Znakomite jedzonko, baseny, sauna bardzo się nam podobały. Pokoje, ładne, czyste, obsługa bardzo miła.
Szklana ściana i drzwi w łazience trochę dziwne

The building design was very nice, and there were various activities available, including three different swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and a spa. The food options were diverse and satisfying, I was told that chef has worked or this place has some Michelin stars. The bedding was beautiful and comfortable, and our room had a breathtaking view of the mountains. We were fortunate as many rooms only had a view of the building opposite. The owner himself conducts walks with guests, and when I came for ice cream and it was gone, he personally brought out a new portion. That was very nice
On the first day, we were informed that all soft drinks, excluding alcoholic beverages, were complimentary. However, to our surprise, on the last day, we were charged for all the drinks we had, including water at an exorbitant price of almost 4 euros! This felt like a rude but effective way to earn extra money.
The dinner included six servings, but on three days, we had to wait for about 40 minutes between each serving. When I asked the staff if they had forgotten about us, there was no immediate response for another 20 minutes. It was quite nerve-wracking, especially on my birthday when I didn't receive a meal for an hour. Eventually, I had to forego dessert, and it was only then that they mentioned there was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake. It was disappointing that on my anniversary, the staff didn't pay much attention.
The swimming pools were beautiful, but unfortunately, they were quite dirty, especially under the bubble zone. Moreover, there was often a shortage of towels in each zone. In the evenings, the place (swimming pool area and spa zone) was very messy - a crowded bucket with towels, wet floors with hair and debris everywhere.
Lastly, we were charged 10 euros for two small sandwiches we requested. This seemed overpriced and unnecessary.
Overall, while there were a lot of positive aspects, our experience was marred by the issues mentioned above.

Everything! The place is amazing and luxurious and quiet. We felt alone all the time. Every detail was thought of and everything is pampering and perfect.
The beds are insanely comfortable. The room is perfect and spacious. Everything is clean. The dinner is excellent. The breakfast is perfect. The pools are amazing .
Before I arrived they wrote to me to confirm the time of arrival and when I said that I might not make it to dinner, they told me that they would take care of the food for me. The staff is amazing and the attitude is perfect. Available for any question.
It would have been nice if there were coffee/tea makers in the room. It is true that there were tea corners throughout the hotel, but that is the only drawback I can think of.

1.An amazing property, with extremely high attention to detail and a beautiful setting.
2.The sauna, the outdoor heated pool and the dining area … it’s everything you can wish for out of a ski vacation.
3. Hotel staff was super welcoming and helpful, starting from the front desk (Silvia) the restaurant (Daniel), the Sauna (Not sure about the name) and the Owner who made sure that as guests we felt right at home …
loved it all

Location and view were incredible
Food is absolutely top notch
Very high end hotel
The spa opens from 14:00, so if you're not skiing, you are pretty much bored because the hotel is isolated.
No hot jacuzzi, and I expected that for the price

Everything was amazing. Breakfast had many many options and the products were so fresh.
There might be more specific places in the SPA to leave the used towels, it was a little mass.

nothing it was exceptional

The pools are nice.
The service made mistakes from the very beginning. The food was ordinary, but served like it’s smth exceptional. The cleaning was bad, dirty water carafe in the room as example. And we were not sitting in the restaurant for meals, but served in the bar, unfortunately. That was unpleasant.
I’d say for the money we paid, the food and service must be exceptional.

The most amazing hotels we've been to.
The property is at the end of a valley, with great views all throughout the day, the rooftop swimming pool is beyond this world, the rooms were very spacious. The hotel is very very large, and despite the number of guests, it is always quiet & peaceful, and it's not so crowded when you are in the pool or the sauna. You really feel alone ! The food was very nice too, you can get something to eat all throughout the day, and cool stuff. Breakfast offers lots of choices, dinners are refined and the staff is always happy to help you !
We enjoyed every bit of our stay here, it was a great starting point for biking and hiking too.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The location of the property was spectacular and the modern design and amenities absolutely outstanding in this region. We only stayed one night, but the staff and overall environment made our stay memorable.
The dinner and breakfast buffet and menu were of high quality, well designed and thought out.
The absolute highlight is the infinity pool on the roof of the hotel!
The time table for pool, sauna and other facilities is not well designed. Both, pool and sauna close at 7:30pm (except Tuesdays). We would consider this hotel again during ski season (because it is absolutely outstanding against any other place in the region) but it is questionable if we would be able to use any of the facilities in such a combination.
The 6 course menu doesn’t include basic (non alcoholic) drinks such as water.
Also keep in mind to arrive early enough to be able to enjoy the lunch buffet. We didn’t know that there was a „Dreiviertel“ board included with our booking, as booking.com doesn’t give any further information. Maybe ask at the hotel in advance.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, gorgeus hotel with great spa and spacious modern rooms. You really feel relaxed straight away when you enter the hotel.
The 6 course evening meal was not the same high standard than rest of hotel experience. The dinner was pretty basic and was a bit of a dissapointment.

The hotel is just excellent. Our room, a suite of sorts, was spacious. The heated outdoor swimming pool is brilliant, located on the roof it offers a great view down the valley with the sun setting behind the mountains.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, it's all there. The evening meals are also wonderful, with a varied menu throughout our trip, the quality of the food just super.
Mountain bikes incl the electric type available on demand.
There is nothing in walking distance but we liked the seclusion of the hotel, might not be to everyone's taste

The design, spa, room, facilities, great view from the external pool. Great location next to many hiking options. The hotel offers few activities (didn't try it).
The fact that you can't stay in the spa after check out, adding 80 euros per person is a bit too much for few hours, maybe wouldn't bother if we stayed longer than 1 night.

We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago (preCovid..) and since then they built new parts and added a brand new pool and wellness area on top of one of the buildings. I loved this hotel before and I love it even more now. For us with my husband this is the perfect place for relaxation and we can completely switch off here. Honestly everything was perfect. This is one of my favourite places on Earth and I feel really fortunate that we found this hotel. Thank you Family Pfister for creating this heaven on earth :-)
