No gym facilities

Great breakfast, clean, nice staff. Also good pools and amazing views
Could have been clear about the spa not being included.
4.2
Comfortable, spacious room and beds; balcony and sea view; the central courtyard with its trees and pools, the infinity pool. This hotel gives an impression of quality that belies the relatively low price.
Noisy neighbours: This is very much a family hotel. If you are looking for peace and quiet, don't go there at the weekend or on holidays. Pets are allowed. Yappy dogs audible from the rooms.
A la carte restaurant was closed. Breakfast in the buffet restaurant not very good (food that ought to be hot was cold; the venue large and noisy). Walk half an hour along the beach road and find a much pleasanter beach restaurant.

we only stayed one night but the hotel had a luxurious feel - fantastic infinity pool - parking isn’t perfect but it is available
4.2
1. Loved the pools (Infinity pool has beautiful view)
2. 2 for 1 cocktails between 6pm and 7pm
3. The beach nearby was lovely
4. Nice little theatre with drinks and show
5. Some staff are really nice
6. Massage was amazing!!
1. You need a car or you’re walking or getting taxis everywhere
2. If you’re not all inclusive you are paying 25€ for dinner (not including drinks)
3. They don’t change bed sheet whole time
4. No cash machine on the premises at all
5. More of a P.S but if you are charging 25€ make the person pay prior to being seated OR wait until they have finished eating, do not come over and ask them to pay when they are eating, it’s just rude.

pools were unbelievable
Wi-Fi non existent worst I have ever had plus we got a room above the entertainment room so very noisy would have liked a double bed like we asked for
4.2
Pool, food offer, excellent view
Beds were big, but not that comfy. Shower temperature changing.

Great place for a family vacation. Loved the pools and the view. Personnel and activities too noch
Booking charged more than 80% more than the price at the hoyel. We could have had half pension at the place for the price booking charges here

Excellent beach facilities. Absolutely stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and put up with my broken Spanish while also speaking flawless English. The bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfy and the outdoor terrace was fantastic.
The WiFi was horrendous. It's open WiFi and there are few good spots in the hotel, but these are few and far between. The WiFi in our room was non-existent. The buffet did not have much in the way of Spanish food which is a shame. We predominantly just ate for breakfast and it was lacking vegan options, particularly protein. The bedroom decor was a little tired and the blackout curtains has a fair few small holes in them.

The pool area was very nice
We only stayed one night and checked out early, we got no help at reception. The room was nothing like it shows on the photos and it was dirty, the hotel in general was not a 4 star and was not worth the money i paid,.
4.2
The sun set from the infinity pool.
they didn’t have a free of charge safe deposit box
It was a long walk to reach the beach.
4.2
No kettle tea coffee making.
4.2
Great location and super rooms though we paid extra for the superior sea view rom.
Every thing was fine but the standard of the food and restaurant were not up to the standard and price of the hotel, they must try harder!
4.2
location
not maintaining the hotel properly, I was stayed 7nigh but every day same food, but the staff are very good, entertainment start 22:15 if you have kids when program start they were fall asleep, evening and nights the main building is look dumb , no proper lighting.
4.2
Pools where freezing food and drinks expensive
4.2
Nothing in particular
No tea/coffee making facilities
No stocked mini bar
No English TV
No free safe
No continuously open bar of an evening
Everything charged for as extra
Not in my opinion a 5 star hotel
No free parking
No pool side bar service
I could go on...

Nice pools, great for children, and abundance of options at the breakfast (but sloppy and not so nicely presented).
Well the hotel management is sloppy, WiFi didn't work for the whole week while we were there, and they couldn't care less. Furthermore the room for 3 adults, was just a two person room, with an extra bed, for which they charge a premium price.
