Big home with lots of room for a big family, back deck has a great view with lots of chairs for everyone to sit around, gas fire pit. 8-10 minutes to Boone for shopping is convenient. The kids had a lot of fun with the ping pong table. Dining room area was a great table for 10 to play family games.

Really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the house provides. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house. There was lots of great space for family. Beds were comfortable, lots of games for kids to play. The guest contact was very responsive for the needs we had. Some supplies were a little sparse, so you might want to check or bring extra if this is important (paper towels, cleaning cloths, foil or ziplocks, tissue, dishwasher pods, spices or cooking staples).

I had some friends surprise my husband for his 30th birthday here and it was wonderful! This house had plenty of space for a group of adults to hang out and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The neighborhood is delightful and quiet and if you walk far enough down the hill you can even pass some horses!
My one comment would be to make sure you bring pantry staples if you plan on cooking at the house. There were plenty of glasses and cutlery but there only seemed to be a few small pots/pans which was may be limiting if you plan to cook a number of large meals.
But otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this place!!

This house was just perfect for a gathering of my grown kids, grandchildren and another set of grandparents for a few days. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, the house was spotless, and we all had plenty of room everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and all the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit for s'mores, and everyone had a relaxing time in the hot tub after a day skiing. We had quick responses to any questions we had for our guest contact. Thank you for a place to make some wonderful memories.

The property was a little smaller than the impression given in the photos but overall it was beautiful. We stayed with 14 plus a 4 yr old and were berated even though we left things very clean and orderly. We were told to call around noon to see if we could check in early and when I did the rental agent was very rude about it not being done. I called to ask for extra towels or a place in the house where there might be additional towels and was told to use the washer and dryer and that it was the owners fault that there were not anymore towels. Do not expect to he assisted if you need anything or have any questions. I will not rent the home again or with that agency again.

An absolutely stunning property. They’ve thought of everything. Perfect spot for our family to unwind and enjoy Christmas.

This house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen needs supplied. The hot tub was fantastic, along with games and ping pong. All bedrooms are large with great linens, and the bathrooms are beautiful. Parking was ample and the covered parking was nice. Downside was low water pressure and we could have used more towels.

Our family had a relaxing and wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful home we rented. We were able to have our children and grandchildren visit to have a lot of fun. We kayaked, visited many restaurants. hiked, went to Mystery Hill, played putt putt, ping pong at the rental home and games galore.

The home was beautiful but the owners are completely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I booked this home for 4 nights and paid $3600. After an hour in the home I received notice to leave immediately as I wasn’t of age to book yet they knew 2 months prior. It only became an issue when my service animals showed up on the camera upon arrival did they pull the age policy card. they had no issue keeping my $3600 and issuing no credit leaving me with a 7 hour drive home in pitch black down the mountain the house sits on. Of course I was told the dogs could stay as they are service animals but they used the age policy to kick us out even though they knew my age prior. They just didn’t want the dogs in the home and used this as a loophole. Currently filling a civil complaint as it’s a clear violation of ADA law on evolve and the owners part. To make matter worse, someone in my party was of age but they refused to let us stay as they weren’t the primary name under the reservation. Whether my age was known or not- I was aloud to book and aloud to complete not only the security deposit but all payments due (at separate dates) so I’m just dumbfounded the owners and evolve let this happen. It is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful home and views. Property is just as pictured on site. Loved the spacious bedrooms, game room, bunk bed room, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We saw deer in the yard daily and loved spending time outside on the porch, deck and using the hot tub. Perfect home for our multigenerational vacation.

This house was just gorgeous and had everything we wanted to have a relaxing few days in the mountains. I love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with appliances, utensils, pots - everything needed to cook for a crowd. The balcony and hot tub were fantastic - the group spent a lot of time out there. Kids loved exploring the woods out back. Made a fire in the fire pit one night and hung outside there. Huge bedrooms and space for our group to spread out and not feel on top of one another. There is also one nice bedroom tucked away in the back which was much quieter for those wanting to retire early. The location was great, hosts were super responsive and helpful the 1-2 times we needed a bit of extra help with the house. Also, we found that this house was close to all that we wanted to do around the area. We have stayed at the tops of mountains in this area in the past. While we missed the breathtaking views, it was much easier to get around (even though it was hard to leave the house at times). Great house, great hosts.

I can’t say enough about how comfortable and clean this home is. Plenty of room for families to share. Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. The owners are simply fantastic and responsive. We head to the Boone area every year, and we all agreed that this is the best rental we have experienced.

This house is exactly how it appears online..rarely does that happen. Love that there were king beds in 3 rooms and the kids room was perfect for the children. We were 3 families celebrating a few occasions. The house is well stocked with everything you need and everything perfectly labeled. Everything was clean and new. It is located right in between Boone and blowing rock so easy to get to both. The beds were very comfortable(I never sleep that great away from home and did here). The fire pits, hot tub and deck set up were perfect for our family hangouts in the evening. If we go back to the area would def rent again! Owner very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The layout of this very well equipped home was perfect for our 3 generations. Kids kept busy downstairs, grandparents on first floor, late sleepers on top floor. Well situated between Boone and Blowing Rock. Plenty of activities, games, ping pong, video games, basketball, jacuzzi kept everyone occupied when we were home. Hopefully coming back soon.

A wonderful experience
My family and I stayed in this beautiful mountain home over three days. We had three small children and seven adults and we all had a chance to reconnect after a difficult year in a beautiful setting surrounded by gorgeous rooms. The owners are very responsive, eager to please and have thought of everything. It all made staying in their home a stress free experience. The kids loved the bunk beds, ping pong table and all of the games. We couldn’t recommend this house more!

We had a great weekend in this house! Kids ranging from 9 to 4 and 6 adults - all were comfortable and entertained. The owners have done a great job of making the house feel comfortable and predicting your needs: Stools at sinks for small kids, instructions and labels throughout the house and every last kitchen utensil you might need. They go above and beyond to make this stay comfortable - even including a welcome bottle of wine and lemonade for the kids!Owners were kind and flexible with checkout as it allowed. We had no mechanical or other issues during our stay.We appreciated all of the dining, shopping and activity recommendations that helped make our weekend a blast! Would definitely stay here again!
