Gentillesse du personnel (même si côté réception cela peut s'améliorer)

1) Plage non conforme aux photos : bondée telle la cote d'azur, beaucoup plus petite que présentée, qualité de l'eau très moyenne avec la proximité des sports nautiques motorisés (trouble), transats inconfortables et vieux 2) hôtel vieillot : à rafraîchir, plus d'eau chaude le soir, heureusement notre chambre était bien placée et c'est propre 3) nourriture moyenne, le buffet du restaurant principal est très moyen, les restaurants à la carte permettent au moins de bien manger (Venezia hot stone et Asia Antica) 4) population : tourisme de masse anglais, aucun respect de code vestimentaire pouvant permettre d'éviter le soir des clients en tongs et mangeant avec les mains 5) Activités ; tennis et padel biens mais impactés par la forte chaleur. Le reste inexistant.... Bref, une très mauvaise expérience et pour des touristes français, éviter cet hôtel !

Great for families with kids under 10 who don't want the hassle of moving around while on Holiday

Breakfast was fine, fruits and eggs etc, but nothing out of the ordinary here. pROBABLY THE EASIEST TO CATER FOR ALSO........All usual suspects were present, pastry, fruit,cereal, eggs etc etc

The rooms could have been better , ours had a slight smell from the bathrooms....not good. View was superb, and quite adequate for 6 nights.

Very good

Fantastic food, very friendly staff, size of the family room, overall views, amazing olive trees and palms giving shade. Nice pedalo, paddle board, canoe available . Great location and sea (if you go to the beach early). Bar, ice cream, near the beach. Club for kids.

The sea is becoming dirty during the day due to the motor sport. There are lot algae, and it gets dirty in the afternoon. If you come very early morning it is much better. Motor sport should be cancelled to keep the sea in the better state. If you want to walk out of the hotel, you just have very small roads with lots of car. So forget nature walk around. People are booking their sunbeds with towel from 8am so forget relaxing at the pool, and hard to find a spot at the sea as well if you come mid afternoon. Lots of sunbed taken and booked with nobody for several hours…

Bungalows were spacious, although rather old, need to be renovated. Plenty of choice in buffet offered.

U definitely need car, even to go to nearest bakery. Beach in front is small

Exceptional

We loved view over the bay. Buffet all-inclusive meals covered all possible dietary needs. Staff were outstanding, went beyond call of duty and helped us out on numerous occasions

Rooms were rather damp. Very noisy kids party in pool area, every evening

Staff were very friendly.

We paid an enormous price for this hotel - the same as the 5star one next door. In the end we got transferred to the 5star sister hotel because something had gone wrong in our room at Daphnila bay - after a hot 2 hour wait on the beach. The 5star one was ok value for money but our price for this would have been ridiculous. The website was misleading (place looked way nicer) and why were we not shown rooms at the 5star which were available at the same price?.

Easy family vacation

We loved the private beach. We loved our family bungalow. Staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Entertainment was great. Towels were fresh, sheets were soft, nice pillows.

Food got repetitive, all restaurants on property were booked. Fixtures in our room need updated, they look worn.

Great week overall

Beautiful location - tough walk to the beach due to the hill but well worth it. fabulous al a carte restaurants. Book on app before you depart as they get booked up. Great service from the staff. Bar drinks fast and always good.

Company used by the hotel for taxi boats to Corfu I believe to be a risk. Too many people in small boats… So hope there is never an incident as it could be catastrophic. Would book a private boat..great trip though. Lovely to see Corfu town.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Beautiful hotel and lovely location Im sure in better non covid times visitors can enjoy a full hotel experience. The children loved the buffet and being able to order food and drinks especially the ice cream and crepe station by the beach.

It was a busy period half term and couldnt book some of the restaurants, wine tasting or watersports due to limited availability. Unfortunately we went during Oct and the rains caused havoc with flooding in the bungalow which we were staying in.

Lovely place, great for families with young children as they provide everything. Fabulous beach

The accommodation of our room was disappointing. It was clean but very basic, and not like the lovely looking refurbished rooms shown on the website. There was bubbled walls from the damp in the bathroom and very tired furniture. Also the second ‘bedroom’ was badly positioned as you walk straight into it from the main door and there was no actual bedroom door for privacy. In our situation having to walk past a sleeping baby when we came home late was not ideal

The rooms need to be renovated and the wait staff though friendly were lacking training.

The pool and beach placement lovely—not enough room or shade to accommodate the guests. Need to clean the sea floor because there loads of tires and discarded wires and trash. Additionally they have a wasp problem. My child stung twice and the staff was slow to react. The wait staff stations should have ice and medicine so staff can react quickly.

Rooms need to be renovated, cabinets closets and bathrooms. I think for the price of your rooms you can do better!
