Lovely clean and comfortable caravan with lots of extra bits we weren't expecting such as toiletries and tea and coffee. In a nice quiet location not far from everything. The main bedroom is really spacious and lots of room in the living room. I will be booking again next year.
The only thing that could be improved would be blackout blinds in the bedrooms, as the curtains don't really stop the light in the morning.

In a quiet park of the park, close to main reception and facilities, had all needed for our stay, items extra we needed were told to us in an email.
No internet in the property

Location was fantastic and great value for money.
The host was very accommodating and communicated great.
The kids loved the toys and books provided.
The double bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in for a caravan holiday!
Will definitely be back.

we loved how clean it was and it suited our needs. the location was amazing.
the pull out bed was very uncomfortable and does not suit two adults. The tv signal was in and out worked when it wanted to.

Quiet location within easy walking distance of the site facilities e.g. restaurant.
The owner happened to be at the caravan when we arrived, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. During our stay we had a slight issue, and the owner was very quick to arrange for someone from the site to come and sort it out.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with
an en-suite loo to the main bedroom. Good sized
hot shower and plenty of light and air through
opening windows when it was warm.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We didn’t
use the picnic bench since it was next to our
parked car, but if there had been a raised deck
to the side/front of the van we may well have
used it.

The location with easy access to the small beach was excellent. The layout and cleanliness of the park was very impressive and the caravan was very spacious especially the lounge area and good kitchen facilities, and the overall cleanliness of the caravan was very good
The parking space for the vehicle was not well maintained with the concrete slabs broken and due to heavy rain conditions this caused problems getting out of the space with the danger of getting stuck in mud during departure.I noticed other very well maintained parking areas adjacent to other caravans.

We came out of season so all site facilities were closed. However this suited us perfectly because we loved the peace and quiet and ability to self-cater. We explored the site on foot and were delighted to find Ham Nature Reserve with a lovely walk to Lake View pier. There is a Lidl supermarket a short drive away so we could stock up on provisions easily and settle in for a hot meal in front of the TV and gas fire on the first evening. The owners are excellent at communicating and refunded our damage deposit within 24 hours.
A few new flagstones would improve the parking next to the caravan. It was rather windy on the first night but we can hardly expect the owners to do anything about that!

Very clean and tidy. Close to the main reception and buildings Has all the essentials you could need while away, Kitchen wear, high chair, tv, also the toys and dvds were a lovely touch to keep the children busy. Great value for the money. Will definitely be going back.

This unit was immaculate- there we’re full sized appliances like a full gas cooker and double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, massive shower, awesome sized main bedroom and huge living room. The fire warmed the place up in minutes. We read the email wring and didn’t realise that the owners provide these squishy huge pillows and quilts in abundance. The mini market is usually open in the morning just up the road and the complex itself is so big and secure pristine and safe. I’d go back in a heartbeat. My golden loved it - so did my mum. I bet it’s absolutely amazing in the summer season for kids and families. These hosts are brilliant, any questions they are super responsive and they are genuinely invested in you having a positive experience at there place. I couldn’t recommend enough. I just can’t see how anyone can be negative about staying here. It was fantastic and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks Jarek and Dona 😍
Our own fault- stayed during a cold snap. First thing was really cold until you got the fire on or had the heaters going. So bring slippers / gloves /hats just for that first ten mins. Also if you’re out of season, research where is open nearby as much is seasonal

Location
We only spent one night out of 3 and paid for a another hotel to get away.
Extremely dated, old caravan. Bad condition. Smells strongly of wet dog.
No bed Linen supplied which we did get a warning but I don’t believe this is acceptable even down to covid as lots of board games and other ways to transfer germs.
The mattress was disgusting and should have had a protector on it at least.
We stayed one night because we had too, after arriving so late with a baby, in the morning we left and never returned and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere.

Easy property to find and check in was nice and simple (once I got a wifi connection). Great size caravan especially for just the 2 of us. Must say I found it very clean which is always a bonus. Double bedroom had plenty of space and there was additional bedding and pillows in the wardrobe if we needed them. Lots of board games provided which was a nice touch. Also lots of DVD’s provided which is nice when there’s not much on telly. The caravan is located in a nice quiet area so still close enough to get to the main complex but away from any noise. Whole complex felt very safe and secure. Haven offer play and stay passes which are good (although overpriced)if you have kids and want to use all the activities and swimming pool etc but you do not need these to access the amusements and restaurant. Location is only 14 miles from Durdle Door and 4 miles from Sandbanks so great location to explore the area. The Yachtsman pub down the road is worth a visit too for nice food.
Great communication with the hosts too and they advised us on everything we needed a couple of days before arrival. Would stay again but purely because of the property and it’s location, not because it was Haven as we didn’t use anything they had to offer.
The mattress was a little too soft and unsupportive for our backs but manageable for a few days.
A copy of the complex map prior to arrival would have been helpful but not a priority.

We have never stayed in a static caravan before, and was pleasantly surprised by the space it provided. The hosts were very supportive and communicated very well.
The walls were quite thin which made it quite nosey, and WiFi at the property would have been a welcomed bonus.

We used this place to extend our haven stay by an additional day.
Communication with the hosts was excellent and there were some lovely touches with bottles of water and snacks left for us.
The caravan is a little tired in places but I expected that from the photos. However, with that in mind, I think it was a little over priced for a one night stay.
4.5
The caravan park is in a great location, near to great beaches and ideal for seeing Poole/Dorset. Plenty of shops/pubs nearby. The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival with a welcome basket with snacks and water in which was a nice touch. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay. The hoover was great for after a trip to the beach and the clothes airer for drying costumes and towels outside was an added bonus. The shower is really good, much better than we expected for a caravan shower.
The haven site has lots to do but unfortunately not worth buying passes for. For a family of 4, passes would have been £200 and all the activities were booked up when we arrived by either owners or people who had booked through haven directly. We heard some families who had paid for passes and booked tables at the evening entertainment but still couldn’t get tables/seats!!!
Beds were uncomfortable.... they are more like camp beds than proper beds with mattresses but we got used to them after a few nights.
There is no WiFi in the caravan and mobile signals are very hit and miss. The caravan is a little dated but was clean on arrival.
