The property was listed with breakfast included on the price which it turned out not to be the case. We had to pay additionally for it. The spa (swimming pool, sauna, etc) has limited hours of operation (3 to 9 pm) which was an inconvenient if you travelled during the day or wanted to go to the sauna/gym in the morning.

Good sleep , refreshing breakfast

Hotel located in the middle of nowhere close to the small city of Warka - a city famous for good beer. Large facility ends long road between forests and meadows. The place is silent, wild, cozy, and well equipped. The room was clean and tidy, The SPA is just good, breakfast was excellent.

The parking entrance is non-intuitive for the new guests, ticket station before the junction when the parking barrier is on the right is just wrong. Better to move the barrier deeper into the parking zone and locate the ticket station there. My subjective feeling is that the room was relatively small compared with other 4 star hotels.

Very short, but fantastic stay.

What a fantastic stay. We arrived very late, with very early departure. Not only was the staff so extremely well-mannered but also very accommodating. Even though the kitchen was closing, we were able to have some food and take away breakfast. It was preppered for a very early journey as well. I'm extremely happy. I will come back for sure next time we are in Poland

Lovely location, great place to relax with kids and family.

Lovely location and great place to relax with kids. Good entertainment for kids(kids club) and nice touch with free horse toy for every child.

Lack of planed entertainment for adults. Would be nice to see exterior area used for Archery, airguns, teams games football, volleyball, etc. Poor WiFi in the bedrooms area.

An amazing location surrounded by the nature just an hour driving away from Warsaw. Animations for kids.

It was the first time ever that I felt like a second category visitor. Booked room with one big queen size bed, and additional bed for a baby, but got room with two single beds joints together, and no bed for baby (added upon special request at reception). The bed wasn’t comfy because of it softness (I’m 110 kg weight, and slept in some U position, followed with back pain for the whole next day). Even though three people had been reported to stay in the room, only one set of towels and a bathrobe was available. After talking to the reception, we received the missing two sets - towels with holes and a bathrobe without a belt and with broken loops. temperature in the room made it impossible to sleep comfy, while turning on / off loud air conditioning required each time a phone call to the reception desk. spa area was not available due to the stay of the athletes, but the staff did not inform the customers of limited availability of facilities upon booking nor during check-in at the hotel. The hotel staff seemed focused on serving sportsmen showing limited interest in other guests. 30 minutes waiting in the restaurant to receive the menu, plus another 30 minutes for the service. Small portions, the quality of ingredients and the taste of the dishes in minus. The general impression didn’t meet my expectations. This facility is overpriced and overrated. Definitely not a four star hotel. Probably from Euro 2012 rooms and equipment were not updated. If you are an athlete or celebrity most likely you will get the dedicated service, while the other guests will have to wait or ask several times to become served. Looking for a place to rest after work and enjoy hospitality you can find a better places. Huge disappointment.

A wonderful escape High class facilities, nice design and colors , very comfy room and beds, fantastic breakfast , SPA zone with pool to relax. And the most important: Smiling, friendly and professional staff. We were sad to part but will be back !!!
