Gute Lage, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist

Die nahe Metrostation der M4 und die Nähe zur Autobahn waren für uns perfekt. Von der Baustelle auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite hört man absolut nichts. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichlich. Die Betten fand ich sehr angenehm. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist super!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt noch um eine Nacht verlängert und wollten im gleichen Zimmer bleiben. Dafür haben wir 3x ca. 20 Minuten an der Rezeption benötigt, da das hauseigene Buchungssystem scheinbar sehr kompliziert ist. Man muss täglich einen Timeslot für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen buchen.

Lage des Hotels top

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle und somit schnell in der Innenstadt von Kopenhagen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist toll! Weil das Parken in Dänemark sehr schwierig und sehr teuer ist!! Das Frühstück war ganz okay. Das junge Service Personal beim Frühstück, war stets freundlich und super schnell mit Geschirr wegräumen.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, das an einer Duschtüre unten eine Gummiabdichtung fehlte und dann nach dem Duschen der Boden total nass und rutschig war!!! Beim Wasserhahn hatte ich immer das Gefühl der geht gleich kaputt. Und am allermeisten hat uns das Radiogedudel im Foyer gestört!!!!! Wir hatten unser Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang und da lief ab 6.00 in der früh bis spät nachts 23.30 permanent laute Radio Musik!!!!! Für was wird bitte dieser Außenbereich und der Eingang permanent beschallt!!! Wir konnten zum schlafen erst nach 23.30 das Fenster öffnen und in der früh um 6.00 mußte ich es schließen!! Es gibt Menschen die haben Urlaub, möchten sich erholen, etwas länger schlafen und dann wird man Dauer beschallt mit lauter Musik!!!! Ansonsten wär es auf dieser Seite des Hotels ziemlich ruhig gewesen!!!

Ich war zufrieden da man viel fussläufig erreichen konnte.

Es war alles so weit in Ordnung. Das Personal war nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Es war richtig schön.

Auf einer Seite des Hotels war eine laute Straße auf der anderen Seite eine Bahnstrecke.

Καλό ήταν ! Η επιπλέον παράνομη χρέωση μας τα χάλασε όλα

Μου είπαν ότι η τιμή που πλήρωσα στο Booking δεν ισχύει γιατί ναι μεν είχα πληρώσει δωμάτιο με δυο κρεβάτια αλλά έπρεπε να δηλώσω ότι θα είμαστε δυο άτομα ! Έτσι με χρέωσαν επιπλέον περίπου 85€ ! Πράγμα απαράδεκτο ! Δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί ! Παράλογο ανεπίτρεπτο και παράνομο ! ΔΙΑΜΑΡΤΥΡΟΜΑΙ ΕΝΤΟΝΑ σε εσάς γιατί οφείλατε να το ξέρετε και να μου το πείτε εκ των προτέρων ! Αυτό είναι ΑΠΑΤΗ

Vegane Auswahl ausbaufähig

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich sowie zuvorkommend.

Es gab zwar ein paar vegane Produkte, allerdings war die Kennzeichnung mangelhaft. Es gab drei verschiedene Milchalternativen, aber ansonsten keine wirkliche Auswahl. Es wäre schön, wenn es zukünftig auch vegane Aufstriche, Wurst o.ä. gäbe. Zudem wäre eine Kennzeichnung des Müslis, der Brötchen usw. toll! Leider gab es zudem kein Handtuch für den Boden nach dem Duschen.

genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi. Marina manzarası çok güzeldi. Ücretsiz park da iyi oldu.

Odada soğutucu olmaması bizim için sorun oldu. Ayrıca otelin etrafındaki inşaatlar tamamlandıkça otel çevresi daha güzel görünecektir. Metro inşaatı bitince de daha kolay ulaşılabilir olacaktır.

It was just OK

breakfast and room size was ok

firstly there were NO safety Lockers in the room. We had to carry out passports and monetary currency everywhere. Secondly the hotel is situated very far from the city.

A practical hotel

Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Nice to have a pool table too.

In room facitilities are minimal, two small towels per guest! Coffee making facilities are very basic with not enough creamer!

A good hotel for a city trip but not within walking distance of the city center.

The breakfast was very good, fresh homemade food, good supply of everything. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. I liked the fact that they offered the possibility to book housekeeping so not every day somebody comes into your room.

1. The rooms on the front of the hotel are quite noisy because there is a very busy road on that side. Once you shut your window you don't hear anything but if you like to sleep with windows open you should ask for rooms on the back of the hotel. 2. In the information it said there was subway access but there is no subway near the hotel. However, there is a bus going into town (bus 7A), busstation only a few minutes away from the hotel. Coming back with bus 7A is a longer way as it does not take the same route back. 3. In the room we missed a small water cooker. This was only meant for the more expensive rooms, not for the standard rooms. So when you come back after a long day in the city you can not make a cup of tea or coffee in your room, instead you have to go down to buy something from a machine for 34 kronen (quite expensive for a cup of hot water). It would add to my guest satisfaction if you would put a small water cooker in all the rooms.

room in the 2nd floor facing the street was very noisy, only bearable with closed windows, We were told we had to accept this room because of our dog, they didn't try to find another room.

Surprisingly good

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and there is free parking in front of the building. Rooms aren't cleaned daily by default but this can be requested at the front desk. The staff will go out of their way to help. Last time we stayed in a more expensive hotel with more stars down town; the cheaper Scandic turns out to be the better option.

There is no water, tea or coffee in the rooms.

not worth it

the hotel beds were really really bad. I woke up to terrible back pain every day. the room and washroom was ok but not worth the price I paid. it was more of a ibis budget type of hotel experience. and I paid way more than ibis budget type of hotel.

Our stay at the Scandic Synhavn was very nice. I was disappointed with this location

Convenient location

The lobby area was congested and very loud. The breakfast area was also loud and too crowded. Too many tables in such a small space which also made it a long wait for coffee and some food items. The beds were too soft for me and I actually had to sleep on the floor to keep my back from hurting.
