Moderne, saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Strände, Tavernen, Supermärkte etc. in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Der Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig und die Treppen für kleinere Kinder nicht ganz ungefährlich.

Very Greek. Highly recommend

Lovely property. Very clean and had everything you required. Dimitiris was very helpful, even popped down to the local supermarket for us as we had no car. Koumoundaraki itself is a way out of Kalamata but there are a couple of excellent tavernas about 500m walk and right on the beach. Take some slip on swim shoes as the beaches are Peebles. But the once in the sea it is amazing. Thelgi has amazing views from the balconies both sea and Mountain View’s and the indoor pool is a welcomed addition in the mornings and early evenings. Very quiet. Requires a car, cabs are readily available but address is a problem for them to find. The staff at the Conference centre, just 50m down the road were very helpful. In all a very relaxing week away. Definitely recommend

Hervorragend untergebracht, und erholt zurückgekehrt

Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Dimitris waren hervorragend, alles hat gut geklappt. Wir waren erstaunt, dass nach einer halben Woche Bettlaken, Handtücher ausgetauscht wurden sowie durchgeputzt wurde. Sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat alles für einen super-entspannten Urlaub, der Indoor Pool ist gut, Meer ist besser. Vielleicht hat ein Grill gefehlt, wg. Waldbrandgefahr allerdings verständlich. In ca. 500 m Entfernung ist ein ordentlicher Kies-Badestrand mit diversen Taveren, die auch Liegestühle und Schirme anbieten, Essen kann man auch (Taverne Delfini zB, sehr freundliches Personal). Schirme/Stühle gratis bei Konsum eines Getränks oder einer kleinen Mahlzeit. Richtung Kalamata kommt links eine sehr gute Bäckerei, etwas weiter über den Kreisel ein Lidl Supermarkt. Kalamata selbst ist in 10 min zu erreichen, dort gibt es jede Menge Supermärkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wochenmarkt Mi und Sa, und natürlich sonstige Attraktivitäten.

Durch die etwas isolierte Lage benötigt man (am besten) ein Fahrzeug. Es wäre auch recht einsam, allerdings unterhalten sich die Hunde in der Umgebung manchmal sehr lange in der Nachbarschaft mitten in der Nacht. Und dann kommen die Gockelhähne dazu. Landleben eben. Aber nicht gefallen, ist zu hart formuliert. Ich würde sagen, weniger gefallen.

Great property, family friendly with indoor pool.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2023. Very comfortable for our family of 5 (3 children). The kids enjoyed, especially, the indoor private pool and the parents the sea view from the 1st floor balcony towards Kalamata. The description of the house is very accurate and the host is friendly. Quiet location and private parking.

Beautiful property just outside of Kalamata with both sea and mountain views

Lovely property with everything you need. The host was very helpful and the property clean with lovely views of the mountains (front balcony) and view of the sea (back balcony). Lots of room for the family and all the essentials provided, including a pool in the basement to cool off especially as we experienced a heatwave during our stay!

The property is over 3 levels and the stairs can be a little unnerving, perhaps not suitable with children under 5 years, although for us not a problem. Water pressure in the bathroom upstairs was low but fortunately the water pressure in the shower on the lower level, was better. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future!

Lovely

Whe have stayed here previously and decided to rebook due to it being spacious. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and has on site parking.

This property has aged since our last stay. There is some distance to the restaurants . Ok if you have a car.. The stair case is quite uncomfortable to walk up and down, quite narrow. Suitcases needed to be left downstairs. Air-conditioning failed, Dimitri sent a repair man out the next day.

Happy travellers

It was clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating in case we needed anything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Prepared a full easter meal in the kitchen which was equipped with everything needed. Loved the heated pool. Will definately book again. It was a nice relaxing break away.

There was nothing we did not like.

Perfect little house. Host was very friendly. We had everything we needed and more. Contrasting views were superb. The pool was the icing on the cake

Upper shower had little pressure - nothing really, as there is a downstair shower!

Perfect stay in a perfect house.

Perfect house for a family. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect directions for finding the place. Excellent and quiet location. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. Excellent communication with the host. Would return any time.

This place is above perfection. Amazing stay

This place is more than perfect. They totally thought of all the details: a kitchen with everything you need, an indoor pool, a garden, a balcony, comfortable beds, a washing machine, a dishwasher, plenty of towels, friendly and generous host... the house is so clean and comfortable, I can't wait to come back here. it has been the highlight of our trip. It's 15 minutes ride from Kalamata city center, a short walking distance from a secret beach... It's highly recomended

irrelevant for us - but because of the type of stairs I don’t think it’s a good fit for small children or babies

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, the swimming pool was great for when the weather wasn’t so good and the whole house was designed beautifully especially the kitchen-living room area.

The house is not in any way made for toddlers. I had a 2 year old and it was a stressful experience staying there. The stairs have enough of a gap for a toddler to fall through and hit himself.

Good well designed small villa near to Kalamata with indoor pool and good outside terrace.

A very well designed bijou apartment with indoor pool and lovely terraced bedrooms. Good for access to nearby clean pebbly beaches and easy to get to lovely sights near to Kalamata.

kitchen very compact and without a window. The garden very small and no real comfortable outside green space - although terrace area good. I felt the access to the sea not simple and straightforward. I had thought the garden led down to a beach but it requires a walk along a road.

Great villa with all amenities a family of four needs, indoor swimming pool was a bonus especially during hot days. Very helpful host, always at disposal. We went to beaches on the left side, they were less crowded and had nice beach clubs. The only downside is there is no market within walking distance, however, Kalamata is nice town worth visit, even for grocery shopping.
