We stayed in this house with a group of 14 adults and 6 children.
We could not check in on time, because the previous group made. a big mess. But contact with the supervisor Julian (and his father) was really good. They were very helpfull. The house has enough rooms for such a big grouo of people, so that is really nice. But the house has a lot of defects. Water taps are leaking, problems with water pressure, toilets are leaking, not all aircons are working properly, the water in the pool is dirty. If the owner would invest in these shortcomings it would be a very nice house, but for the time being he is not doing this and for that reason I can not recommend this house.

The Villa is lovely and large. It has lovely furniture and decor and the pool is beautiful and well kept.
We would not describe it as luxurious. There were a few bits that could be improved. When it rained the room door leaked water in and wet the curtains (apartment room - not at all an apartment, it is a room with an en suite).
There is one small tv in the 1 reception room, poorly positioned in an awkward corner in the room. The Barbecue facilities was a single portable BBQ which is not large enough to cook for 16-18 people this could be improved.
The fridge in the small kitchen did not cool although the freezer part worked. We had to request a kettle. No cleaning products are provided and for a 7 night stay linen was not changed so be prepared. We were provided with a towel and hand towel per person for the 7 day stay. I actually had to request towels for the pool as apparently they do not provide them.
We felt it was a great space for a large group but a bit more effort and provision may be required to make it luxury and easier to reside in.

Was very happy with the villa. Plenty of rooms, and pleasantly presented. Rural area so organise a car or taxis. Rooms well spread out for privacy within a larger group and great to have so many bathrooms.

Nothing could have prepared us to how amazing our stay at Antonio’s house would be. The most memorable part was for sure Daniel the groundskeeper’s hospitality and support throughout the stay. As for the villa itself, the pictures really don’t give it justice. The pool was out of a dream and the view magical. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

The rooms and leisure space and pool area was lovely. There were 18 of us and never once did we feel on top of each other. The downside was not always having network so ordering taxis was often a problem and perhaps there needs to be more emphasis on the location being isolated and how having a car would be preferable.
The local restaurant is very good and reasonable but as my group had a number of 60+ it was a difficult walk for a few as its very much uphill but great once there.
The cleaners were very helpful and tried to help with ordering taxis.

This is a beautiful spacious property with a wonderful sea view. There were 20 of us staying and there was plenty of room.
Only disappointment was in the detail, no wine glasses not enough towels etc. Overall some bits a bit tired looking could do with clean up. However didn't stop us all having a wonderful holiday.

House needs more care and attention
The house is located at a great location. There is lots of space in the house, large rooms all airconditioned. However some of the bedrooms can not be used because they are so humid. When we arrived the house was not clean. Also in terms of maintenance a lot needs to be done to make the house in line with the price you need to pay. We contacted the owner to share our feedback however we did not feel that he was open to do something structurally with the feedback. Coincidentally we ran into the people that rented the house after us and we learned that they had the same complaints. Overall we had a great week in Ibiza and our recommendation to the owner is to give the house an update and put in some more love and care to bring quality and price in balance.

Wir waren eine recht große Gruppe an Freunden und haben uns für diese Villa entschieden, da der Preis sehr gut war. Das Haus ist etwas spanisch, heißt nicht mit den Deutschen Standards vergleichbar, aber dennoch sehr schön. Die Reinigungsdamen sind sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit und die Abwicklung war schnell und einfach!

We had the best time
The villa is beautiful and just like the pictures, I am glad we pre booked taxis before we got there as its difficult to get signal and book any once in the villa. I booked and paid for an extra night, however on arrival one room wasn't cleaned and initially I was accused of coming a day early until I proved my booking, which was disappointing. The lady Theresa however was helpful once there.

1 Woche Ruhe und Entspannung
Der Check In war super, sehr freundliche und umsorgende Dame, stand am Objekt zur Verfügung. Der Eindruck entspricht den Fotos in der Ausschreibung. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Jedoch sollte in einem Haus, welches Platz für 20 Personen bietet:
- entsprechende Küchen-/Kochutensilien (unterdimensoinierte Kaffemaschine, zu kleine Töpfe)
- ein entsprechend grosser Grill (vorhandener Kohle-Kugelgrill ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet)
und ein WiFi Netzt zur Verfügung stehen, welches im Haus und am Pool ausreichende Performance bietet. Ausschließlich im Wohnbereich konnten wir WiFi zufrieden stellend nutzen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass Fassadenweiß entspricht nicht mehr dem original Zustand.
Fazit: Wir würden diese Finca wieder buchen.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad op Ibiza en mede door het prachtige huis waarin we verbleven.:
De woning heeft veel slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en genoeg handdoeken! Het zwembad was ook fantastisch. Elke dag weer een feest om hier wakker te worden en ‘savonds te genieten van de ondergaande zon. Omdat het huis /zwembad zo fantastisch was hebben minder uitstapjes gemaakt dan gepland. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen!

Fantastic, spacious property with stunning views of the coast. Would say that it is not ideal for toddlers due to open stair cases and wide gaps in fences surrounding the outdoor area but other than that, an amazing property to host a large family/group. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

La villa est absolument magnifique, elle est décorée avec goût et a une superbe vue!
Nous avons néantmoins été deçu par les prestations il était annoncé qu'il y'aurait des sèche-cheveux, savon,... et rien de tout cela n'était présent.
Nous avons également du demander un barbecue, alors que pourtant il était indiqué dans l'annonce.
Nous avons été très surpris et déçue d'apprendre que deux chambres ce situait à l'extérieur de la villa (en contre bas de la piscine) cela nous à poser problème d'autant plus qu'elle sentait vraiment mauvais l'humidité!
En dehors de cela, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, les lits sont très confortable ainsi que la table de salle à manger et les séjours.

Ruimtes/kamers zijn op zich goed maar niet goed te verwarmen waardoor er veel vocht/schimmel ontstaat. En lekkages gehad. Niet alle douches werkte goed en regelmatig koud water tijdens het douchen. En rioollucht in de badkamers. Dus de staat van de woning is niet helemaal in orde

Stunning villa
The Villa is spacious and beautiful and the view was magnificent. We were 15 of us for a yoga retreat. The house manager Maria Teresa was very helpful and helped immediately with any issues.
Just a quick note that the cove is at least a 30min walk and not 15mins per some of the reviews.

Amazing stay
We were with a group of 17 people and had an amazing stay at this villa. It was way bigger than we expected and were very happy with the space. Almost every room has a private bathroom, only 2 rooms share 1. Great location with a beautiful view. The hosts were very happy to help us book a taxi whenever we needed one. Great service! Would definitely recommend this house!

Hei Antonio. Tusen takk for at vi fikk leie det flotte huset ditt. Vi var 17 personer mellom 2,5 - 70 år. Alle hadde det fint. Alle kunne trekke seg vekk når de hadde behov for det, eller samles ved det fantastiske bassengområdet. Husets beliggenhet og utsikt er flott, men kanskje må det understrekes at det er langt til alt ( butikker, restauranter, strender), at en bør ha bil. Vi ordnet med felles transport gjennom Ibiza Transport til alle felles aktiviteter. Vi hadde og to leiebiler. Vi hadde ikke kontakt med deg Antonio eller andre etter at vi ankom til vi reiste, det hadde vært fint å hatt noen å henvende seg til for da kunne vi tatt opp ting undervegs dersom noe ikke var bra. Vi reagerte på kloakklukt på noen av badene, særlig nede. Som avslutning vil jeg bare si tusen takk, vi har alle, store og små hatt en fantastisk ferie i San Miguel. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Amazing
Some friends and I decided to get down to Ibiza to celebrate my birthday! Antonio was super helpful with any questions we had before arriving. Once we got there his cleaning staff were still cleaning the place up but they were so lovely. We shared some beers with them and they told us some interesting stories about the neighborhood.
The villa is way bigger than it looks in the photos and we certainly didn’t ever feel on top of each other due to the size of it. It was simply close to the perfect week away. Highly recommend this part of the island if your looking for less foot traffic.

Nos ha encantado esta casa! Estamos todos deseando volver a can Blanc ! Hemos disfrutado de una semana de sueño, somos 3 familias con hijos que necesitábamos unos días de descanso después de este sño horrible de pandemic. Esta casa cómoda, con vistas increíbles , enorme! Donde nos encantaba hacer cenas en cada nos ha dado la vida a todos sobretodo s nos hijos que han disfrutado muchísimo de las terrazas y jardines .
