Great stay!

All the stairs to get there! Was fine for my wife and I, both in our fifties, but for my elderly 76 year old aunt the stairs were a bit too much. A warning would have been good.

Will definitely recommend and return

Great location in Old Town but a beautiful alleyway. Fantastic support throughout our stay by Luka and Newa. The mattress on the bed was amazing 😁

A little noisy from above and you have to hold the shower head while showering. Other than that, perfect.

Overall, a really good room. Good location & would recommend for anyone wanting a short stay vacation.

The property was very clean & nicely finished. The owners communication was excellent throughout our stay. Coffee making facilities were very welcome.

Only a couple of very minor ‘niggles’. The shower could do with a wall holder for the shower head. And, being a bit older in years, the number of steps to the top of the lane from the main areas at the end of a tiring day was a little bit daunting.

Great room and location

Great location in the old town for a first time visit. Luka, the host, was extremely informative and responded very quickly to any questions. He was also so kind to let us extend a late late checkout as our flight was at night. But do take note of the many many steps but that is a part of the old town and cannot be helped unless staying right at the Main Street!

Agree with some reviews that a hook to hang the shower head would be useful. also, the placement of the shower stall could not avoid getting the flor wet when showering

Beautiful room in excellent location! Would recommend it 100%

Beautiful room in an excellent location! Walking distance (5min) to all the main attractions. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and everything was super clean. Also, communication with the owner was great!

Excellent - book now!

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Very clean and well laid out. The owner was very helpful and very friendly.

As the apartment is in the old town, which only has pedestrian access, we had to carry the case. It was no problem for us but if you are elderly or infirm it may be a consideration.

Beautiful townhouse in the old town wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Crisp clean beautifully decorated rooms. Luca our host although we didn’t meet him arranged for someone to meet us at city gate to guide us to rooms and was very attentive by text.

Only wine glasses no tumblers for water.

great location, nice big room and a big comfy bed

only thing to let it down was the style of shower used. For such a nice room you’d expect a large shower head coming from the ceiling, or at the very least a hook on the wall to put the head of the shower on. Instead it was a bath tap with a shower head over the top which you had to hold up yourself.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

The room has a nice decoration. The location is great in the old. Basically, you can go everywhere within the walking distance. The owner is friendly. Even we checked out, she also assisted us to storage the luggage. We will definitely stay here again if we have a chance to come back in Dubrovnik.

enjoyed being in the Old town in such a classy apartment.

The decor was lovely and the bed comfortable.

It would have been helpful to get the meeting instructions in print. Just send a message saying ‘call us when you arrive and we will meet you outside Buza Gate’ or just meet at the apartment. Trying to understand verbal instructions to go to unfamiliar places with different pronunciations, then mix in a strong Croatian accent and it all becomes very confusing.

Absolutely amazing room. Very modern and everything you need. With a beautiful view. Great location right in the centre. Luka and Neeva were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They let us leave our luggage as well which we really appreciated. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we will be staying. Absolutely perfect. Also worth to note a lot of people talk about the stairs, but don’t let that put you off I thought there would be more stairs then there were. If you meet at the meeting point Luka suggests and walk down to the apartment, it’s not a problem.

Simply lovely

Very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of main promenade, but up many many many steps. Luka the hist, was very communicative and accomodating and even helped carry my bag up to the property. Never used the TV, but seemed like there were a lot of options available if I needed to. Room was pretty and comfortable, a/c was cold. Wonderful stay.

The walk back from the town up all those stairs. But, small price to pay.

luxurious and comfy !

the location is fantastic near the Lady pi-pi terrasse garden restaurant which is my favorite restaurant so far in Croatia. bed is really comfy and the property is maintained to the highest standard. it is up hill - like most of the nice apartments in the city so be ready to do some sports climbing stairs!

The best apartment we have ever stayed at!!

The property was amazing, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed right in the heart of Dubrovnik! Located in a perfect place if you are carrying suitcases too - no walking down lots of stairs with them which you would have to do with most properties in the area. The host Luka was incredible, by far the best host I have ever come across, he was brilliant! Not only did he give so many recommendations for the local area, he was amazing at facilitating anything we required. He even provided us with a later checkout to leave our luggage in at his own free will which was so helpful, genuinely a lovely person that will help his guests as much as possible - thank you!

Clean and interestingly decorated. Excellent location and reasonable value for money.

The showerhead was handheld only. Overall, the bed was not very comfortable - the pillows were very unsupportive. Also, for a double bed, two separate single duvets were supplied, which was not ideal.

Excellent host for a nicely decorated room close to everything in Dubrovnik Old Town

The rooms are located in the Old Town, a couple of minutes' walk from the Buže Gate car park (the closest point at which a taxi can drop you off as the Old Town has pedestrian-only access). As parking in Dubrovnik is extremely expensive, our host was able to recommend a public parking area where he met us when we arrived and ordered a taxi for us to the Old Town. The room is clean, nicely decorated and very quiet at night (although not for those with mobility problems as it is only accessible via lots of steps). As we arrived during a public holiday in Croatia, our host very kindly offered us an additional night free of charge so that we could visit everything in the city. Excellent communication, excellent host.

The only things I would say are that it would have been nice to have some complimentary shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom, and one large duvet instead of two small single ones for a double bed (we are a married couple so having small separate duvets is uncomfortable and annoying).

Exceptional

The host text me before we landed and explained where to get the shuttle bus/taxi to from the airport. Then someone met us and escorted us directly to our room. The room was gorgeous, very clean, beautiful inside and outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge! The view was an added touch and the location was central to everything. We already can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect!!

what can I say the property was spotless, very clean, great location! luka was only a message away when needed would very highly recommend! nothing was too much to ask for, luka sent us places to visit and told us what we needed to see whilst visiting Dubrovnik so that we could make the most of our 3 night stay! simply amazing!

Luka was such a wonderful host, the location is amazing and the room is just gorgeous. TV with 3000 channels an added bonus after a long day of adventuring

The property was just as the pictures and very clean. Peaceful to sleep yet close to everything the old city has to offer. Very nice host and quick to respond if anything comes up.

The bed was too firm for us but this is relative. There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit but it is part of the old town experience. I don’t recommend really heavy luggage if you are staying in this area.
