Viaggio in settembre

La casa e la posizione ai piedi della cinta muraria. Con 54 scalini si era alla Porte d'Aude.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il check-in perché non ci erano stati comunicati i codici di accesso.

Mitigé

La gentillesse des personnes gérant l'appartement. La décoration. Le confort des lits. L'équipement de la cuisine.

Un camion bloquait l'entrée du parking, nous avons dû garer notre voiture dans la rue (photos à disposition). Ce qui nous a beaucoup dérangé puisque nous ne réservons que des lieux avec garage. Nous avons donc dû vider toute notre voiture pour 1 seule nuit. L'entrée de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier vraiment dégoûtante avec des odeurs peu agréables. Les finitions de l'appartement et les meubles avec portes cassée ou qui ne ferment pas . Une paire de chaussettes sales dans une des chambres (photo à disposition). Un détail, mais qui s'ajoute, un œuf cassé au petit déjeuner donc inutilisable.

Escapada a carcasonne

Apartamento completo,coqueto,con todo lo necesario,buen desayuno dejado por el dueño. Buena comunicación con el dueño pendiente de nosotros,y ubicación perfecta para ir a la ciudad medieval,subiendo en 5 minutos unas escaleras.

Por decir algo,que no era grave,el ruido de fondo de la caldera.

Perfecto calidad-precio

Muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del castillo. Amabilidad del propietario, y muchos detalles en el apartamento. Llevamos alguna cosa para desayunar, pero nos dejaron de todo.

El parking que ofrece para un coche grande está regulin, pero hay una calle que se aparca fácil. Las camas son muy blandas, por lo tanto un poco incómodas.

Idéal pour se relaxer après la visite de la citadelle.

Très accueillant, tout est prévu pour ne manquer de rien. L’emplacement est parfait au pied des remparts. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut même si deux grands mugs seraient les bienvenus.

L’extérieur ne paye pas de mine et contraste avec l’intérieur qui est cocoon. Sinon Rien

Séjour agréable.

Très bonne situation géographique. Bien chauffé. Télé dans chaque chambre . Le plus, le petit déjeuner dans le prix .

Le couloir et le revêtement du sol du couloir mériterait d'être refait. Dans l'appartement, le salon manque de confort pour 4 adultes.

Ojalá haber pasado más días aquí.

El piso era perfecto, desde la ubicación hasta el más mínimo detalle, todo muy cuidado por los anfitriones que pese a no cruzarse con nosotros estuvieron pendientes a nuestra estancia en todo momento. Muy recomendable. Estamos muy agradecidos y así se lo hicimos saber en un libro de visitas que tienen.

Repetiremos.

La amabilidad de Othoman y su mujer que hablan español perfectamente. El apartamento tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar en tu estancia y más. Comida, enseres, limpieza... Todo. Situación inmejorable para conocer la ciudad antigua y tranquilo.

Que no os engañe la entrada que es común al edificio y un poco oscura. Pero es lo único que se puede mejorar. El resto es un 10

Bien situé mais problème pour rentrer avec la clé de la porte principale. Difficile à débarrer. Nous avons dû déranger Othman pour nous aider. À l'arrivée, Celui-ci est venu nous chercher à la gare pour nous amener au logis; très bien apprécié et super aimable: une perle

Close to both old and new towns. Tastefully decorated throughout and fridge and cupboards well stocked with butter, bread, yogurts, milk, biscuits and much more. A real bonus

Our stay couldn't be nicer. The apartment was in a perfect location to tour the fortress. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and lovely extras like breakfast and fresh fruit. We will definitely book here again!

No AC, but it has been unusually hot, so it's likely not needed most of the time.

Location of the property was excellent, at the foot of the historic old town - some steeps steps to climb to the old town but that was to be expected. The breakfast items provided was a really nice touch. The apartment is clean and spacious. The parking space was a definite added bonus. The owners were responsive and very nice by email and on the phone.

The communal area leading to the apartment isn't very clean so doesn't give a very good first impression but, once inside the apartment the cleanliness is good. We weren't sent any checkin information in advance (eg. lock box code) so it was a bit tricky to gain access to the property. When we wanted to leave, we still didn't have the lock box code and were the given the incorrect code twice by the owner so a minor improvement to make on that side. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Gem in the shadow of the citadel.

FULLY equipped 2-bedroom apartment. In terms of location and comfort you could not ask for more. Keys are in a safe box but the hostess greeted us and provided guidance. Excellent.

Really some of the kindest people with the best place to stay!

They provided coffee, juice, tea, eggs, toast - it was the best place I’ve ever stayed in terms of true hospitality!

Maybe extra pillows on bed. I need extra support for my neck.

This was a wonderful stay for us. We felt comfortable and safe. Definitely recommend this property!

I the location couldn’t have been better. You could see the fortress from the window and it was a short walk. The apartment was very clean and the amenities were incredible and thoughtful. I’ve never stayed somewhere that provided so many things. Our host was accommodating, responsive, and so kind. She met us at the property to show us how to get in and explained things. So many times you are left on your own to figure everything out. There is private parking which was a bonus.

we’ll located, clean, basic kitchen and bath necessities were provided.

the Wi-Fi password is very weak… needs to be changed… there should be a knife that will at least cut an orange… the gate for the car park key doesn’t work except if you reach in and open from the inside of the gate… impossible to lock from that angle.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location minutes from the medieval cite. Lots of supplies for breakfast. Great bathroom, great shower and comfortable beds. Our host Othman could not have been more hospitable and helpful. He picked us up from the station as there were no taxis when we arrived. Due to our early flight he drove us to the airport. A great experience all round .

Great stay, great city and great host

Location was fabulous, easy to walk to everywhere, but far enough away to not get the city noises. The little extra touches of welcome, the breakfast supplies left. The beds are super comfy and the apparrment spacious enough for 3 adults comfotably. Very clean. Having the washing machine was extra bonus. Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Nice apartment close to the city centre

The apartment is located in a very central position, right below the medieval city. We met the hosts at the location, where they showed us the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is clean, practical and functional and the owners left all the necessary for breakfast including fresh fruit. There is a parking space in a little yard below, but pay attention cause the entrance is extremely narrow if you have a large car.
