Al entrar a la habitación olía a tabaco, llamamos a recepción y dijeron que no era posible, las muestras de ceniza en el alféizar de la ventana demostraron que teníamos razón. Al rato de avisar a recepción nos tuvimos que ir de la habitación para poner una máquina de ozono, que trajo una persona que no sólo no se disculpó sino que encima no dijo ni una palabra respecto al problema, sólo que nos teníamos que marchar de la habitación, con lo cual no hubo otra opción que irnos. Al volver, la ventana estaba abierta y el olor no se había ido. Bien, eso no termina ahí, voy al baño y “sorpresa” había pelos en el suelo, no era uno!! Pasamos por recepción para explicarlo y nos dijeron que lo solucionarían, pues bien al día siguiente aún seguían allí. No será por no avisar de esos problemas en recepción, la impresión era que les daba igual.

Отличное место в удивительном городе в нескольких шагах от старого центра, кафе и рестораны, магазины и прогулки, красивые дома, улицы. Отель приятный, фото соответствуют, номер стандарт, но просторный. В е работает, есть ресторан, в номере минибар. Кровати удобные. Не хватило нам тапочек и набора для чистки зубов, а так все отлично. Мы остались случайно, тк задержались в городе , а ехать далеко, устали, ничего с собой не было, оказалось, что все уже закрыто вокруг в 21.00 и не купить ни крем, ни зубную пасту.

nicht empfehlenswert, Zimmer laut und Receptionist gleichgültig

Der Orangensaft beim Frühstück ist von guter Qualität, es gibt auf Wunsch ein Spiegelei, Kaffee aus der rechten Maschine ist sehr gut heiß und kräftig.

Die Zimmer mit der Nummer x01 sind direkt neben dem Aufzug, der die ganze Nacht brummt, Fenster in den Innenhof-Schacht - besser in einem anderen Hotel schlafen. Rezeptionist ist muffelig und gibt auf Nachfrage Empfehlung für das Parken im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus für 19,50 Uhr für 24 Stunden. Das ist eine unverschämte und unnötige Falschangabe, wir haben für 12 Stunden 31,45 EUR bezahlt. Frustrierend und enttäuschend. Mehr Desinteresse am Kunden kann hier nicht gezeigt werden.

Lovely, convenient, I'd return here.

Perfect location. Beautiful historic building. Wonderful supermarket in Pyrenees mall, which is best place to park. Plus 10% discount there and in whole mall from Hotel.

Parkinh on-site has 7-8 spaces and Very difficult to get into because it's down a steep incline and tight tight curves. Better to park 1 block away at Pyrenees.

Falls short in expectations. Dont trust pictures

Location was fair. Thats the only upside of this place

Room didnt look like the pictures. The toilet was horrible and the door lock would constantly lock you in. One couldnt take a shower without making the whole floor wet due to poor shower design. The acoustic isolation was terrible. We could constantly hear our neighbour guests talking and anyone who would enter a neighboring room would sound likle they were actually walking in our room. Wouldnt recommend this place

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, Parkplätze waren in einem Nebengebäude vorhanden, Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und lecker.

Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer unter dem Dach mit kleinen Dachfenstern) war leider ziemlich dunkel ((( Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Lichtquellen vorhanden wären :-)

Nice place to stay and in the middle of the shopping places.

Very nice room comfortable bed, we didnt have breakfast but we went for dinner in the Restaurant if you like beef you must try the steak, it was so tender and lovely. One of the best steaks i ever had.

Parking is ca. 200 m away a public park house. It belongs to a shopping mall and is 15,00 per night.

Good location, but parking is an issue

Hotel location is very good, right in the center of La Vella, walking distance to main Andorra shopping area as well as the old part of the town with restaurants and bars. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I have booked the hotel looking at location and the fact (as stated on booking.com) there is a private parking. When we arrived it appeared that the hotel parking is very small thus most of the guests are directed to a shopping mall parking some 100 meeters from the hotel. The inconvenience was that we had to carry our bags (we had a few) through a crowded large shop and along the street. In addition, I wanted to pick up the car from the shopping mall parking in the morning, before shops opened which turned not to be easy. Automatic payment machine did not work and there was no person in the parking kiosk. It took me some 30 minutes to run around and find a person with whom I could pay and leave with the car. I think this hotel should not be advertised on booking.com as providing private parking.

We arrived slightly early but the lovely lady on the desk told us our room and car parking space were ready . clean room with a fridge great location very Quiet good air-con.

Maybe add tea & coffee / kettle in the room us Brits love our tea & coffee. Ps it’s wasn’t a problem for us we had our own 👍.

The location is great! We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant was quite busy and the food looked good. With the windows closed you don't hear any noise from outside, our bedroom had a side view to the streets.

Parking is available, however its paid, and you need to reserve it. It cost 20 euro when we stayed. As the parking was already full when we arrived, we were told to park in the shopping mall, 5 minutes from the hotel, for the same price. The inconvenience is that, if you park at the mall, every time you leave, you need to pay.
