Nada mas al llegar, a las 01:00 a.m, nos informaron que había un error, que el culpable era booking, y que no había habitación ni camas en ningún lugar del hotel para nosotros. Estamos hablando de Benidorm el 15 de agosto, imagínense lo que fue la situación. No se hicieron cargo de absolutamente nada.

The worst hotel experience of all time

Nothing, the Hotel should be shut down quite frankly,

The staff were rude, incompetent, unhelpful and are running a scam to take deposits off holiday makers. They claimed a bed had a broken slat. The bed in question hadn’t been used and the room the bed was in, not even entered as my room mates checked into another hotel after the disgraceful behaviour of the reception staff upon check in. The receptionist booked our group into the wrong rooms, then blamed me, we had already checked in online but I was told that meant nothing and it was a waste of time! The receptionist raised her voice and shouted this at me as the first thing she said to me. She then said she refused to fix this issue and we will need to come back at 4 because she is going to the gym?? The worst customer service I have ever experienced. At check out another receptionist laughed as she told numerous people that they had a broke a bed, there were 5 other groups checking out at the same time and she waits until the transfer bus arrives and then tells you that you are being charged so that you don’t have time to question it. Literally laughing at people as she did it, never been so shocked by someone’s behaviour at a hotel in my life. We have filed numerous complaints against this hotel and I recommend cutting all ties before you guys are associated with this hotel. The lift is also a death trap and when it closes the doors they do not re open if someone walks in, a girls arm was stuck in the door and she had to go up 8 floors like that.

it’s a party hotel for parties

food is not good smell of toilets through out hotel music at out side pool pool party like sweat box no air only certain amount of drinks included reception woman not very friendly not told time of booking that it’s 50pp staying per deposit rooms not cleaned daily

get what you pay for.

staff were very nice. good location if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. door entrance in wrist bands is a great idea

Food very poor. drinks are not “premium”. the card/cup system is very odd. beds are nowhere near the pool. too many guests/day guest for the small pool area

All inclusive finishes at 19.00 Queues for drinks can sometimes take a while

18 scottish lads on a stag

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to Johnny.

The food was rather basic. Also rowdy English lads were a bit of a downer when trying to chill by the pool said some remarks to my friends.

A friendly hotel that surpassed my expectations

I could not find any fault with this hotel. our room was clean and comfortable, every single member of staff was kind and helpful, Miguel particularly made sure we were happy and jhonny kept up with us on the bar. We had the best time here and will definitely visit again

Great for stag/hen parties!

The hotel was great for our stag party or 8 people split in to two rooms of 4. There is a great atmosphere at the hotel. The food was great with plenty of options.

The staff were a bit short at the bars. The rooftop bar was closed until after 5pm, with the pool area mostly in the shade, it would have been a great alternative option to hand about. If you are sober the hotel can be very loud in the evenings but it is what it is.

Dated. Air condition/ TV controls you had to pay for. Did refund my room deposit straight away, still haven’t had it. No sun loungers, bed were £100.

Girls birthday trip

Had checked in on line before arriving and was easy to complete check in when we arrived in person late at night. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Aircon was brilliant. Staff friendly

No loungers at the pool all deckchairs, however understand it's more of a party/dance area. No crockery or kitchen equipment in the room. Didn't ask for any but found it unusual that it wasn't just in the kitchen
