Convenient T3 transfer, clean and friendly

Room is big and nice and super clean, very convenient T3 transfer (frequent bus), staff are very friendly. They have packed breakfast for us because we have early flight. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Breakfast is good but could have more variety.

Beautiful hotel. Very close to the airport. Staff was unprofessional.

Rooms are spacious, hotel is very close to airport.

-. Person who checked us in doesn’t speak English. I am wondering why in 5 star hotel near international airport management doesn’t require basic knowledge of English from the reception. - she charged us more than was mentioned in the booking. I am glad I checked and asked to return money back. They instantly did it. But what if I didn’t check?! - we were upgraded to 2 family rooms. Grown ups also got a room with kids design. But I was too tired to change the room in the middle of the night. When we woke up in room 3039, it smelled weird, I thought it’s sewage but when we came back after sightseeing and entered the room, the smell of urine was so obvious that I wanted to vomit. I called to customer service but the person I spoke to doesn’t speak English. I went to reception and they only apologized for inconvenience. We had a plane to catch so we just went to sleep in one room. Very nice hotel otherwise but poorly managed.

Lo scalo più comodo della vita

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante uno scalo di ritorno dal Giappone, quindi la prima cosa che ci ha lasciati positivamente stupiti è stata la grandezza della camera, un soggiorno, una camera da letto, una cabina armadio, bagno con doccia, vasca e perfino il bidet! Letto enorme, comodissimo, in camera c'era qualsiasi cosa potesse servire. Ottima anche la colazione con tantissimi prodotti, sia tipici che continentali. E' molto semplice raggiungere l'hotel perchè c'è una navetta che passa ogni 15 minuti se non sbaglio, sia all'andata che al ritorno. Per quanto riguarda l'andata, siccome siamo arrivati in tarda serata in aeroporto, e la comunicazione non è ottima, abbiamo impiegato un po' di tempo a capire che saremmo dovuti uscire dall'aeroporto e aspettare la navetta, di fatti poi sono giusto 5 minuti di tragitto. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

What a disgrace this Hotel is - a shame

The Hotel lobby looks good with all the marble. That is basically it - there is nothing more positive to say about this Hotel to be honest - what a shame and disgrace.

Too much to write here - I publish a photo that may say it all - the bedlinen was broken (old), the shower was spitting in all directions, the aircon did not work ..... Now the staff was pretty much uninterested in customers, the food was terrible (soggy pizza and served 1 per 15 minutes = 4 people = 1 hour, each eating separately from the others who had to wait !), the swimming pool has broken tiles that can hurt your feet, the jacuzzi was out of service and on and on and on. Looking at the demotivated staff we only could explain this whole misery by problems with the Hotel Management that is not doing the job to keep this on a 5 star level. To my judgement, that Hotel merely deserves 3 stars on a European level. I am sorry to say that but we do not get how somebody can rate this Hotel nicely - unless you arrive at midnight quickly move to the room, sleep without taking shower or use any other facility and leave next day early in the morning - so in other words - if you don't even realize how bad it is here. A Hotel to avoid until the Management takes things seriously and improve on all levels.

Nice experiance

Hotel close to airport with shuttle .Clean room .Nice lobby ,nice breakfast. Bar in hotel is nice and people there is very helpful and polite.

i make reservattion on booking and price was 858 RMB with all cost they charge me 1000,48 RMB. Also need to upgrade my room because i ,m genius customer with lake view they dont do that. They close my windows because some security reson😂. They trying to speak English .

Staff not motivate, Hotel in bad condition- shower defect, swimming pool tiles broken, food is bad..

This hotel is one of the worst we have seen in Beijing so far. The staff is totally uninterested and not at all customer service oriented - we feel though they are not motivated and assume a management issue in this Hotel. Our room had several things not working properly (shower stains, Windows closed !!!! BIG NOGO, Aircon not working well and too hot. The food in the Italien restaurant was simply disgusting - the Pizza was soggy - no surprise it was cooked at 240 degrees and everyone knows that a Pizza oven should heat up to 430 degrees Celsius. Also they made one pizza at the time (took 10 minutes per pizza and soggy nevertheless !) and we had ordered 4 of them - so we had each a separate meal - that is a level of a 5 star hotel ? That is kidding !!!!! In the swimming pool the jacuzzi did not work, some of the tiles are coming off and one sharp piece of broken tile almost cut my foot when stepping on it by accident - the guard in the swimming pool was more concerned with his smart phone rather than willing to respond to a question from us. I mean i could go on and on - this is at best 3 star and when looking at the advertising of the Hotel then it is just a joke how the reality does NOT match the marketing. We also saw that the Hotel offers Massage -but we were told, that nobody is there to work. So, sorry to say - but this is an insult to 5 star category hotels anywhere in the world - and we happily provide the rating that this Hotel deserves.

Удобно, уютно, комфортно, тепло

Очень близко к аэропорту. Пешком 10 минут. Автобус мы не стали ждать, т.к. нам с 2-мя колясками удобнее было пешком. Есть WiFi, хороший вежливый персонал. Помогли по всем вопросам. По просьбе поставили в номер 2 детские кроватки.что для нас играло самое важное значение при выборе гостиницы ,т.к. мы останавливались с годовалыми близнецами. Отличный шведский стол. Все чисто, в номере был чай кофе и вода. При следующем перелете будем снова в этом отеле останавливаться

Bekvämt transferalternativ en eller två nätter

Mycket bra läge ca 10 min enkel och säker promenad från flygplatsen, incheckning är enkel och rummen är bekväma och rena. Personalen är neutral till trevlig. Restaurangerna har ett bra men kanske lite högt prissatt utbud (jämfört med Kina)

I det stora hela är det ett mycket bra alternativ fleecen transfer övernattning eller två. Det är flera som har svårt med engelska men jag kan å andra sidan ingen kinesiska. När jag var där åkte transferbussen bara dagtid och inte på sena kvällen.

It was a very good experience and am staying again a night before i depart Beijing to Accra

I arrived very late from Ghana via Dubai, but once the information centre at the airport called the hotel, they asked that i wait at gate 5 for 5-10min. to my surprise, the shuttle came around as indicated. As a first timer visiter it was relief.

Convenient if you stop over at Beijing Capital Airport.

Very conveniently located close to Beijing Capital Airport, 3 mins by shuttle bus and 5 mins by golf cart on the return. Super spacious rooms.

Staff barely speak English, even at reception. Difficult communication.

I would definitely return to this property!!

Thia property was amazing. The rooms were very spacious, very clean and very modern. I had a fantastic stay! you can easily walk there, when you step outside of the airport on the ground floor, just make a right and follow that foot path. you have to try the amazing Buffet that includes beer. Great comfortable stay.

The shuttle timings weren’t very clear.

very close to the airport, I need to catch an early flight and they have kindly arranged a golf buggy to take me and my two big suit cases to airport at 6am. also got upgraded to a suite which is very nice.
