We have stayed many times and will stay again

So quiet even though it’s in the centre of the old town. Staff is lovely, breakfast is great, the breakfast waitress was friendly and helpful

A few too many mosquitos by the wall , please put out some mosquito coils

Un petit paradis calme en plein centre

L’emplacement au calme et pourtant juste à côté des dédales de ruelles pavées et des multiples boutiques et restaurant, le petit déjeuner délicieux à prendre au soleil au bord de la piscine, le jardin et piscine magnifique où se délasser, le personnel aux petits soins

Il y avait une petite odeur d’humidité dans la chambre mais qui s’enlevait en aérant à chaque fois. Les pierres gardent l’humidité et la renfermé

Fint til et meget kort ophold.

Meget smukt renoveret bygning. Stemningsfyldt oase midt i den gamle bydel. God morgenmad.

Værelserne var overdrevent minimalistiske. Ingen steder at lægge toilettasken, sæben eller stille tandbørsten. Sengen meget smal. Værelset mørkt. Den bestilte terrasse viste sig at være ude på offentlig gang med meget gennemtræk. Poolen var ubrugelig pga nedfaldne blade og uindbydende bund og kanter.

A beautiful relaxing space.

We stayed in room 7 which was a superior double with a balcony. The bed seemed larger than a super king and it was very comfortable. There was a fridge and a useful large kitchen sink which was great for washing out swimwear. The staff were so helpful and welcoming - Iliana was the perfect breakfast hostess. We were impressed with how clean the hotel was kept through our stay. We would love to return.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a bit of peace and quiet. I could not fault it.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of the old town. Very tranquil place to stay and the staff were lovely, they reflect the hotel. Breakfast was amazing every day, great selection.

Really central location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast in the beautiful hotel garden.

The coffee shop opposite the hotel often played quite unneccasarily loud trance music, you could hear it inside the room. Made sitting on the terrace not so fun. It was lovely when it shut for the evening!

Perfect Stay!

I loved everything! The staff was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING and so delicious. The location was central and close to so much (food, cafes, sightseeing, beach, etc.). I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I loved my room and the view of the pool from my balcony. I loved the pool area and lounger chairs. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the decor, look and feel of the boutique hotel. I would absolutely stay here in again.

would recommend this place!

Our stay at Pepi hotel was great. The overall look of the place is fantastic, we loved our room and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, right in the centre of old town, close to many good restaurants/ bars and points of interest.

The breakfast was good but not great since more vegetarian or vegan options are lacking. Otherwise good selection of food, great drinks.

A beautiful boutique hotel, sympathetically restored, ideally located in the heart of the old town of Rethymno. The absolute quality offering and hospitality was faultless from the cleanliness, food and amazing service given throughout our 7 night stay…..Thank You Team Pepi !!

Breakfast was awesome. Excellent buffet breakfast with with the option to order from the menu. Location was perfect and centre of the old town. Room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk was helpfull with booking taxis, etc.

spotless. excellent service eg when a light seemed not to work or we couldn’t figure out safe. they got us restaurant reservations. nice buffet breakfast. Location great. not a place to choose if you have trouble with stairs and lofts, though they do have first floor rooms.

Peaceful, stylish boutique hotel in the heart of the old town!

This is a lovely, stylish hotel in the heart of the old town. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic too.

There was a smell of drains in one of the bathrooms. We had requested twin beds five months in advance and again a few weeks ago and were told they were subject to availability. However, it would have been better for them to tell us they couldn’t provide them (as they didn’t) and we could have gone elsewhere.

STUNNING rooms with a lit of charme

Great location - very central. Free parking can also be found around the old town if one is willing to search a little. The rooms are STUNNING! Such a charming place. We had the basic room. So the higher categories must be even more amazing.

The pool is small but one should enjoy the nearby beach anyway. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive and offer a wider selection.

Little boutique gem in the heart of Rethymno old city

Location is amazing. Right in the center of old town but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. I've seen that some people complain of the church bells but for us that was part of the magic of this place. Their yard is a true gem. Breakfast was excellent. Our bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff is very kind. I would highly recommend this little boutique hotel.

Our room needed some small repairs (chipped paint in the bathroom, mirror needs to be replaced) but nothing major. This did not take away from our very pleasant experience.

Very rich breakfast served in a delicious tropical garden. Tiny pool to have a little splash after a hot day. Huge suite for 3 people on 2 levels.

The breakfast and pool area is very pretty. Breakfast was very good! Beds were comfortable. Location is perfect.
