No llega a lo que cobran ni de broma!!!!!!

la valoracion es teniendo en cuenta el precio por la habitacion, ya si es un precio alto se exige y se espera mucho mas!!!!!

Carreras de lo empleados con los carros de equipaje a las 07:12 h, toallas mas que lavadas, descoloridas y por parte con hilos sueltos y si se pierde te exigen € 35,00

Exteriores de diez, interior habitación deja mucho que desear.

Las zonas exteriores y los jardines son sencillamente increíbles. Las piscinas son increíbles y los servicios de bar muy cómodos. La comida es excelente en cualquiera de sus restaurantes. Relax y desconexión total. Los camareros excepcionales.

Las habitaciones son antiguas y se nota que no reinvierten dinero en ellas ni adecuan las habitaciones, la decoración de las mismas es antigua, las paredes y cabezales de la cama manchados y desgastados, la papelera del baño oxidada. Los colchones son antiquísimos y disponen de un sobre colchón de visco para disimular. La terraza de las habitaciones que cuestan 400/600 euros la noche son impracticables ya que invadidas por las ramas de los árboles. Las almohadas un error. El personal de habitaciones deja mucho que desear entran sin tocar a la puerta. Claramente el precio que se paga es por los jardines.

Wonderful from start to Finish - Look forward to our next visit.

We generally had a great holiday, not unexpected, this being our third visit. No need to leave the complex with so many pools and restaurants to choose from perfect for our 7 night stay.

Housekeeping could have been better. More Gluten Free labelling would also help. However we could not fault the excellent food and service experienced.

A wonderful, relaxing few days in a stunning setting

Set in beautiful, lush surroundings, this is a luxurious hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel special. The hotel transports you to Asia, so you really don't feel like you're in Spain, which is amazing considering its just 5 minutes outside of Benidorm. The location made us feel very comfortable as it was much cooler up in the mountains than it is closer to the sea at this time of year. The breakfast buffet was incredible, and the location of the restaurant was perfect. The other two restaurants we went to were also in lovely settings. Parking on site was free for guests. I really liked the fact there were adult only/ quiet areas.

Prices for some things were unreasonably expensive (like the spa treatments and also the Bali beds). We had a leaky shower cubicle and the bath didn't hold the water in very well. Small things like this slightly spoilt the experience as the bathroom perhaps needed better maintenance. There was a kettle along with English tea and herbal tea and coffee sachets in our room, but no milk was provided. A coffee pod machine would have been a nicer touch along with the kettle. We arrived on a Thursday for 2 nights in July, but only 2 of the restaurants were open for dinner on the first night. This meant we didn't get to visit one of the restaurants we were hoping to. It was difficult to find a good spot by the swimming pools due to people putting towels down in the morning and leaving them unattended until later in the day. This was the case on all 3 days we were there.

Good overall, but some comments

Pool was amazing and lots of choices for food

The staff was mostly friendly but some were very rude. The food selection was good and the breakfast buffet was top notch, but at some of the restaurants the quality was low and we even got bad / old fish served to us one night (but they did take it off the bill…). Overall the property is nice, but not sure it is worth the price.

Great hotel, totally worth its money.

Fantastic hotel and grounds. Totally worth a visit. The half-board dinner was superb, with all the fancy dishes as duck, langoustines, mussels etc, moreover all the drinks were included - wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee! The heated swimming pool was nice and warm, the pool bar cocktails very tasty. The room was stylish and big. Truly 5 star hotel

the most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time

The room we had was bigger than expected, smelt lovely, staff were so great, extremely attentive. cannot believe the google reviews of this place, almost made me cancel our trip and I’m so glad we didn’t listen. the food is beautiful, cannot be faulted. the pools are lovely. some are heated. i had an amazing time. would 100% go again

I think it would be nice to have ‘smartly dressed’ in the restaurants rather than compulsory trousers for men only, as we had to eat in the buffet every night because of this - although the buffet is actually amazing

there was an incident in one of the pools where a a couple were acting inappropriately in front of everyone. no staff said a word despite the rest of the guests being quite shocked by their behaviour

The stay was very relaxing and pleasant, this is a large hotel, and the gardens are stunning.

The setting and the gardens were superb, the staff were friendly, the variety of restaurants were excellent, either for a full meal, or a snack. You could sit and eat by a pool, walk in the superb gardens or find a quiet space and just sit and relax.

It is not a dislike, its just that if you are on your own or a couple, there are plenty of families in the facility, so some noisy children, there are specific areas in the grounds for children, so you can find your own space. As you know Spanish Hotels cater for children, but with different bars you can find what you want.

The staff did nothing to have a heating in the room. Actually there was no heating. The staff said it gets warmer switching of the air conditioning.

Beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings

Hotel rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast, surroundings, activities offered. Everything together makes your stay unforgettable.

Mostly nothing but if I need to say something, the fact that you have to pay if you want to use the spa without a massage. Staying at the hotel should allow you to use the spa without an additional cost, in particular when the outdoor pools are not warm enough.

lovely stay as ever . apart from the issues we had

wasn’t told buffet was closed on here . more info needed regarding property . long trousers needs for men in the other restaurants. it was an issue ..

Absolutely Stunning 😍

This place is absolutely stunning 😍my partner booked this for my 50th birthday, Marta at reception was extremely helpful, we had a walk around the grounds (which where beautiful) and when we got back to the room there was a gift and a message on a card wishing me Happy Birthday, it really made my day and was very thoughful, the food was Amazing too, the following day my partner booked us a private Balinese bed with fruit and champagne was beautiful, i cant recommend this place enough, or wait to return. Thank You Asia Gardens ❤️🙏🏻

Top Class Hotel 5+ Stars

The best hotel i stayed in Spain. Rooms were modern and spacious. There plenty of restaurants to choose from (all excellent), Breakfast spread was excellent. The range of pools in the resort was amazing.

disappointing

very nice gardens and pools.

the pizza at the Italian restaurant looked the same as a frozen pizza from Aldi it also tasted the same. very disappointed. the bed was so hard and rigid. it was like a concrete bed. I couldn’t sleep and it ruined the vacation to some degree. after consulting with the waiter he asked the kitchen if the pizza was frozen and came back embarrassed to confirm that it indeed it was. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?
