Location was good, it was clean

Very noisy beds. Our room was also next to the kitchen. Our flatmates were reasonable quiet but you could hear everything they were doing in the kitchen

Great location, good if you don’t expect too much

The location is great and the apartment was clean

You can see that everything was done the cheapest possible. Some things are broken (the outlets go out of the socket for example).

Nos encantó la estancia

La verdad que estando de Interrail hemos frecuentado muchos hostel y este era como llegar a casa. Todo muy limpio, gente muy respetuosa con el horario. Instalaciones muy bien pensadas ya que hay 2 baños para chicas/os y luego 2 duchas para chicas y 2 para chicos. Está muy bien para las habitaciones que hay. Super buena ubicación.

Lo único que diría es que los colchones podrían ser un poquito más cómodos ya que eran algo finos y intentar que las puertas no hicieran tanto ruido.

Agréable je recommande tout de même

L’emplacement, la propreté et la fonctionnalité

Les lits grinçaient quand on bougeait et le personnel n’était pas très souriant et pas très aidants, la seule fois où on leur a demandé un renseignement concernant les visites on avait l’air de les déranger et ils nous on répondu de revenir le lendemain mais nous avons tout cherché par nous mêmes.

Péssimo atendimento do pessoal, grosseiro, ofensivo e desrespeitoso. Mesmo depois que a Booking fez o débito no meu cartão e efetuou o pagamento a eles, continuaram enviando cobranças pelo WhatsApp, até que reclamei na Booking e a Booking disse que o tratamento deste tipo de assunto é entre a Booking e a hospedagem. Aí pararam de fazer a cobrança indevida

Mixed feelings

Exceptional communication, welcoming host, easy self check-in. I was able to make really dark in the room with the wood thing inside the window.

If you don't ask for towel before your stay, you don't get it. Walls are really thin so it's kinda pointless to rent a room because you'll hear anything. Check-out at 10am is early for most tourists, better hostels do 11am.

This was a great place to stay, we got an apartment so we had our own bathroom, bed, kitchen, washing machine for a super affordable price. We were really pleased with this accommodation.

We left our bags on the last day with reception, it’s a shame we had to pay, it would have been nice if this service was complimentary.

Jack the owner is well accomodating. The review should be higher than in actual.. i will give him 10 for it. We will come back again next month and will definitely stay here everytime we will have a layover in Budapest. Truly a gem in the industry. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Budapest center

The room was spacious and very warm. There is a great heating system. Common areas were very nice as well, 2 shared bathrooms, one of them huge, and the kitchen was superb too. You will have all you will need there. And what to say about the location? Couldn't be better. All the shops, restaurants, bars, all you need is near and you can go on foot.

Clean and good location, no real surprises based on the price / reviews... but take earplugs!

Communication was clear and helpful. The room, bathroom and shared areas are clean. It was nicely heated and the shared bathroom has plenty of hot water. The location for me was great because it is in the Jewish Quarter more or less and very close to a lot of bars and restaurants with various food options and, because I like walking, I didn't have a problem with the distance to the river and the main monuments or to the 100E airport bus (about 10 minutes).

If you arrive outside of check-in times, you have to call or text a number to have the door opened - for me this was a problem because my phone doesn't work outside of Spain and I need WiFi. This caused some concern before arrival. However, it is a residential building and it is possible to wait for somebody to open the door and explain your situation to get through the front door. After that the instructions are clear and easy. The main issue for me though was noise, from both outside of the room and the bed itself. The information explains that there is soundproofing, but this didn't seem the case for the room I was in (1st floor/room 1). The door leads directly to the kitchen area and the front door. You can here everybody coming and going and everything that goes on in the kitchen/social area. With people coming back in the early hours, it can get a little tedious. Finally, the bed creaks a lot and it's difficult not to wake yourself up during the night. My advice is to use earplugs if you don't want to be woken up, or try to request a room that has a wooden bunk-bed as I imagine that wouldn't make so much noise.

Cool place with all you need, close to the center and clean

Great, clean and comfortable hostel, I stay here for the third time. Large room, cozy kitchen, everything you need. LIked the option of self-checkin very much. Close to the center and many public transport options availabe.

The apartment was very clean and spacious everything was very modern and nice, also good location

They dont have receptionist all day, just from 9am-4pm the apartment doesn't have tv and it doesn't have a nice view.
