Baulärm am Morgen (Strassensanierung), dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful friendly staff. Keep up the great hospitality.

Exceptional standard - rooms modern and super comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere, friendly very trustworthy staff. I misplaced my phone and staff checked my room and kept it secure until I returned from evening in Verona. Close to transport at bus station. Amazing views from roof top pool. Beautiful breakfasts. Liked the music to rooms from radio too.

Great pool on the roof

Very poor food in the restaurant. You definately expect more from a four star hotel. We had half board and nothing tasted anything and the cooking was soulless. We adults were disappointed but our kid liked the kids meal. Don’t book half board. Go to one of the many restaurants nearby instead.

Would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wishing to visit Garda. We'll be back!

Lovely hotel in an ideal location, very short walk to the main restaurants and shops, as well as the ferry port. The receptionist was able to give us several recommendations of trips and things to see locally. Pool area was very relaxing with a gorgeous view over the lake, staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and there was a really nice terrace to sit out on under the trees in the morning.

Parking was an additional charge of 10 Euros/night

Superb

The location was great, near the shops and restaurants but still away from the traffic. Breakfast was good when considering the Italian standards (usually only pastries and coffee). Live music was phenomenal, the artist was very talented.

The rooms were quite modern but the wallpaper looked a bit tarnished. It would have been great to have more privacy on the balconies (other rooms' balconies were connected to ours).

Fantastic hotel in great location

Fabulous hotel in great location, a few minutes walk from the lake. The room was very clean & comfortable with bathrobes, slippers and pool towels. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were really friendly & professional. The pool & bar on the roof top was fantastic

Perfect for couples wanting to explore the lake

Room 104 perfect! balcony was huge, room was near the lift and the hotel itself was a 3min walk to the lake. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The views from the roof top pool are spectacular. The staff are all so welcoming & friendly. Plenty of selection at breakfast.

The pool could have been a degree or two warmer.

Very relaxed holiday with fantastic views over the lake!

Great location, completely renovated & updated! Staff and service excellent! Sky pool and view from rooftop is amazing, breakfast was fresh and lots of options!

Enjoyable stay. I would stay here again.

Great location to walk to the lakeside amenities and restaurants. Nice views from rooftop pool.

Only small disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Limited selection of fruit. The bacon was like plastic with no flavour and they did not offer fried eggs!

Hotel is awesome but pricy. If you need only a place to lay over the night, choose cheaper options.

Breakfast was excellent! The view from the roof was magnificant. And the location was perfect.

I think the price is a bit too steep. I do get that Garda is packed with tourists and it is a location you pay for but seriously, 230 EUR a night for a small standard hotel room (comfy nevertheless) is abit too pricy. If not my wedding anniversary, I would not choose this hotel solely because of the price. Also the reason for my rant regarding price is that we actually needed hotel just for the breakfast and bed because we did not spend much time in the hotel.

Helpful staff in a beautiful hotel

Amazing staff at the hotel who were very kind and helpful as we arrived super early! They ensured we were happy and let us know they were there to help anytime. The breakfast was delicious, a lovely variety and all the food was fresh. It was a lovely experience in a beautiful hotel. The rooftop pool and facilities were fantastic. There wasn't anything to fault! Location was really close to the lake.

What can i say.

Wonderful place to stay for Insomniacs. I loved the dustbin collections at 4am and the busy road right outside the window, not to mention the German youths who woke the entire Hotel up regularly at 2 am. Breakfast was Underwhelming with scrambled eggs that could have cushioned a NASA rocket landing on a high gravity planet. Considering this hotel is in italy it would have been nice to have some Italian patisserie for Breakfast and not the most mundane international hotel boring standard of rubber eggs, greasy bacon and cardboard rolls.

Good location, a bit too pricey for the value

I really liked the location, the hotel is very close to Lake Garda.

The rooms were not a great value for the price - very small rooms in a fairly outdated building. In the pictures, the rooms were shown as very modern but this is far from reality. They are renovated indeed, still, the building is rather old and not very modern.
