Super beau complexe, belle piscine, jolis cocotiers.

Nice room and good breakfast. Bikes available. Close to restaurants and bars.
Only local wine options and not possible to order wine by glass. Beach covered with sand pipes.

There are many cute little spots to take pictures, so if you’re into that then it’ll be a good time
Okay so let start with the set up. There are two parts to the resort, one right by sea side and one on the other side of the road, so you might have to cross the road depends on the location to get to all the amenities. It’s not that bad of a walk but still.
Check in time might be a bit icky. We waited a good hour after time for them to finish cleaning the rooms. Some places look like they were abandoned for a long time. the spa was nice though

Convenient location, many shops and restaurants nearby. The bungalow is stylish and comfortable. The restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL, we eat there everyday
The beach is reinforced with sandbag so you don’t have much space to walk along the beach, but you can just walk a little bit and you can swim in a normal beach. There are plenty of wildlife like squirrel, bugs, small snake around, but that’s just how it is in tropical countries

The resort outside is so chill, I love the in the public area of the resort.
Breakfast is really good
The bathroom is quite dark inside so I think it need a renovation.
The room in ground floor have low ceiling so it feel stuffy inside.

I stayed in one of the bungalows next to the beach - note that the resort also has accommodation on the other side of the main road!
Decent sized room, balcony, semi-outdoor bathroom/shower, comfy beds, decent breakfast buffet (if the hotel is busy/has lots of guests), loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance, can walk down the beach to the "main beach area". My room had new fittings and was exceptionally clean.
Not a negative - just something to be aware of - There are large sandbags directly in-front of the hotel on the beach - these are here to keep the beach from getting washed away when the waves are big - does make swimming a bit dodgy when the wind is strong and the waves are big.

great value for money, good location nice and clean
gym could do with an update and maybe some added weights but overall nice resort, buffet breakfast was good, a little plain at times - this could do with some more variety for those staying for over a week.
close enough to everything, pit stop food court only 5 minutes away on a moped or go to dragonfly for food 3 minute walk across the road
nothing negative

Comfortable and well equipped rooms, family suite very convenient and spacious for families with children. the tropical garden is amazing.
The service is OK, although the welcome upon arrival is a little but cold. Your passport is confiscated for the entire duration of your stay which feels odd. Generally speaking, a little bit more smile would elevate the experience.

Maybe the kind manager at the breakfast section who told the waiter to go get me cereal inside the kitchen after he rudely declined to do it. She even saved us food for breakfast the next few days after seeing my frustration for not having anything for my nieces to eat since the breakfast section could be empty at 8am. So the only star is for her. Thank you so much for being kind to us.
Their customer service is the worst: 1) They chased my nieces out of the swimming pool for no reason multiple times EVEN WHEN I was there with them; 2) They declined to help me (who don't have Vietnamese phone numbers as I live in the US) order a taxi even though they claim they are 4 star hotel; 3) Their breakfast section was almost empty when we arrived at 8am in the morning; 5) One of their bicycles was too-old-to-function - it literally broke down when we were 2 miles away from the hotel and had to walk it back; 6) Their security guard tried to chase us out even when I told him I stayed there and offered to show him my key or go to the reception area with him (maybe because I was in my T-shirt and sweatpants?); 7) The swimming pool guard made a biting remark that I was too young to have those kids - they are my nieces but whether they are my actual kids or not is none of his business (and yes, I'm old enough to have kids their ages). 8) Their dinner was so bad that I couldn't even eat (No kidding. Go across the street and you could find a much better restaurant). 9) For that amount of money that I paid, I could have stayed in a much better resort near by - I guess they don't care for us single travelers since most of their guests are there for their company/labor union's holidays.
To be honest, I booked this place last minute due to some slight changes in my travel plan. And it turned out that I should have done my research more thoroughly. It's the worst resort that I have ever been FOR the amount of money that I paid at that time. Trust me, with that fee, you could have booked many better resorts near by.

Beautiful Mui Ne beach just in front of the resort. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly staffs.
Breakfast doesn't have much choices of food. My niece's room was theft by another hotel guests due to her negligence, somehow make me feel a little bit worried of the safety on the casino side. However, the staffs had handled the matter well.

My room was 10 metres from a deserted beach!
The food in the hotel restaurant (The Sea Breeze) was pricey, and not very good.
But there are number of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the resort.

Facilities are good, good location
Check in and payments difficult process, orders took long to come, problems with doors, no staff at night to pick up calls at reception, beach bar often closed so had to order drinks in restaurant, staff not particularly helpful or at times didn't speak English. Last but not least the "road side" means the room is on other side of the main road, far from the beach
