and the owner had to make sure to keep all things ready but was not there.
we had taken full villa with family but the facilities we expected were not given.
We left 1 day prior from the Villa.
Also from the harbour the road connectivity is not Upto the mark, from boat we can reach to hotel from harbour in 5 minutes.

the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
Firstly IT IS A COMPLETELY OPEN APARTMENT which it does not show clearly enough on booking.com.
We came to the accommodation which was fine but for the price 100 Euro in Indonesia you would expect something a lot better. The place was old and not cleaned properly. We found animal eggs and a dead bug in one of our beds, which can happen. However the other bed had more bugs in it. We asked for a mosquito net but they did not have any.
We choose to leave the same evening due to the whole situation and found a accommodation to the price of 15 euros a night which was so much better.
Also it is not a good location even though it’s close to the harbour on the map. Access by car is a longer and difficult drive.
We would definitely not recommend this place. There is so many different good options on the island. Even though we did not stay at this place we did not get a refund …

excellent outlook from all rooms, nice plunge pool. staff were very helpful and communicated well.
Access by vehicle to property is quite long but manageable because once there you can walk to main port area in a few minutes.

Nice place, close to town. Good food and friendly people.
Bit difficult to get to by road, walk from town easy though.

- The view is beautiful.
- The pool was nice to sit in but not really big enough for a proper swim.
- The staff are friendly.
- The Road is really bad. Struggled to find a taxi that would take us because ‘the road is broken’. Managed to eventually find one but had to pay a lot of money. When we explained this to the owner, he just laughed.
- Access is available by the beach but it is quite a hike. Dangerous at night with lots of animals. The owner could provide head torches as you need both hands free to walk safely.
- Room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay.
- No hot water at all. We were told that if we ran it for 10 minutes, hot water would come. We ran it for half an hour and nothing but cold water.
- Breakfast was an extortionate price. Never seen individual itemised costs for breakfast before.
- The owner offered to take us in his boat to the ferry port to get the fast boat back to Bali. Mentioned 3 times that we would have to pay 100k. Seems very cheeky seeing as there is not other option! You cannot use the beach access with big bags (and no chance at all if your bags have wheels). Also expensive when the fast boat back to Bali is 175k!
- Sitting outside the room is nice but the smell of sewage is constant and horrible. It doesn’t ever seem to go away.
- As well as no hot water, the shower leaks all over the bathroom. You have to mop it up after as the tiles will take hours to dry.
- Air conditioning is basically useless. The remote control never worked and there’s no way to change the settings.
- The sound of the mosque obviously can’t be helped but it is very very loud. We have stayed in previous places where they provided earplugs free of charge which was a nice touch.
- The laundry service was the most expensive we have ever come across in South East Asia (30k/kg). Our clothes were also given back to us still damp. There’s a laundry just up the road for half the price. Might not be a problem for most people but if you’re travelling around, laundry costs quickly add up.
- WiFi only worked when sitting outside and sometimes not at all.

It was a short interesting walk to the harbour and Main Street. We had some great snorkeling straight off their jetty. The highlight for me was a swim with an octopus and watching several lion fish dance. This happened within a 100 metres of their jetty and in degraded reef areas . Plenty of black clown fish about as well. We stayed in the apartment and it was great to have a big fridge and cooktop.
Thanks Komang and team for being great hosts.
I have to admit that the loudness of the local mosques “call to prayer” starting at 4 am got a little tiresome by the 3rd day. Wouldn’t have minded it so much if it was live and not a recording.
Hot water was not working.

The view
Access road is a nightmare, laundry service damaged my cloths, breakfast is included but they charge the fruit and tea cup at premium price

The location is amazing, To access the hotel, take a taxi as the road is long and tricky. Once we were shown the beach walking track we were able to go into town easily. (800 metres by beach track walk, 20 mins car ride, over an hour to walk by road.)
The staff are lovely and attentive. The view is amazing, and we saw sunrises over one side as well as gorgeous sunsets on the more open side. Apart from the situation mentioned below, I would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a fantastic location for rest and relaxation. cute bungalows very instagramable.
The one night we stayed, our two rooms were without electricity ( and therefore lights, power for chargers and air con!) from 11 pm onwards. Everyone else was fine. We tried to contact the manager by text and by calling several times to no avail. He had attended a ceremony earlier that evening and had to switch his phone off, but forgot to switch it on again... he won't make that mistake again! This was the only down side and I hope a once off situation.

The place is magic, we had such a nice view from our bedroom towards the mount Agung on Bali. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. We loved to stay at this place!
The way to the place is quiet rough and not easy to find. At low tide you can walk to the harbor with high tide no chance or you swim.
