Wonderful

The crew of this hotel are amazing !!! Helpful with every request. Clean and beautiful rooms. The hotel is located in the city Center. Will sure visit again.

Precioso hotel, con espectaculares vistas y excelente ubicación.

La ubicación es inmejorable, pues no solo tiene una preciosa vista al mar, sino que está pasos de todas las atracciones y calle principal, sin estar demasiado cerca o demasiado lejos. La terraza y el jardín eran preciosos, se sentía como un pequeño oasis. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, la cama era buena y no había ruido exterior, por lo que había un buen descanso. Personal atento. El desayuno era rico pero nada espectacular (excepto poder comerlo junto a la hermosa vista), por lo que me pareció caro y por lo tanto, no pagaría por la versión "full" nuevamente.

Solo una recomendación: el secador de pelo era muy malo y suave. Un secador con potencia es fundamental y para este tipo de alojamientos es algo que se espera. Por otro lado, tanto las fotos de la habitación como en la descripción de la misma, se señalaba que había una bañera además de una ducha. Era esperado poder darme un baño de tina y no fue así. Si tuviese niños pequeños hubiese sido importante.

Taormina cudowne miejsce z pysznym jedzeniem.

Doskonały hotel w centrum Taorminy, położony w pięknym ogrodzie. Przemiła obsługa. Świętowaliśmy z mężem rocznicę ślubu - dostaliśmy w prezencie list z gratulacjami - ręcznie napisany oraz butelkę pysznego wina. Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały czas.

Best stay and beautiful hotel with sea views

The staff could not do enough for you - BA cancelled our flight out and then our luggage was lost plus due to local issues our flights have been constantly cancelled so we have had to book extra nights- the staff are attentive, caring and are so kind - Mariangela deserves a special mention

Facility is amazing and the staff is even better.

Cannot say enough good about the professional and helpful staff. They went beyond any normal expectations from the minute we walked in the door until we departed the hotel. Great location and very nice accommodations.

Boutique hotel with amazing view and great staff.

A family boutique hotel with beautiful view to the see and small botanic garden. The staff is so fresh and helpful willing to help 24 hrs , rooms are traditionally styled with clean bathroom and limited amenities . All rooms are prepared with fruit basket and limone biscuits gift and drink.the location is on the center you need to use about 50 steps stairs and you’ll be there .

If you are very sensitive to noise rooms are noisy you can hear everything in corridors and surrounding rooms which is not comfortable. But as the staff and hotel have other advantages we neglected this part .

Lovely stay!

The views from our room were breathtaking! The room itself was also neatly presented and felt quite spacious with the very high ceilings. The staff were also very friendly and professional - they have been very kind and helped with activities and dinner reservations, as well as helping us sort out a last minute transfer to the airport when our flight was rerouted. The hotel also has a lovely and relaxing garden area. Breakfast was also amazing! In general, I also thought the hotel was perfectly located if you want to explore the city centre of Taormina as everything was at walking distance from the hotel.

I wish there was a pool in the hotel, but then again staff can help with shuttle buses to nearby beach clubs if you fancy a swim

The location was very good and the staff were very attentive thank you

The Hotel is very dated and the sound proofing of the rooms is very poor we had no sleep for 2 nights.Also the breakfast is very poor this hotel is definitely not a 4 star well overpriced.

Atmospheric old elegance and an amazing view

The view from our window was amazing and the beds were quite comfortable. The room was huge and the bathroom VERY large. Staff was fantastic and we loved the garden and “secret entrance” to town. The location couldn’t have been better. Note that if you are driving in after dark go slowly - the car park is on a one way and if you miss it you have to go all the way around again. That said, the parking was handled well and we appreciated having a spot

Taormina is a MUST visit for anyone coming to Italy in my view and stay in this hotel in Taormina!

We were greeted with a glass of wine/processeco and valet parking. Staff could not do enough for us. The view from our 3rd floor room was mount Etna and the garden of the hotel from a very big room balcony and the rooftop balcony with a view of mount Etna and the ocean and the exteriour garden are amazing. The location is superb- close enough to restaurants and shops and historic places to visit but in a quiet area.

A terrific four-star hotel.

The Hotel is a very well-run hostelry that deserves every one of its four stars. The tool was comfortable and spotless. Staff was very helpful. It’s centrally located in Taormina. Breakfast on the terrace was spectacular.

My traveling companion thought the continental breakfast was a little scant, given its 12 euro cost. The breakfast setting was, however, beautiful and service exemplary.

Perfect location in Taormina. The parking was wonderful as they parked your car for you in an enclosed garage. view on the terrace was an extra bonus at breakfast and for drinks in the afternoon
