Overall, a good experience and nice hotel

Nice and big rooms. Good breakfast. Ok(-ish) restaurant, prices a bit too spicy. Majority of their staff was very friendly.

No fridge in the room, no toiletries, no drinks in the room. For a 4* hotel and for the price paid, you would expect a bit more.

In summary, I would go back, but hotel team should look at improving the overall experience.

Staff were friendly, nice breakfast, gym and sauna available for free, big room, comfortable bed

No fridge in the room. Received only 2x500ml water at the beginning of my stay and wasn’t refilled at all after. Some of my colleagues did not receive at all this. Food at the restaurant was a bit expensive for a hotel, but it did taste ok.

Excellent location in the woods near Oss - good for business or pleasure

Good breakfast choice Air conditioning in the room was very new and worked well

Lack of English language channels on the TV The electricity switch in the room - key card slot type - was not very intuitive and appears only to work with the card one way round which was not explained by reception or noted in the room.

great suite but unreliable WiFi

Room 137 The suite: A big room with comfortable large bed, seating area with a sofa and a Nespresso coffee machine with 6 coffee cups that are replenished. The bathroom is very well equipped with double sinks, double rain showers and a deep bath. Small bottles of Rituals provide the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. (Note: no special product for the bath, so best to bring your own). Excellent restaurant, friendly staff and small but fun bowling alley on ground floor

Room for improvement: WiFi in the suite is terribly unreliable and even when it works, very slow. Room was not really cleaned during our stay, just bed made and towels hung. No hotel I ever stayed at did a check of the room/suite at check out. (Naaldhof asks suite guests for €200 deposit only to be returned after they check whether the room is in good shape at check out)

we only had to stay here as our bus to Rotterdam was delayed by 6 hours, we hadn’t had showers and couldn’t go to our accommodations that was pre arranged because they had to go to the music event

Nice location, great staff, very friendly! and a marvelous breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.

a good addition to the coffee machine on the room could be a water cooker for tea.

amazing staff and lovely place - great family room

the staff were amazing. so friendly with our kids. they have bowling lanes and we ended doing that after our dinner which was lots of fun.

I was very surprised because I didn't know exactly what to expect from the booking. The stay on site was everything I needed for a short trip, great rooms and nice staff. Highly recommended

Exceeded expectations by a ton!

The location is excellent. A lot of walks can be made from here. The beds are very good. Staff friendly and the food was very nice.

I did not look up the hotel beforehand so i was quit surprised at all the amenities they had as well as the general location where the hotel was at.

On the other hand, the property is clearly aging or poorly maintained. Our shower was having trouble, the rainshower of our friends room was pooring out of the sides instead of the center. Next to our bed on the wall there was also a huge stain from some liquid that had been spilled and not cleaned off. I get that housekeeping could miss that since it was maybe not visible from all angles... but still. On top of this, i had requested for a quiet room and they gave us 2 rooms right next to the door of the hallway that every other room had to pass. I get if we would have gotten the last couple of rooms and there was no other options, but i'm sure there were more rooms available at the time i made the booking. In all honesty i must admit that in spite of these comments we were still happy about our stay, none of them are real dealbreakers, it's more of an attention point for the owners. The mistake we made was not saying anything about it, because who knows if they would have interevened in any of the above issues or not.
