ALLT! kan man säga. Andra gånger för oss i detta Hotel . Maten är toppen, service, Super Stubaital Card👍massor med förmåner. Vi planerar komma tillbaka.

Een mooi verblijf in een prachtig hotel (een aanrader!!).

Een uitstekend hotel met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Een mooie kamer met balkon en uitzicht op het dorp en op de bergen aan de andere kant van het dal. Uitstekende catering, 's ochtends een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet, in de middag nog veel verschillende snacks (gratis) en 's avonds een prima 4-gangen diner. Een mooi zwembad, prima ligstoelen op het terras.

Alles was uitstekend, nergens iets op aan te merken.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Team und großartigen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten im Spa

Die Zimmerausstattung und der Wellnessbereich sind grandios. Der sehr freundliche Empfang und die immer mögliche Betreuung an der Rezeption wurden beim Checkout getoppt: Nicht nur durfte ich das Spa auch am Abreisetag standardmäßig noch nutzen (somit ist eine Dusche nach einer abschließenden Wanderung gesichert), da mein Zimmer nicht vergeben war, konnte ich den restlichen Tag auch noch dort bleiben. Außerdem wurde mir ein 20%-Rabatt gewährt, weil während meines Aufenthalts in den Zimmern neben und über mir Renovierungen durchgeführt wurden.

Wie in den meisten Hotels ließ das generell ausgiebig bestückte Frühstück herzhafte vegane Alternativen für Aufstrich (2 kleine verpackte Aufstriche)/Aufschnitt und Joghurt vermissen. Für mich ist dieser Punkt leider entscheidend bei der Bewertung eines Frühstücks.

Tolles Wellnesshotel

Das Essen, welches in der Halbpension inkludiert ist, war jeden Cent wert. Das Abendessen war, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel außergewöhnlich Gut!

Super Spa Bereich & fantastisches Abendessen

Super Spa Bereich, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück und fantastisches Abendessen, Liegt zwischen Schlick2000 und dem Stubaier Gletscher, ersteres mit Auto etwa 10min entfernt und letzteres etwa 20-30min.

Hatten hier mit Frühstück und alles war perfekt :-)

Gänge Menü Essen ist sehr schön, aber einfache Gerichte wären auch mal nicht schlecht, vor allem für Kinder wären hier einfache Gerichte besser

Excellent spa, location, cleanliness and interesting and varied menu- great quality and plenty of it.. Very well- informed friendly staff with lots of advice about local area, hikes etc Responsive to questions prior to visit and upgraded us to make accommodation work better for our party All extremely comfortable

The swimming pool is very nice and really an added value. The room is clean and bathroom has a nice shower. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner are amazing. All that you need...

There is no coffee machine in the room. It's not necessary but should be nice to have.

I returned home probably the most relaxed after a week away.

beautiful location. great spa. good facilities. lots of space to make your holiday perfect for you. staff couldn’t be more helpful. bikes are available as well as knowledge of everything to do in the area.

very good choice if you would like real luxury feeling with familian service

It’s just amazing! absolutly clear and nice room, very good mealplan. The service is high standard. The wellness - with the open air and indoor pool - is extremly beautiful.

Wonderful, relaxing break - we were well taken care of in a beautiful environment with lovely staff.

The hotel is well situated with lovely views along the valley and up the mountains. It's close to shops and the ski bus too. The hotel staff were delightful and very helpful with things like ski hire and passes. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved the afternoon tea and cake spread laid on every afternoon. What a treat! The spa is gorgeous and lovely to relax in at the end of a ski! We'd love to return one day.

It was all lovely - but if I was seeking perfection I'd love an extra pillow and tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Superb

The hotel is exceptionally clean, warm, cozy. Food is delicioua (breakfast & dinner) and the heated pool is amazing.

I wish there was a way to controll the heating in the room, since at times it got too hot. Some light curtains in the room could be great as well (for privacy) since the room only had the heavy curtains for blocking the light. And last but not least...a coffee machine in the room could make my stay absolutely wonderfull. Since it is the standart nowdays, the hotel managment should really consider putting a coffee machine in each room. Otherwise...a wonderfull stay!

Food is delicious. Midday buffet is enough for a full meal. Dinner is amazing, I was sad sometimes I could not eat everything (because there’s a lot)

Cleaning service at 8:50 am. Happened 2 times, I was still in my bed.

It has been a great experience. The staff was so friendly and supportive. In my opinion it's more than 4 star hotel. Huge food variety for both breakfast and dinner, you can have some snacks during the day too. SPA area is excellent. Beautiful location with a fantastic Gletscher view.

A wonderful experience in the middle of Alps!

Beautiful room with a picturesque view Nice and attentive personnel Great cosmetics in the bathroom The bathroom was much better in reality than in the pictures and it looked very clean Also, very clean looking spa area Nice breakfast with custom prepared eggs and milk and yoghurt from own farm Overall a great experience and definitely one of the best hotels I've ever visited!

Water in the outside swimming pool was 1-2 degrees too low. Information brochure stated 34C. With a bit warmer water it could be a completely different level of experience. The indoor pool was also too cold. The balcony itself was very nice but it could be so much better arranged with cosy soft chairs and some nice table There was no kettle and bottle opener in the room (however it was possible to make oneself a tea in the spa area in plastic cups) The fridge in the room was not working (perhaps it was switched off, I haven't checked) The spa shoes were provided in the room only on the first day and not exchanged during the whole stay, even after they got wet and a bit dirty in the spa area The shower/bath area didn't have a luxourious feel, it was not a very modern look. However the bathroom in general was very nice and much better than in the pictures. The hair dryer had low power In the pictures the outside pool looks bigger than in the reality Usage of pool and spa area was limited only till 8pm I would wish for some more daily breakfast variation, as it can get a bit monotonous during longer stays

amazing

pretty much everything. great location, amazing food for dinner and breakfast. room was large and comfortable, heating on point. WiFi working well. ticking all boxes for us and will definitely come back

entire stay was fantastic, only small minus were pillows which seemed to have their best time behind them, you had to fold them to feel like there was anything under your head :-) small point for otherwise absolutely perfect stay
