I can’t think of something.

The breakfast needs bacon beans sausage tomato mushrooms then it would be excellent we will be booking next month for a few nights stay
Not cleaning in the middle of the night I woke up with a sound of a hover and two women talking and with young children I think it must have been in the restaurant area

Relax center was really nice. Breakfast was good but coffee wasn't. Good beds. Comfort. Fast internet. Great views and location. The blonde receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Coffee at breakfast. There was an unpleasant "misunderstanding"(I hope) about an extra charge with one of the receptionists which was resolved thanks to the blond receptionist.

The breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods available, self service so could have as little or as much as you liked. Bed sheets spotless. Hotel located on sea-front.
Stale tobacco smell in room even though good sign stating no smoking in bedroom- might have been coming up from restaurant below which had outdoor seating. Lovely decor in en-suite bathroom but bedroom could have done with a fresh coat of paint.

We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children. 2 rooms were given. In the first of the rooms, the balcony was large and could be seated. We could see the pedestrianized tourist street and the church. We did not encounter a problem. Overall we were satisfied. We would have liked to stay in one of the sea view rooms.
Breakfast was adequate but could have been better with a little more variety. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and we were generally satisfied.
The location of the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
In the second room, the balcony was very small. It was impossible to sit. The TV in the room was not working. We did not report the problem as we stayed for 2 nights.
Wi-fi was not working in the rooms. We were able to connect in the lobby.
We were lucky to have parking. Next to the hotel's restaurant, there is a shared parking area for 6-7 cars. It was empty and we didn't touch the car after we parked it. If it was full, we might have a problem.
You have to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach, but this walk is enjoyable.

Great location, The food at their restaurant is good. The staff are friendly.
I really wanted to like this hotel as it is sentimental place for me, however it was a great disappointment. I can say a lot of things, but I will sum it up to one thing - OUTDATED! Needs MAJOR UPDATE.
- smell of cigarettes' that we had to get rid of daily with opening windows and air cond. because they could not accommodate us with another room
- carpeted, even the hallways had that old and humid odor
- no third bed in the "apartment", couch that had to be extended that kept disassembling all the time, very inconvenient, uncomfortable and absurd.
- NO MIRROR IN THE ROOM. no phone either.
- no chip or card for the rooms, but good old key that you had to leave at the front desk when you walk out.
- if you pay for breakfast , lunch and dinner in the package you are limited with only three things to eat from and water. That's it. The food is good, but three things, only, don't match with the amount of money you pay to have that option. They have a big menu, though, in the restaurant.
We would have left from there , but there was nothing else available at the same time, last minute.
The only thing that this hotel is surviving on in comparison to the competition and is misleading in a way is the location.
This Hotel has a great potential, but it needs to be updated.

Nice and friendly small hotel and restaurant complex in the heart of Pomorie. Very friendly and helpful receptionsists giving secure parking by numbers immediately at checkin. Very good breakfast. Excellent wifi. Very comfortable beds. Full TV schedules with International channels including CNN and BBC.
3.5
The room was realtively clean, there was a fridge - this is a big advantage. Air conditioning system was functioning well. Beds were good. Breakfast is also acceptable... maybe very good. There is a nice restaurant downstairs where you can eat delicious food. The hotel is located at the city centre of the old town.
Parking - practically there is not parking in the high season in July and August, just 8 car seats, which were constantly occupied, and for a 4-night stay we did not park even once on these seats. The staff at the reception has to learn some polite words and start to use them. Apart of that, everything else was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

We were there for a conference. Even though this is not a business hotel and they have no conference room there, they adapted one of the suites for us, so our business event was a huge success and we had a great time. Friendly staff, good food, perfect location - we could not ask for more.
WiFi in some of the rooms was not good. However on the ground floor and at the restaurant the connection was good enough.
4.5
Cleanliness (daily), large rooms with balcony with a view of the sea, 10 min walk to beach, buffet breakfast, staff's welcoming and helpful attitude
Occasional weak WiFi, occasional smell of cigarettes

More creative breakfast (salads, spreads...), bad air condition (cooled, well the fan did not work)

Great location, nice staff, the food was good, clean, and cozy.

It is real 3 star hotel! In the top center of the town. The breakfast is good.Receptionists are polite. The restaurant in the hotel offers very nice food and big portion meals.I was happy with my stay there.
It is not close to the beach and I was supposed to walk for about 10 min. to reach it, but for me it wasn't an issue. There are only 3 parking spaces which for a hotel that big is a problem.
