Slecht maar aardig personeel

De ligging

Het was niet schoon en eerst zaten we in appartement 131 daar was niet eens een keuken in , na een klacht de andere dag naar een andere appartement verhuist was beter maar ook niet echt schoon. Zal dit complex aan niemand aanbevelen.

Functional. I will not stay there again.

The location is good and some of the staff were helpful. The pool area is also nice.

The room was very dated. Only 1 pot to cook / boil water with. No microwave or kettle. No cleaning products in kitchen area. Towels changed once during my stay. Squeaky bed. The room was not that clean on arrival (hair on sheets, dirt on the floor in the bedroom) and was not cleaned properly during my stay. Noise from renovations of other rooms. Indifferent staff most of the time.

Rey Carlos could do with some upgrades, but is a nice hotel overall

I loved the pool and attached restaurant. The pool is the perfect depth, almost 6feet in the majority. Very comfortable to swim in. I also loved the staff at the pool bar, they were really sound and made the stay memorable! Thanks to Alex & Grace we were made feel welcome! I think once the hotel has finished upgrading all the rooms and (improves the beds & mattresses)and sorts out it's air conditioning issues it can be a 5 star hotel.

I didn't like that I booked an air conditioned room and got a room where staff knew the AC was broken, in July this is unacceptable but they did move me to a new room after one night. I did not like the beds. They were rough to sleep on, the provided couch/sofa bed in the superior rooms are far nicer to sleep on. I stayed on the 4th floor and the cannabis smell was very strong. Additionally, people do not follow the quiet hours signs posted everywhere around the halls. Some people were extremely loud during our stay and that seemed to be the norm

Good for what you pay

Really lovely staff despite the language barrier, very clean, pool facilities nice and was easy to get a sun lounger.

Could do with a second pillow on beds and more than one key per room as if one person wants to go out then the others cannot.

Great hotel, friendly staff, well located.

We liked this hotel. We have seen it a few times on our stays in the resort so thought we'd give it a go this time and glad we did. Very friendly staff (all of them), good food, great pool area. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and road. Good all round location between ingles beach, the dunes and close to shopping areas, restaurants, bars etc. Room was functional with TV, modern shower, kitchenette area including hob and a few utensils. Fan in bedroom and aircon throughout. Good wardrobe storage and safe available (for a fee). free Wifi seemed strong throughout the hotel. Late checkout is available from the standard 12.00 to either 4pm or 8pm for a small fee of 15/29 Euros respectively if this room is available. Please keep up the good work. We've already booked our next stay!

We dont like the negative reviews who dont seem to rate it in relation to what you pay! This isnt a 5* so dont expect that. But for the money, it is great value with great service. Any niggles that we had were insignificant in relation to this.

A little dissapointing

Great location, friendly staff, clean communal areas

No working light in the kitchen, balcony chair was snapped, damaged sockets throughout the room, shower head attachment damaged, bathroom door would not shut properly. Paid £300 more than a friend in the same hotel at the same times who had none of these issues.

the building outsider is ok but ones you enter on your Floor it’s really horrible! old 80 dirty carpets. apartments are nightmares . old sheets with holes till dirty kitchen

Weather beautiful.location very central for beach and restaurants.I was unlucky with the room locat

Breakfast was poor. For my price Security safe should have been free but they charge €2,00 per day. My friend had all the same facilities and paid more then €350 less than I did.I had a room to the side and there was a nervous high tree in front of my balcony which gave me restricted views.

perfect! everything was great

the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and professional and the supervisor double room option I booked was great. really spacious and modern. the pool and pool area was really nice and well laid out and I nice atmosphere. I always wanted to stay here but never did so this time I booked it and wasn’t disappointed and I will stay again here for sure

The Hotels new refurbished rooms were amazing great value for the money, swimming pool area was also excellent and the majority of staff were lovely except in the dinning area a few were so rude.

Most of the Hotel staff did not speak English. No bar available in the evenings Air conditioning did not work at all in the apartment

Close to the jumbo center and Maspalomas beach. Good value for a money - superior rooms
