Needs major update and/pr a deep clean

Not much. Just one host, Bibber was fantastic, helping me order cold medicine. Super pro and helpful.

This property needs a major update. It’s so tired and way overpriced for what it has become. Stains all over the carpets, dated lacquer wood, and lights that are either too dim or burned out to see yourself in the mirror or find things in the suitcase! The front desk staff was poorly trained, not ideal for foreigners.

Not quality of Accor hotel very bad experience

Room service don’t clean well 3 days no shower gel no body lotion, clean the room don’t change the towel. Sometimes water sometimes no water inside the room

the people on reception have poor english connections

the electricity was not safe as the power points was give a shock. it was not bad but was so bad in the last day when i see a cockroach in bath room which i told the reception but it was normal reaction.

Everything is as expected, which you need for business travel. Quiet and convenient location.

2024 GZ trip

Except for the 2 part-time or intern staff (red uniform), I am assuming Hotel Ambassador, the rest of the front desk staff are helpful. Special mention to Cavan (concierge).

Was on 16th floor, someone has been smoking, very unpleasant.

Great location , Superb Services and Good value for the money .

Location is great . Easy access to new town / CBD area . Room facilities remain high standards since hotel first open its door to the guests . Breakfast has lots of varieties especially Asian Section . Room service and cleanness are at top range . Staffs are super friendly and supportive in particular GR Manager Assistant Miss Collen GUO has shown her high professional hospitality skills . Very impressive and appreciated .

Concierge and Porter service can be more guest oriented and efficient.

An unmissable luxury Guangzhou hotel ideal for families at amazing prices

Wow!!! An excellent luxury stay at an amazing 5 star hotel at an incredible price compared to similar hotels if located in Europe. Highly recommended for families.

the staff from the main gate No open is helping for our luggage when we arrive, no one help to get the Taxi , executive floor staff not help to calling the concierge to get our luggage after we check out.

I will not take this for my next travel, at least not for family

near to the town centre, if you travel for works, it is accessible

- away from MRT, GZ's traffic is very busy - the ventilation system is old or the setup, i able to smell the smoke whole night when someone smoking from 1 level down or next door

I booked the room on the executive floor which was great. Room was spacious and abundant. Always clean and super comfy bed. Breakfast has a large selection of international/european food, which is important if you are not so accustomed with 'Chinese Breakfast'.

English is a luxury like in all Guangzhou, the only trouble was getting a taxi.

Impressive, staff are nice Specially the duty manager Summer Hue and Joy! Concierge are very helpful. Thanks to maintenance who helped us with our skate! The breakfast beyond expectations! Well done.

Difficulties to communicate with Front Office concerning the room charge, deposit....same issue check in and check out.

The rooms are nice and it’s an overall very good hotel for Guangzhou. The breakfast is amazing.

Staff mostly doesn’t speak English or very little. If you are a foreigner visiting for the first time you might not get the support you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel room is very nice. And the breakfast buffet is very nice too. But some of the staffs who working in the restaurant need a proper training. And wondering why the external lights are not fully on? When I arrived at the hotel at night, it looks so dark at the entrance.

The staffs working in the Chinese restaurant and the Grill restaurant. They lack of proper training.
