Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e a tutti i servizi offerti dalla città nuova. La città vecchia, principale punto d'interesse turistico, è raggiungibile a piedi in una ventina di minuti.

Everything was great, other than the facilities compared to the not cheap price

Fantastic location! A 15-20 minute walk from the old medieval town / castle. The staff was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable.

No soap or towels (not even for drying your hands). I've stayed at hostels in capital Citys around Europe, where these things were included and the price of the stay a third of the price. That being said, I would definitely chose this hostel again, unless a cheaper option were available.

5 star experience

Fantastic hostel right in the centre of Carcassonne. Funky place, great friendly staff, fab breakfast, clean rooms, cool building. A mixture of people staying here - young inter-railers, families, solo travellers. Fantastic place to stay for a stop in Carcassone.

The best hostel - excelente para descansar.

La chica de la recepción me dió una buena acogida, se esforzó por hablarme en Español y me entregó un mapa, explicándome como llegar al castillo. La limpieza estuvo impecable. Y la localización genial!! A escasos minutos de la estación de trenes. El desayuno también vale la pena 💪

J'ai été déçu odeurs de renfermée dans la chambre les volet ne se ferme pas séjour pas terrible déçu

Je n'est pas pris de petits déjeuners les prix était trop chère pour mon budget

L'accueil le lit n'était pas fait de la semaine j'ai dû leurs faires la remarque et même une fois la remarque faite il n'a quand-même pas été fait. J'avais le lavabo bouché de la chambre jusqu'à ce que j'en fasse la remarque pensé à prendre vos serviettes sinon elle vous coûtera 6€ pièce la petite serviette main! J'ai pris une douche je me suis fait viré de la chambre part la femme de chambre sortie les cheveux mouillés pour au final ne pas avoir le lit fait au final.Suite a cela j'ai écourté mon séjour et perdu 60€ qui ne mon pas été remboursée 😡

will not come back

good location

poor cleanliness and facilities. they don’t clean the showers. some toilets are run out of soap and tissue paper during my whole stay. the most unacceptable part is, they put a man in a female dorm.

Bra boende för några nätter.

Bra läge nära stationen. Trevlig personal. Bekväma sängar.

Toadörren var nästintill trasig, och vattnet i handfatet rann inte ner ordentligt. Våningssängar som inte sitter fast i väggen och man kan se att ingen har städat bakom sängarna på väldigt länge eftersom det var fullt med saker där. Risk att man tappar något bakom sängen och får inte tillbaka det.

Es todo muy muy basico, pero lo entiendo por el concepto de alojamiento que es (hostel). Las escaleras me resultaron bastante incomodas

Was absolutely ok for a night, not perfect for longer

Close to the trainstation and Center, not too far from the castle either.

Seems like a small thing, but as someone who wears glasses it was quite annoying that they didn’t have anything to put phone/glasses on the bunkbeds. wasn’t an issue this time, but for longer stays I would‘ve liked to have a kitchen to cook myself, which they didn’t have because there’s a bar/restaurant attached to the hostel.

Très bien pour un séjour court avec une logistique bagage réduite

L’accueil du personnel. La propreté des lieux. L’emplacement, à proximité immédiate de la gare et du centre de la ville basse. La climatisation. L’espace bar

Rien pour suspendre une veste, une robe… seulement un grand casier de rangement au sol sous le lit (mon sac entrait et sortait difficilement). 1 petit espace WC+douche pour 6. La fermeture de l’accueil à 20h

the location is perfect for relaxing as well as sight seeing. I like the staff and service. breakfast was nice too.

Close to train station and close to other amenities. Room was clean. Check-in and out was easy.

The bed and pillows and room in general wasnt comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold in the mid of summer. There were no soap and when we asked they simply didnt bring. The wifi was slow I simply decided not to use after few attempts. Place is 25 min walk to the old city up in the castle, in case it is something important to you.

Convenient spot next to the Eglise St Vincent and walkable to the Cite.

The staff, especially Victor (the blond 1.9m+ guy behind the bar in the mornings) and the black lady who works in the evening (whose name I didn't get), were very friendly and could help me out in English, not normally a given in France.

Convenient for short stays & just a place to sleep

-Close to bus & train - close enough to castle -clean

- no privacy curtains In beds Lockers are so not practical- every one in my room kept dropping the doors creating loud noise waking everyone up The first room I was allocated did not even have a lockers (staff said we have no problems with thief but I insisted as I was not willing to chance all my equipment to good faith. Staff was accomodating for me to change

An absolute gem in the centre of Carcassonne.

It is perfectly located in the centre of Carcassonne, close to the station for buses and trains. Plenty shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance and also ten minutes away from the Cite Medieval. The property is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly, helpful and spoke English which helped me out a lot. It’s a lovely place as a solo traveller to meet new people and I slept so well every night. A perfect first solo trip away. Thank you Le Couvent, you have been wonderful!

I arrived on Sunday and till 3 pm the hostel was closed, so couldn't really leave my bag and had to wait till they reopened

great location, but would be good to have sink in the bathroom(not outside, in the room).

it’s located 5 mins walk from the train station (and airport bus stop), a minute walk from the city square with restaurants and fruit market. rooms are clean, staff very helpful and friendly.

there’s no sink in the bathroom. it’s located in the hallway in the room. no curtains on the bed so no privacy at all. in 6bed room there are only 4 lockers. reception closed early on Sunday and instruction to get in was in French, so one girl was struggling to get her hey, luckily we were there to help.
