Das Hotel Spinelli ist unprätentiös und gerade deshalb sehr, sehr gut!

Das hauseigene Restaurant ist hervorragend! Für einen fairen Preis wird ein Menu angeboten mit verschiedenen Optionen bei der Vor- und Hauptspeise! So etwas schätzt man nach einem langen Arbeitstag!

Very good

really lovely cool garden and seated lounges at front entrance. Staff were very helpful and gave good local knows. Loved the bikes for hire so a ideal way to get the parks, beaches and Piazza. The buffet breakfast was really great, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cooked eggs, bacon, sausages, ham cheese etc also. Good size and refurbished rooms. Reasonably close walk to good eateries and canals and super yacht marinas I would definitely recommend Hotel Spinelli.

pillows were flat and bit hard. No kettle tea coffee making area in room

perfect place for a stay in Viareggio

nice and clean room in a good neighbourhood. 10 min walk to the promenade along the marina. good breakfast. very nice and helpful staff. free parkinglot around the corner.

This time, I clearly made the wrong choice.

Very clean. Bed linen and towels are perfectly clean. The location is twofold: on the one hand, it is very secluded and quiet. On the other hand: not close to the beach, not close to the promenade. But, there are excellent restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff thought that I was not a very important person and first put me in a room that did not look like the one presented on booking.com. All the windows had solid and thick bars. View of the ruberoid roof. Surprisingly ascetic inside. Plumbing is very old, moldy. The air conditioner didn't work. It looks like a cell in a good Norwegian prison. After my requests, they gave me a similar room, but with one window without bars and overlooking the garden.Only the next day, after my requests, they gave me a normal number: the way it looks on booking.com. Well, the next day the air conditioner was fixed. The pillows were like a stone, a blanket, made of non-woven fabric.Breakfast is normal, simple, but some products (dates) were spoiled. The staff is friendly and tried hard. But apparently they just don't know how it is in other hotels.

Staff were very pleasant and Max on reception was particularly helpful. Would return.

The breakfast was very good with proper cappuccino and fresh fruit and croissants. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast in pleasant surroundings Friendly staff on hand.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. You have the option to take a coach directly to some sunbeds you can rent for the day, and those were good too!

The room we got smelled like cigarette smoke, and the airconditioning did just enough (could have been stronger). But to be fair, we were there during the heatwave this summer, so very often you'll probably not need a stronger airconditioning. The view from the room was also nothing to speak of (roof and backyards of other people).

The hotel was nice and clean, nicely equipped and cozy rooms. Free parking close to hotel is also nice. Breakfast were great, awesome variety of fresh food, great coffee. What gives it the 10/10 is the personnel. Everyone of them were really nice and great, helpful in all possible ways. And room service left the room nicely cleaned every day.

Can't really think of anything. Maybe the missing kids playground, that is written in hotel description...

Good location Very comfortable beds . Good breakfast and ok to eat outside Big Free parking lot very nearby at the stadium , Fragrant and beautiful jasmine in the garden

The Info on availability and conditions for renting bicycles was not clear among different employees , they need to organize one digital system that every employee can easily access .

Decent place, worth the stay

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Most of the guests are regulars and working in shipping industry. Only on weekends we saw families. Our kid enjoyed the attention

Amazing staff, very accommodating. A hotel where you can feel relaxed very quickly. Just a good atmosphere with great staff can make all the difference. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated smaller hotel, where personal is nice and warm and helpful! hotel is adorned with small green area and has perfect facility for enjoying your self in their garden. Place to come back, price and place is family friendly!
