Amazing time in a beautiful hotel

The hotel was really amazing. Right at the beach and shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. We had a family room which was beautiful. The hotel area was beautiful and big. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing we didn’t liked was the pool and sun bed situation. Sun beds were too close so it was quite crowded. Also people reserved already in the morning the sun beds which is quite annoying.

Det bliver bestemt ikke et returbesøg herfra.

Værelserne var fine og god størrelse og fin rengøring på værelset. Ligger i rigtig gode omgivelser med masser af hyggelige restauranter - små shops - lidt barer og supermarkeder. Og rigtig dejlig morgenmad skal da også lige nævnes.

Alt alt for mange mennesker klemt sammen i et lille område. Overvejende børnefamilier Solstolene stod så tæt at man ikke kunne rykke 5 cm uden man så følte man delte stol med”naboen”. 1 række solstole var allerede optagede 06.30( var nu på gåtur). Folk spærrer og kommer tilbage 2-3 timer senere. At de fjerner håndklæder hvis man ikke havde været der 1 time så vi kun et par gange og aldrig på første række. Er du vant til at rejse i Thailand så forvent ikke en skøn thaistrand med pudder sand. Det er meget smågrus og småsten. Der er et Kæmpe “trin” ned i vandet som kan være svært at komme op af når der er kraftige understrømme. Vandet er grumset og man ser ikke bunden. Så at folk skriver at det er en fantastisk strand fatter vi slet ikke. Det her vil jeg betegne som et typisk stort børnefamilie charterhotel

Fantastic, we’ll be back

The location is fantastic, easy walking to massage, restaurants and the night markets. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Beds were super comfy. Sister hotel next door with extra pools, inflatable for the kids and a great beach club.

The resort is long so some rooms are a distance from the beach, but nearer the shops! Just not so easy to pop back to your room.

Lovely resort that provides comfort of home

Loved this resort. Offered various pools, so you never felt crowded. Breakfast was amazing, so much on offer. The facilities were clean and staff always smiling and helpful, our room was huge and cleaned daily. Within walking distance to eateries and market. I loved that they provided big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash and handwash, instead of those tiny use once bottles other hotels provide.

I would have liked more English channel options on the TV, there was only 1 movie channel when it worked. The kid's club room was quite small and catered to very young children only. Because the resort is so large, it was quite a distance to walk from our room to the main area and back during the course of the day. Whilst it says beachfront, it's not exactly a swimming beach, more a surf beach, very rough waves, I wouldn't recommend for a family, my kids didn't get to use the beach at all.

I went to meet my sister who had booked at this hotel. From start to finish a great experience. Great engllish from all staff. The whole complex was spotless. My room waa above reception and I never heard any noise.

Lovely resort Beautiful setting spoiled by a few things they could easily rectify

Would be much better if it was adults only The sun umbrella shanty town by the beach makes the place look terrible. The plastic been bags they put out on the beach makes the place look cheap and classless. There is a plastic pontoon/jetty they use for boat tours. Again this makes the beach area look cheap and classless. Such a shame as it would be a beautiful place without the above

well the place is great but you should expect a very big resort - this kind of loses the personal touch and also means that alot of the rooms are not really near the beach but about 200m from it.

Very, very enjoyable. Totally relaxing.

From start organised taxi from airport, check in and total stay, to taxi to airport at the end everything was excellent. Superb breakfast. Well organised excursion. Free classes were excellent.

More Vegan options. Biodegradable bin liner in bathroom.

Almost Perfect Gateaway

Overall is a high quality standard resort Great location that near to the shops The swimming pool is nice & clean Breakfast was excellent Room is clean, design is good, very user friendly, bathtub & rain shower are good The Pool Bar is good, nice food & good price for happy hour (same price as outside restaurant) Please support the local restaurant, massage as well, as they are going through a hard time now Overall i rate it 10/10 despite continuous rain throughout our journey there

Staff service overall is good , but i would be expecting the staff is more attentive & giving solution as our Surin Trip was cancelled due to poor weather, without being informed through restaurant or in room calls, where we were prepared well in the lobby only being informed which is a bit disappointed for us

The staff were great. Good interconnecting rooms for families and a golf cart to take you around since these rooms are far away.

The restaurant is below average. Every other activity on the kids club is charged and the prices are super high. Not enough common places to stay when raining.

Everthing!! The resort layout, pool, gardens , management and staff were exceptional, room was large with beach views beautiful bed and bathroom with bath and extra-large day bed. Food was amazing (only comment was lack of gluten free bread and pancakes - minor issue overall).

Nothing we did not like, just a few suggestions: More coffee machines in the morning. Possible wheelchair access to the rooms. Level of food for lunch/dinner can be much better

Great resorts for vacation!

Lovely resort. Many swimming-pools and nice situated. Great location near the beach and just a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Recommended for families!
