Liked the location with nice sea view. The promenade is at end of garden and just over a 5 minute stroll to the La Flotte village center. Handy space for keeping bicycles and secure parking. House is spacious with three bedrooms. Kitchen has nearly everything that could be needed for preparation of meals. Photos of house don't do it justice.

Beautiful location. Quiet, 1,5 km from la flote centre with 20 restaurants to choose from around a lovely smal Harbour. Nice walk along the sea. 3,4 km from st Martin a bigger histocal town. But we prefer la flotte. The oyster farmers are just a view hundred meters from the house. Where you can buy 12 of the biggest oysters for 8 euro. Or less for the smaller ones. And you can eat at the locations too. You wake up with the sound of the sea with high tide and can watch the sea lower from your lazy chair in the garden. Cycling paths everywhere. Ask for the free map at the tourist office as Google maps is not showing the correct routes. Lots to do on the island.

Shower is a bit with little water. Beds okay but a bit hard
