Thank you Ana for a lovely stay. We loved Dubrovnik and enjoyed our stay in your apartment.

It was very comfortable for a family of four to stay. 3 minute walk down to sunset beach and 10 min Uber into the Old town. Loved that we had a small washing machine. The place was clean and quiet. Ana had supplied us with snacks and breakfast cereal along with tea/coffee and milk. All were very much appreciated.

Amazing

I recommend you to book this awesome apartment for sure. Everything at the apartment looks perfect and clean as in the pictures. The mistress of the place is very pleasant and lovely. She left for us little presents and informed us about everything in Dubrovnik. There is a parking place near the building, so you don't need to worry where you should leave your car. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities you need for the comfortable staying. What's more, the beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you have free deck chairs and Wi-Fi there as well. If we come in Dubrovnik again, we know where we can lodge.

Fantastic apartment near the beach n Superb hosts

- Communication with Host was quick and responsive. - The host were very friendly and helpful, she explained everything very clearly. - The apartment was comfortable and had excellent decor, it had all necessary amenities from kitchen to bathroom. Good WiFi & Air-Conditioning. - She had kept juice, milk, snacks for the kids, so touching. - Ivana is super host and very accommodating. - Would highly recommend it.

Amazing family apartment by the beach....

The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything as a family we could possibly need. The location of the apartment is fantastic and close to the beach and resteraunts. Ivana is a fabulous host who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect!

Fantastic guesthouse with a warm welcome from Ana who was lovely. The snacks and drinks were really appreciated. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket and easy to get into town.

Highly recommended for a stay in Dubrovnik!

Very, very convenient apartment for a large family next to Dubrovnik (it's feasible to get to the city center on foot, but it's quite a walk). The host is absolutely helpful and flexible (our travel took much longer than expected and we could get inside after midnight). The apartment is very spacious and has everything you might need for a short or longer stay). Parking space is right in the front of the balcony. The welcome gift was waiting for us in the living room. I will return there when back in Dubrovnik!

The furnitures are bit worn out and the kitchen is small - but these are minor flaws.

Superb

Apartment was extremely clean. We liked that it was a few minutes walk to go for a swim....and yet near enough to Dubrovnik old town. It was so hot in the old town it was nice to come home in the afternoons for a swim. Good bars, restaurants, cafes within a few minutes walk from apartment. Nice coastal walk too. We walked into Dubrovik once , it took about 50 minutes. The rest of the time we got a taxi...between €15 and €20.. Ivana was very helpful and responded to any queries via text immediately.

The outside of the building looks slightly run down...but don't let that put you off...the inside is newly refurbished

Great value for the money!

The owner was very friendly. The good thing was, that it had it's own parking spot for the car. The apartment was very clean with everything needed for a good stay. There was a beach very near, and going to Old Town, the taxi took 12 euros.

Comfortable apartman and very friendly host.

The apartman was very clean and comfortable. The Host is very nice and gave us a lot of helpfull tips about Dubrovnik. Sadly we could only stay for one night but I reccomend staying here longer.

Great location for a great price!

Ivana was so welcoming! She left is local snacks and drinks and even brought us a cake! She was also available for any questions we had. Her super clean apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine! It is literally a short walk to Lapad Beach, a market and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot speak highly enough of this rental. Ivana went out of her way to make everything amazing!

Location was absolutely amazing. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and directly on the bus route to the Old Town. A fantastic place for a family. Apartment is in a nice quiet spot, with parking. The local beach has one of the best coastal walks we have done anywhere in the world.

Very good location, near a beach and touristic street. Old Town accessible by short bus ride or Uber. Nice kitchen with all necessities. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice toilet/bathroom. Excellent host. Tries to make your stay as good as possible

Living room isn't very cosy, but we only sat there early mornings / evenings.

Hostess Ivana was so lovely- so helpful with information (and also kindly transferred our luggage on to our next hotel while we were out Kayaking). The apartment was very clean and lovely decorated. We had everything we needed - kitchen amenities, bathroom toiletries, lounge with big TV, air con, and a balcony. Excellent location (right beside the Grand Park Hotel as a marker), 2min walk to the beach, 2min to supermarket, 2 min to bus stop for old town, 5min walk to restaurants & pubs - but located in a quieter residential area. Lapad is a great area. Thanks Ivana

stress free and perfect.

the apartment was in the perfect location for us and Ivana made sure we had everything could possibly need. the cleanliness was exceptional and she even provided us with all of the little extras we might need such as washing liquid and detergent. the was fresh juices, cereals and bathroom products there for us too. I would highly recommend this to everyone and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

amazing owner and great apartment in great location

ivana was so lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy and presented beautifully. We were able to walk easily to the parks, restaurants, cafes and beach. it was approx kn50 to catch a taxi to the walls. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend this apartment for families and couples. first floor only a few steps so almost ground floor with a lovely balcony.

Fantastic place and brilliant host!

Ivana is the best host you could wish to find! The guesthouse is perfect location- 5 minutes from beach, restaurants, supermarket and easily accessible to old town. Absolutely spotless and Ivana has made sure there is literally everything you will need for your stay. There are plenty of towels beach towels and bedding as well as lovely touches like toys and activities for the children . We were left welcome food and wine , brought a home made cake mid-stay and then sent off with a gift made by her father in law and treats for the children! Ivana even kept our luggage on the last day and met us at the airport with it as we would have struggled to fit into taxis. We were made to feel so welcome and choosing Ana guesthouse really did make our holiday . We have already recommended this place to family and friends and will definitely be back ! Thank you so much Ana Guesthouse!
