Great experience

The Hospitality for every guest is great. Very flexible for any requests. We opted for the half board and the Dinner was a five course menu each evening. Location is great if you want to use the Silvretta bahn cable car. I would highly recommend them for their professional service and unique touch of hospitality

Excellent late season skiing in a lovely hotel

The staff were all excellent. The food was of a very high standard. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained. The Spa area was very clean and to a high standard.Overall the hotel made the ski holiday as easy and relaxing as possible. The hotel is well located for the lifts.

The supper and breakfast was fantastic. The location was great And the staff were brilliant

Tiniest complaint from a coffee snob. They didn't have a proper espresso machine. Only bean to cup machines that didn't taste great.

up to the usual standards of 4* Hotels in Austria but with an added advantage of a top location in a lovely town. I’d be

brilliant location just 20m from the Dorftunnel, and the ski lift is therefore less than 5 mins walk. Food was good, rooms functional but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great ambiance in the hotel, it also has a lively public restaurant and bar

The external access stairs to the ski room are steep and narrow

I had a great week.

The food was very good and plentiful. The tunnel to the ski lift is just around the corner. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were fantastic.

My room was a bit small and right up in the top, furthest corner of the hotel. Nice and quiet.

fabulous hotel, excellent food and the friendliest and most helpful staff. we will definitely be visiting again!

The hotel was located right next to one of the main gondolas which was excellent! The boot room is directly under the reception which makes the whole experience so easy!

Very comfortable and relaxing place with excellent service!

Extremely clean and heavenly delicious meals( half board). The staff is very polite and helpful. “Relax, if you can…” really speaks about this place!

Hotel is located probably in the best place in Ischgl close to Dorftunnel which takes you to Fimbabahn and from the hotel is no place in Ischgl too far. Parking is possible in the big parking house which is approximately 300 meters away from the hotel. We had a room with balcony and a very nice view to the street. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. On breakfasts there could have been wider variety of vegetables to choose, but overall it was not a big problem and breakfasts were really nice. Dinners were exquisite. Staff, regardless if it was on the reception or in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to come next year.

Very nice hotel with top infrastructure and staff

Very beautifull hotel with a top class diner in the evening. Half board is recommended in this hotel. Also top service when checking in with the car. Very nice wellness...

Enjoyable trip overall

Hotel location is excellent. Breakfasts were very good, as were the dinners. The serving staff were particularly charming.

Afternoon tea was supposed to be a bonus although the spread was disappointing. We had to pay for our cups of tea which defeat the whole point, we only went for 2 days. We were disappointed with the check out which was a shame as the Hotel was great in many ways. The reception staff did not appear to pay attention despite the fact we had informed them the night before to prepare our bills . We had already paid for our hotel before arrival, however, the check out staff presented the full bill including room charges. We have had to ask her to amend the bill which to us does not present the hotel in a good light. These things matter to the clients as it seem sloppy.

It is one of the most central hotels in Ischgl, perfect for lifts and shops. standards of accommodation and cuisine exactly as expected.

A wonderful family-run hotel with helpful and friendly staff and warm homey atmosphere. Spacious room access to a patio on first floor. I highly recommend the half-board option. The dinners at the restaurant were fantastic and a great value for money - three course gourmet dining and a great wine list. Excellent location in the centre of Ischgl, just meters away from the underground connect to Fimbabahn gondola.
