Si vuelvo a De Panne, seguro me hospedo aquí nuevamente.

Pascal es propietarios súper súper amable, el cuarto súper acogedor, la cama y ropa de cama súper ricas, el baño y regadera padrísimos, área de desayuno acogedora, desayuno riquísimo , área común preciosa con los animales preciosos (gallinas borregos gatos)

Todo me gustó !!!!

Everything about the place was lovely. Great location for visit to Plopsaland. Lovely apartment. Breakfast was outstanding.

Room good, breakfast excellent, location was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. You couldn’t fault location. Easy access to trams & the train being on our doorstep.

I liked the short walk to plopsaland and the tram station nearby. And I really liked how friendly the owner is. Beautiful garden with some goats and chickens (they didn't make any noise or such during our stay). Not to forget the rich breakfasts. The owner will make you omlette or boiled egg on request.

Enjoyable b&b on a good location near to the highway & not far from the beach

cosy house, renovated though still authentic ; nice surroundings ; very friendly staff ; tasty breakfast with fresh products ; several good restaurants in the neighbourhood (by car)

very clean and modern, friendly hosts and environment (especially the friendly orange cat). room was very clean and whole property in general was well presented. ALSO BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!

Experience very interesting.

Good location for Plopsaqua.

I am a back packer who travelled more than 30 countries, and I was managing gite near Chimay too, and honestly, even we didn't have breakfast, it's OK because I let my children sleeping well, I know that. But, I think a small refg. and shampoo, needed to be provide to welcome guests at least with this price. Also I suggest to change the information on the door. Whatever, my total impression in this area is, workers doesn't need care about clients because full of family wants to come anyway! At the gate of Plopsaua, our Bongo number didn't recognized on their application and they decided we already used it and told us : you can buy tickets now, in front of my children who got it as her birthday gift. It's OK, anyway we done once in a life event. I am very happy with that. In the end, 2 tickets became 6, to say sorry for us.

Night stop on way home.

room was large and clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was great and Pascal is the perfect host. Having the tram station 2 minutes walk away makes going into De Panne really easy.

Good base for exploring the area.

A comfortable hotel with public transport and a couple of bars within a very short walk. The bed was very good and our room faced the back garden so was nice and quiet. Family rooms are available. Able to park on site for free. Plenty of choice for breakfast and an honesty bar if you preferred to stay on the premises.

Check in time could have been a little earlier (16.00-19.00)

Rooms very clean and appealing. Breakfast couldnt be any better. Just one minute walk to the tram station. We just stayed one night on our trip from UK to Germany, but enjoyed our stay very much und would have liked to stay longer!

ready to return at the first occasion

the breakfast was amazing and the owner very friendly and helpful. the location is a bit outside La Panne but easily accessible and with a nice garden and outside part. the room was very clean and comfortable. the parking offered at the backyard of the property was very appreciated also.

the size of the double room was a bit small, but still comfortable for two.

The host is extremely friendly. The place is perfect for families. Children can enjoy the little farm at the backyard. Breakfast is served at the table which is very nice. Safe&free parking available .

Bad

Even if there were many positive aspects of our stay, the event at departure completely ruined all the experience. Moreover, it turned it into a nightmare. We will never ever visit this place again, and we hope that Booking.com will take the necessary to defend every customer which might be a victim of this establishment. Our sincerest advice is to go through the negative comments for this B&B and take them very seriously. They are TRUE despite the impressively high score it has. Otherwise you risk to suffer as we did.

We were aggressed by the cleaning lady (later we understood she was the spouse of the owner) who invaded our room to clean shortly after the check-out time has arrived. She was physically and verbally violent and refused to leave which in the context of the corona measures was even more disturbing. Unacceptable attitude to customers. Then we had problems with the payment. The same (cleaning) lady appeared and forced us to pay in cash though the owner proposed an option to pay with the bank app earlier. She started threatening us that she would call the police. We were then physically pushed to get out through the door. This is a crazy, stunning situation which I cannot associate with any sane mind. We were so shocked that we had to file a police report. Whatever written in response, will come from these same people who did this to us.
