Good kitchen! Space well used. Good internet and shower.
Some noise from other apartments. The fridge is not closing well.

The property is well maintained and looked very beautiful. The stuff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The fact that you don’t need a key to walk around with all day, is also very comfortable (work with an access code). 7 to 10 minutes walk to the train station and then around 35 min train to Barcelona or 20 min to Sitges. The room is well equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, Orange press juicer and even a dish washer!
The main problem we had at the room, is that it smells like mold. We mentioned it at our 2nd day cause we thought it might be something else. They sent a guy to try and “fix” the problem with some kind of a machine while we were out on that day for a few hours, but unfortunately the smells didn’t go away. Mold problems can’t be solved with like only a dryer in the room.
This place has so much potential and there are so many little things which can be done to make the stay much more comfortable and increase the good experience. Except for 2 tabs for the dish washer there weren’t any coffee capsules / Tee or even sugar and salt in the room. If it makes sense to buy 1kg sugar, salt and a package of 16 capsules for only a few days, it’s up to you. We bought and left it of course behind us (hopefully it wasn’t a waste). This place is FULL of mosquitos and unfortunately there were no mosquitos nets. It could be nice to have the option to sleep with an open window at night for a fresh breeze (instead of AC) and open the shower window for a little longer after shower without having the room again full with insects (that’s probably another reason for the moldy smell). Recommendation for restaurants in the area, a map or even tourists attractions for the area and Barcelona could have been nice to have.

Really nice little apartment- it had everything I needed! The pool area was gorgeous!
The shower did the job but was a bit annoying to use and was very small.

Very clean and modern apartment in a pretty good location. A nice support system and great value for money.
I thought the bed was the only let down with this property. It felt like a camping bed and wasn’t very comfortable. It also sometimes got loud when sleeping with other guests outside, the toilet, and the fridge making noise.

Close to the tfain station. 10 min walk. Close to the beach, aprox 20 min walk. Really recomand to walk as the area is very very beautiful.
The studio has everything yoy may need. Loved that there is mo key and only key access code.
There are plenty of trains to Barcelona, if you are staying few days, recommending T10 ticket.

Great property with shared pool, location was good with close to train station, easy parking.
Minor but few basics like a couple of coffee pods, sugar etc would have been nice for our short stay. Very minor comment and bottle of cava more than made up for it!

Great room, a pool near
Extra deposit is too big

Nice location. Not really a hotel more like small Airbnbs. Good amenities. Friendly communication
Should have an inside lock even if just a chain lock so that you feel you are safe and nobody can walk in on you.

The room smelled smoke a lot. Mucho olor a cigarrillo
No correspondieron a nuestro reclamo. They didn’t do anything to correct it (neither clean it, or give us supplies to kill the smell)

It was easy to find the accommodation, easy to park, the kitchen space was good; it was great to have a washing machine, washing powder and dryer.
The bathroom was a little small.

Remarkable and stylish, nice kitchen with sophisticated facilities. We woke up before the dawn, had our breakfast listening to the embedded radio, took a cup in the yard in the morning sunshine, and walked under the visible milky way at the beach of Castelledefels. A great place to stay in Barcelona.

Lovely studio with everything you need.
Bed was actually two single beds together, not a double bed.

very nice, management very responsive for any needs. Would highly recommend for people that want to see Barcelona but don’t want to spend big money to stay in the city. Pool is added bonus as well.

I felt like a cared for guest, not just a random person renting a place. The premises had care and many thoughtful touches, which I have not had in many other properties, particularly to the same degree. I just felt so welcome, comfortable, and “at home”. I ended up extending my stay, which was very easy to organize.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

pool, it was totally quiet, little surprises when we came (food, something to drink),
the water in the shower didn’t run down (clocked)

Clean, functional appartemnts quite basic. Easy access to beach but 10-15 mins walk.
No musquito nets, some appliances are dated (in our room a/c didn.t function properly)
