Just pure therapy, relaxation and rejuvenation in the most beautiful surroundings you could think of. We will be back !

This is our third stay and again the hotel met all our expectations. The staff the location the food the hotel itself are all first class. This is our favourite holiday destination of all time.

Magnificent place

Amazing place in wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The room was impressive and large and so was the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. Dinner in the garden, breakfast on the third floor terrace (with stunning views). Plenty of parking. And the suitcases were brought up to the room (we panicked at first when we saw all the stairs). Only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Nice property & room alsopretty gardens and nice staff.

The property is better if you have a car. We did not have a car and it is a very difficult to walk up from gates. They could really use a shuttle service as taxis are almost non existent in rieti. Also they could use a bar or place for a night cap.

we went in off season so the outside facilities were closed - it is on a huge property with tennis courts pools and maybe trails - looks like you could stay for a week but your really close to Rome and a couple miles from Reiti— they must do weddings there — a slightly dusty grand old hotel - dusty=old

for our needs in the city if reiti would have been better

Wonderful stay in Rieti,

Fantastic pool area clean and well kept, . Beautiful villa and surroundings. Excellent restaurant, amazing food.

Bedrooms tired and outdated, no coffee or facilities. Bedsides lights available but unconnected. These things did not spoil our stay but could have meant excellent feedback overall.

Best hotel near Rieti

We've stayed at Villa Potenziani multiple times now and we love it. The location, just outside Rieti, is surrounded by green and the property itself is stunning, with beautiful frescoes in every hall. Rooms and bathrooms are huge and very comfortable and the breakfast has everything you could want. And the pool is lovely, set aside in the property gardens - it's very large and with plenty of loungers. There's even a little snack bar by the pool, very convenient. We hope to be back soon!

That you have to wear bathing caps in the pool.

I had a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

I was a bit disappointed with the Wifi. I work in the technology field and could not connect at all at the hotel due to poor connectivity. The wifi did not work at all. In addition to the wifi situation, the Air Conditioning did not work the entire time. When I complained about it, I was told that it is due to the weather. For seven night I had to suffer from intense heat in the room. Another issue I gave was the issue with toilet paper 🧻. I had to request it as the room did not have a roll. I would not recommend this hotel to any family and friends. I had a bad experience.

Elegant period hotel overlooking Rieti.

Elegant period hotel in historic mansion overlooking Rieti. It is 3 Km within a large park location....which the entry road was, unfortunately, most difficult to locate. Very tranquil setting with spacious rooms and excellent and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Typical hard Italian bed and pillow which I personally find uncomfortable. Large attractive room but without a suitable table or desk to write on.

Very good

Lovely, historic hotel in an old mansion. Gorgeous, parklike grounds, really wonderful outside sitting areas to enjoy peace and tranquility. The dining room is really special, though we didn't eat there. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and the pool was large and pleasant. Very clean rooms. Well worth staying at for these things.

The rooms need a little tending to. New bedding and fresh coat of paint. Some of the dated decor could go, and the rooms would be much improved.
