Great selection for breakfast, attentive and helpful staff, really nice pool. It was a great stay.

The pool was great. I'm an older sigle woman, and the waiters ignored me. I had to go to the bar myself to get drinks.
There were mosquitoes in my room the first night. They switched my room but gave me the wrong key and no hair dryer so i hadto return to the desk and get it taken care of which took a while. I asked for a bottle of water at the desk, and I told them I'd even pay for it, but they wanted it delivered to my room which was on the second floor. Then they gave me directions to a tienda so I could buy it. Really?

Beautiful garden around the pool and great view from our room onto the garden.

We went to Villahermosa to see the Parque La Venta, a lovely walk through trees and plants, displaying the fabulous pre-Columbian artefacts from the Olmecs.
So we chose this hotel because it is literally 15 minutes’ walk from the park.
The hotel was busy, with families and business people.
The restaurant provided great food - a wide choice of hot chocolate, delicious local fruits, vegetables and typical Mexican dishes. We loved it.
The swimming pool was a wonderful break from the heat, and the rooms very comfortable and spacious, with balconies looking out over the gardens and pool.
The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient.
Nothing.

The pool! It was a quiet room and the coffee maker + free coffee in the room were a big plus. The staff was helpfull and very friendly.
As vegetarians we weren´t too thrilled with the restaurant, but you had supermarkets nearby. So it wasn´t a problem.

Location 15 min from ADO bus station. very spacious hotel lobby, cafeteria, pool area, common areas.
overpriced small room with obstructed view to the pool, we got to see the ugly roofs around. pool is big and nice but needs al some maintenance work. We got raggedy old towels at the main desk with a $300 pesos fee if lost. very slow service.

it was not the first time I stayed in Hotel ViVa. however since last time I have been noting a worsening level of the room reserved through Booking.
this time there was not a internet connection, and it was quite noisy

A very nice hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. A very good value. We had an easy walk to see the Olmec heads and zoo. Highly recommended.
The WiFi was slow and intermittent. Breakfast was good but the dinners were average. There are other good options nearby.

I choose places for swimming and this hotel had a fabulous pool for laps. La Venta to see the Olmec heads are within walking distance and the hotel is easy location with parking in and out of the city.
