Décevant pour la chaîne NH

L’emplacement, lits confortables

Sale et vieillot. Je n’ai pas mis un pied à la piscine pleins de cheveux et de poussières.. moisissure sur les joints de la douche. La terrasse sale, le cendrier ni change ni nettoyé.

A good hotel, in a fantastic loaction but is starting to show its age

Room was spacious, with sufficient seating and had a large balcony with outdoor furniture. The decor was great quality if a little dated

No information in the room regarding the meals available in the restaurant nor about the breakfast buffet

Ganz okay bei vier Sterne hätte ich mir die Zimmer sauberer vorgestellt

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und eine gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr liebe Mitarbeiter auch gerade beim Frühstück

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr schlecht… auf dem Balkon lag noch die Verpackung von einem joint und ein Stümmel, unter dem Bett waren schokolinsen die der Hund leider gegessen hat

Excellent hébergement à La Haye

Chambre "supérieure" spacieuse et très bien équipée. Salle de bain avec baignoire, cabine de douche et double-lavabo. Petite terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil en buvant un café. Petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix sucré ou salé. Restaurant à l'ambiance feutrée, avec des plats raffinés et excellents. Parking sécurisé à prix modique. Tout près de la plage Kijkduin, où il fait bon se promener et profiter de superbes couchers de soleil. Ce fut notre "coup de coeur" lors de notre séjour aux Pays-Bas !

Peut être un petit "coup de jeune" au niveau des peintures extérieures et des couloirs qui sont un peu vieillots.

Voelt wat gedatteerd (maar niet heel erg), mooie kamer en goede facilteiten zoals zwembad.

Mooie superior kamer gekregen met een ligbad en enorm veel ruimte voor je spullen. Balkon helaas niet kunnen gebruiken vanwege de wind. Mooi uitzicht ook al zat je niet direct aan de zee-kant.

Bereikbaarheid van het hotel was niet heel goed vanwege werkzaamheden in directe omgeving. Kan het hotel weinig aan doen maar dat betekende dat je eigenlijk verplicht gebruik moest maken van de parkeer garrages/plekken die betaald waren.

Extrem gute Lage, tolles Hotel

Sehr schönes Zimmet mit Meerblick, sehr bequemes Betten, Zimmer mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank und Kapselmaschine ausgestattet; direkt am Strand und gleichzeitig nicht weit in die Stadt, Supermarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben Hotel, gutes Frühstück, lecker Kaffee, bis zum Schluss wird das Buffet aufgefüllt, sehr freundliches Personal

Die Holzliegen im Schwimmbad für mich zu unbequem , die Sauna ist sehr klein, Fahrradverleih, Getränke, Frühstück und Parken recht teuer

Relaxing and comfortable place to stay, with great sea views and direct access to beach and bars

Despite ongoing construction work nearby, the hotel was quiet, well-managed, and welcoming, with excellent facilities and a lovely outlook towards the sea. I'd opted for a room with balcony/sea view and was very pleased with that; the room itself was well-fitted and comfortable. Room service for the evening meal (they do have a restaurant too) was efficient and the food was good. A nice touch in the room was the provision of a high quality guide to the area with maps, photos, and an introduction to key locations and features. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find fault - I suppose ideally I'd have preferred not to stay next to a building site, but it wasn't obtrusive and certainly didn't detract from the hotel itself.

A very pleasant surprise right on a very nice stretch of beach.

The hotel could generally use a freshen up but the location on the beach is excellent. The staff were vey nice and rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and nice views either to the sea or to the dunes. The value for the price was very reasonable and it was pet friendly as an added bonus.

I felt that paying for parking as a hotel guest was unnecessary.

Hotel is as close to the Kijkduin beach as it can get. Nice seaview. All staff is helpful and friendly.

Hotel is not clean especially in all public areas. Has a bad smell (has nothing to do with the nearby sea). Parking situation is problematic if you arrive in the afternoon/evening. Breakfast offering is simple and breakfast room is usually very crowded. Furniture across the entire hotel is worn and sometimes dirty. Some technical issues in the bathroom with hoses and door of the shower, which couldn't be fixed during our stay. It doesn't meet the NH standard which we are used to. Hotel needs massive renovation.

Wonderful staff and a superb location

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of the trip. The location was also superb. The hotel is right on the beach and also a very beautiful location.

Diner at the hotel restaurant - I was waiting for ages for my desert and finally cancelled as it become way too long. My raw stake was first time well done, stuff admitted the fact and it was remade to medium. Still not raw as asked.
