It’s got to be the best place to stay near Pozzuoli.

Breakfast, friendly staff, location, comfortable bed and clean room. What else could you want?

Great hotel west of Naples

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting local Roman sites. Also very close to train station.

Some traffic noise, but we like to have the window open.

A good budget complex which is comfortable and sufficient as a base

Reasonable breakfast selection, very comfortable bed, balcony with chairs and table, terrace for relaxing, very friendly staff, lovely shower

Bar selection poor, spa was small and only 4 - 5 guests allowed in at a time, noisy day and night, cramped parking facilities, no where to really chill out, very friendly staff but no local knowledge about eating or days out etc, no tourist information in reception

Very helpful staff

Very friendly staff willing to do an extra effort to help you. The hotel is well located close to the Nerone terme. On arrival we didn’t reserved the entrance to the thermal area, luckily they helped us to get a last minute ticket that grant also a discount at the thermal bar.

Fantastic Hotel outside Naples

Great hotel with lovely staff on hand to help out with everything. Clean, comfortable, free parking which was great and opposite train to get you into Naples or surrounding areas. Good breakfast and the best service, we would stay again.

I would go back again its a great little getaway!!!

Location is fantastic. Spa, gym and breakfast were great!!

The room needed new pillows. The ones in room were flat without much support or comfort.

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Villa Louisa. The staff from the very beginning where so helpful from messaging them on WhatsApp and booking the transfer from the Airport to the hotel which was so smooth. To arriving early and they allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. The breakfast was amazing everything was so fresh every morning and the place was so clean from our room and all around the hotel. The location of the hotel is in a wonderful spot. The stop for the train to Montesanto is only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel and the beach is also a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Also the receptionist are so wonderful and they will help you in anyway they can. I would 100% be back, thank you 😊

Breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was well air conditioned, luxurious, and clean. It’s seconds from the train, which can get you around Napoli. And the pizza close by was wonderful

Great hotel; great staff!

The staff were excellent and were very helpful and professional. The rooms were cleaned daily and the aircon was easy to adjust. The hotel were very engaged with helping to arrange additional requests and the WhatsApp communication was a great idea! The location to beaches, cafe/restaurants and the train station was perfect for a small family with only short walking distances.

pleasant because of the staff, but the furniture needs to be replaced

the staff are very friendly, the location is great for where I wanted to be & what I wanted to do, the layout of the villa is very nice, many places to sit and chill, nice balconies with sea views

the villa is in desperate need for renovation. they need to ditch the big bulky vintage wood furniture for a more modern look, the floors would look better if they were all wood inside the rooms. the furniture is all scratched and broken, many doors are wearing out, in some places the paint is chipping, the sofa in one of the rooms was all torn up, many of the furniture is broken and it needs replacement. modern furniture is not expensive at all, I am not sure why they’re not renovating the place already

Great value for money

Staff were great, breakfast Ok - prepared for your wishes within limits of course and the Gym available but limited in equipment. Spa was closed due to COVID.
