Подогреваемый бассейн и джакузи, небольшая уютная территория, возможность взять книгу почитать в лобби

Не включали джакузи с утра пока не попросили несколько раз администрацию. Над кроватью мигает свет от датчика, мешает спать

Budget hotel, dont go with too many expectations

You get what you pay for, you booked a budget hotel, don’t go there with too many expectations. The reception staff are polite. It didn’t meet our expectations but that’s our mistake for booking a cheap hotel.

Not sure why the pool usage is charged additional for resident guests. The breakfast is adequate if the items remained available but there is a problem with refilling the buffet. Weekend breakfast timings are from 8am to 11am but at 10am itself they stop refilling and you are expected to serve the leftovers. The waiters said the kitchen is not preparing more food, a complaint at reception also didn’t help as the breakfast remained empty. The location is in some suburbs residential area, nothing around except local stores.

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of the city with great facilities. Not run that well, otherwise it’d be a great stay. Ch

On Sunday - great receptionist. Nice pool, sauna, room very nice. Smart TVs a great touch. Food at the poolside was a decent quality. Towels and robes available on way to pool is good.

Lots of staff sitting around and unhelpful. Particularly reception (Saturday), around the pool (young men playing very inappropriate music way too loudly and sitting at a table on their phones), and breakfast (two staff sat behind the food counter on their phones whilst no one had plates, no one was offered eggs, no bread available etc). We also had to wait until 3:30 to check in, with no compensation / gratuity offered. I think that’s pretty unacceptable. A free drink, bag storage and the possibility to change and relax by the pool while we wait would have gone a long way.

Nice people with good gym nearby.

The reception was super nice and helpful. There are local shopping center nearby. The gym voucher provided was perfect and leaded me into a great gym.

Pleasant experience and hospitality

Very pleasant, with desined and beautiful yard, professional friendly knowledgeable staff, speaking English very well most of them. Hotel is clean with air conditioning in every room, breakfast is nice, definitely will advise and visit again, Thank you all We will advise to use yandex taxi as it was very easy and cheaper way to travel around

Only beds are too narrow and soft, less double beds, if they change to harder wider mattresses it would be perfect hotel to stay away from city crowd and traffic

A decent experience ....

Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff at the front desk

Overall ambience of the property...in the attempt to retain it's 'rustic' look and charm, the property starts giving the feel of a 'boring' old property ...thus, it needs to be made more lively, with certain changes also required to be made in the rooms to make them more modern and relevant

Pleasant surprise

The hotel is nice, simple and clean. The room was very big with a nice sitting area and spacious to manœuvrer suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel in general clean. If available they have a free taxi service to the airport otherwise they help you book a paid one.

There's too much light coming in from the front window where they have lovely lighting decorations so I suggest installing a dark blind.

Little far out but nice place to stay!

Lovely room and one very helpful staff member - when there were some problems with the room when we first arrived they moved us straight away with no issues. Great WiFi, comfy bed and restaurant on site with decent food.

Quite far from the centre, breakfast was ok but probably better to get something cheap locally

Fair price for reasonable place to stay.

My trip was extended for few days and needed hotel urgently. That one was available - not perfect location but at a fair price.

Wi-fi dropped few times but that was a case for an entire city.

Very good

I chose the hotel as I had a day of recovery from hiking and wanted an outdoor pool. I was surprised by the size of my room - huge with a sofa, big double bed, and had slippers and robes for use. The bathroom was modern and the shower lovely and hot! Staff were very helpful accommodating - I requested a late check out which was given and also assisted with ordering taxi for the airprot. Breakfast was adequate, with choices of eggs, hot porridge, fruits, breads. The pool was perfect but only opens at 11:00am which is a little late. But towels were provided free for use by the hotel.

The pool could open earlier than 11:00 especially for hotel guests. Breakfast could have a little more choice.

Outdoor pool was great which is public, mini cake and bakery were free in the lobby. Airport pick up is 1$ and drop off was free. Buffet breakfast was fine. Outdoor restaurant or cafe was great, 10% discount, lot of people come to eat and drink and listen to music, it was fun.

Window was facing to the road and it was so noisy. Didn’t sleep well. There were people fight and yelling in oppositie room, heard a police came and banging on the door. Pillow was uncomfortable. Hotel was far away from the city center and everything.
