Come visit our home in Bolton Landing, NY. Newly renovated with all fresh paint, new appliances, and flooring. The home accommodates 6 guests (strictly enforced), with 3 bedrooms (Queen, Full, and 2 Twin Beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, living room, and outdoor space to grill and porch to enjoy the lake views! Our home is walking distance to the beach, playground, family-friendly activities, restaurants, boat rentals, the lake, and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect place for a family getaway. If you're not familiar with Bolton Landing, we're 10 miles north of Lake George Village. I'm happy to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have! Pets, parties, and smoking are NOT permitted.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was just what we were looking for: walking distance to town and the beach.

The property was very clean in a good location and Heather was fairly responsive. Some of the small details could have been more thought out (e.g. only 4 hangers in closet in primary bedoorm, no hooks in Master bedroom, despite property guidelines insistence we use hooks for towels, etc.). We also received information about the property only 24 hours in advance (ex/there are no beach towels), only 24 hours in advance. Our visit to the house was at the end of a 10 day trip, so this is information I would have wanted earlier so I could have packed some. Instead we had to run to Target to purchase them.

We had an amazing time! The property was charming, clean and in a very private, quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were just perfect for our family. The host, Heather, was amazing with the booking and was very responsive. She maintained a clean and neat environment and left very clear instructions and information for us, which was very helpful. She also offered tips for entertaining and attractions around the area. We absolutely loved it! We hope to make this trip to Lake George a family tradition and hope to be able to stay at this property again!

This was our second time at this house. The property
was well maintained as expected. I love the new decking
and deck set. September is a great time to enjoy lake
and get into restaurants as summer crowd backs off.
I wouldnt hesitate to rent this property again.

Great location and proximity to Lake George. A cinch to bring our kayaks to the water. Comfortable and inviting house. Charming. Amazing view of the lake from dining room and bedrooms.

The home was very clean and the accommodations worked perfectly for our family of 5. The location is ideal as it gives quick access to the town beach and the center of town. Overall I rate it two thumbs up!!

We stayed in this adorable house while we attended our nephew’s wedding at the Sagamore. It was perfect! It is in a quaint, private little neighborhood and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the property owner Heather. She was a pleasure to interact with. Her home was very clean and very welcoming. We all felt comfortable and “at home”. Pretty view of the lake from the master bedroom and partial view from back porch. If you’re looking for a place in the area, you’ll want to consider this location.

We loved the house. It was our second time staying in it. It was very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect... not far from town, great walking options and a view of the lake. We definitely will stay again when we are in the area.

My husband and his dad camp on the islands in the middle of Lake George and our kids were not old enough to camp yet. This place was a great option because it was near the marina to get to the camp site but we could come home to a place for the night. The place was nice and clean and it was nice to have an area for the kids to play. Only comment is some of the doors stick a bit and could benefit from sanding/planing. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great with communication and helping me when her original welcome email went to my spam box. Would stay again!

Our daughter got married at the Sagamore & it was in perfect distance for family! Never been to a house as perfect as this! Clean, beautiful, quiet, perfect location. Will come back every year! Love love love

It was a great break to come back to comfortable very cool place after a 95 degree day in the sun. The entire place was made to feel like home, and it did. Everything we needed was supplied and easily accessible. Overall wonderful stay would highly recommend and we will be back again. Great job Heather!!!

Lovely Lake House
Loved our stay here, very clean and quaint little neighborhood. Loved that the house was away from the hustle and bustle of the Lake but close enough to partake in the lake fun when we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, clean home in Bolton Landing
This home was inviting and clean and served as a great landing pad after our daily excursions. It was private and the neighbors were great. Saw a nice view of the lake from the deck! We didn't walk, we drove to Bolton Landing because the busy road with no sidewalks was a bit too much for us. Heather was responsive and accommodating. Our only wish were that we had a little more light to cook by. Thank you for sharing this lovely ADK home. We will add this 2021 LG stay to our memory banks. xo

Perfect Family Getaway
From the beginning, many aspects of this house were so appealing to me. As I was trying to plan a weekend away with my family, we were looking for a clean and quiet place which is exactly what this house was. The house is tastefully decorated & newly renovated to make you feel comfortable during your lake side stay. The deck and patio furniture is also perfect to enjoy homecooked meals. It is conveniently located down the street from the main drag of small businesses and parks. Not only that, Heather was so helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Lake George!

Great Place to Stay in Bolton Landing!
The house was in a great location! We enjoyed walking to Bolton Landing for coffee, etc. and the easy access to activities on the lake and hiking in the mountains.
The house was as described, clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck with the view of the lake. It was the perfect spot for takeout meals during this challenging time with the pandemic.
The owner, Heather, was very responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
Highly recommend!

Beautiful House
We enjoyed our sister's getaway weekend at this beautiful house. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our small gathering. Heather was very accommodating and replied immediately to all inquiries. We enjoyed the lake view and ease to local establishments. We will definitely stay there again if we are coming back to the Bolton area.

The house was just as described, renovated and immaculate. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants of Bolton landing with views of the lake. I have no reason to look any further next time we head up to Lake George if this home is available.

Comfortable house for a family vacation in a wonderful part of the world. Close to all!
This is a pleasant, comfortable roomy place for 6 people. Nicely furnished and appointed that is VERY close to all the action at Bolton landing. There's a tiny view of the lake if you stand in just the right spot on the deck. (If the the owner trimmed some hedge, you'd see the sliver while sitting on the deck :-) ). It's mostly handicapped accessible with only a couple of low steps. We had precious time with my parents, aged 88 and 90 who LOVED every minute of our stay!
