Bathrooms were not good

Everything was good except for a bedside table which was at the bottom of the bed.
Great breakfast with a variety of dishes.

Last minute emergency booking made purely due to the convenient location. Fairly spacious room on the top floor (note: no lifts) including a sofa. En-suite bathroom with a shower. All basic but very clean. Having breakfast included and an option to dine onsite was convenient too. Local supermarkets in close vicinity. A bus stop for Warsaw nearby, 30min Uber ride to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Helpful receptionist and polite housekeeping staff.
Heating operated from reception. Thermostat broke, making it impossible to turn down the temperature. It had to be regulated by keeping the window open, which was a terrible waste of energy and only brought the temperature down to around 25 degrees. No room change or compensation offered. One of the sockets came out of the wall. The shower control kept coming off. No kettle and mugs in the room (coffee machine in the restaurant on the ground floor wasn't a great solution). No shelves for toiletries or hooks for towels in the bathroom. Strange hot food selection at breakfast (dumplings? sour rye soup? pasta with vegetables? cheese on scrambled eggs?) - simplifying the selection and improving the quality recommended. No labels to identify food either. Poor service at dinner - one waitress for over 20 diners, long wait and items on the daily board not available. Maintenance knocked but entered the room without waiting for a response. Noisy guests outside and on the floor after 10pm.

Well located for my purpose. Parking available.
Bathroom very small (toilet very close to the shower, so a little uncomfortable), bedside lamp not working (loose cable connection), breakfast buffet wasn't replenished (eg eggs, parowki, mozzarella/tomato)

Location ok, close to our final destination. Comfortable bed. Big room.
Breakfast acceptable, however cold pizza shouldnt be served at 9am
Our room wasnt ready at 4pm despite the fact that the hotel day starts at 2 pm and the next morning we got a phone call at exactly 11am that we were to leave the hotel immediately, because the staff closes the hotel and turns the alarm on?!

Smiling team, free parking, close to the city center.
Unfortunately there was no hairdryer, although it was indicated in the description

It was cheap at a time when because of some big concert events in town, other hotels wanted 10X a decent price. Good kebab place a little walk away.
The toilet was in a ridiculous position jammed in next to the shower (I learned later that there is a general toilet for the restaurant part). Speaking the restaurant, it didn't seem to be open. Also, there is big sign for pizza, but because there was no at the desk, I couldn't ask about it.

Everything was perfect. I returned to the hotel after one stay. I think I will come back more often. It was possible to rent a free room even around 23-24:00. Most of the hotels in Warsaw were closed at this time (I called about 10 other hotels in advance) Maybe the price of staying is a little bit higher in common places 210/250 zł per night for single person, but breakfast is included in the price and is very tasty. The bathrooms in the rooms could be slowly refurbished, but that doesn't mean they were in some terrible condition. Thank you for the opportunity to have a nice and peaceful stay!
Nothing what comes to mind

Everything as described in the offer. The breakfast (buffet) was really fantastic.

Wonderful for short stay.
Too big pillows and old matresses.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, very various and tasty breakfast. Overall very nice and quiet place, definitely enjoyed!
A bit far from the city, and transportation possibilities mostly taxi only, because tickets for buses are not sold in the bus.

There was a loud company in the hotel and no one from the personnel really cared. They finished the party at 5 AM so my girlfriend didn't sleep all night. Also, they have 2 beads in separate corners of the room, so it's not the best for pairs like us.

Quiet location close to the city.

Good location if traveling by car. Room was very clean with basically everything you need for a stay.
Breakfast was great, a lot of everything to choose from. Good coffee!
Staff was very welcoming and helping.
Parking is spacious, located both in front and back of the building.
Sound proofing is not the best, it can get quite noisy from the
hallway and other rooms.

Clean, silent, fair breakfast, room size is OK, shower gel/shampoo is provided. Spent one night there, my window faced the street, so was a bit noisy, but that did not disturb at night. I asked for a charger at the reception and a person gave it to me - very nice customer service.
There were not many choices offered during the breakfast, otherwise all good.
