We felt right at home at this clean, equipped, and comfortable home. We spent time in the pool (no heater needed in July) and watching TV in the great room on the plushy couches. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed for cooking, coffee, swimming, and washing clothes. They even had beach supplies. We hope to come back soon.

Located close to stores and recreation this property made our stay very enjoyable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog Willie. He also liked walking around the neighborhood meeting some very friendly people. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Nice home. Could not pull in driveway when we got there. Contractors working on house. Electric being worked on and garage open with yard work going on. So many different switches in home. Very clean. Yard needs work landscaping needs work

Dirty - Previous tenant left same day we arrived. Unit was not cleaned properly, if at all. Pool Heater - Charged for pool heater, then told it would take days to heat. Our booking was only 2 days. Why charge for it? Meanwhile, husband in the background saying we needed to pay it as we had already been in pool. Um, pool is part of house? Shower Head - Broken and would spray water all over the bathroom. We advised they ignored. Guest book showed previous guest was also ignored when he advised of the problem. Master bath - bathtub clogged. We had to shower in standing water. Checkin - We paid at booking, yet kept receiving messages from owner requesting payment. She blames VRBO. However, the booking and payment were under my name. She left contract under my daughter's name. This makes me question her ability to use their system efficiently. Personal information - Multiple contracts with previous tenants personal information left on counter. Gas and Grill - Turned grill on and the whole patio filled with smoke. She blamed previous tenants. Guess the cleaning fee isn't for cleaning? House rules say that if the gas runs out while you are using it you are responsible to go fill it. ???? Why exactly would you pay to fill gas you didn't waste? The house and location were good, but the upkeep and owner are not up to par. Sadly, they don't seem to believe we deserve a clean and properly kept property when we rent.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus the 4 local family members who hung out with us during the day while we were there visiting. The spacious living discs with 6!! recliners was pure heaven! The salt water pool were gorgeous and even though it rained off and on we took every advantage of it. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked for every meal we prepared. There are plenty of towels for everyone and for swimming and the master bedroom bed was soooo comfy. We had an absolute blast and highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful and clean (minus the ants in the kitchen and the roaches in the pool accessory bin). We paid extra to have the pool heated. It got up to 81.5 degrees and even though the weather outside was 78 during the day and in the 50s at night, it was still quite chilly. I wouldn't pay extra for that again. Good communication from the manager between 9am and 9pm. Lights and switches were a little tricky to figure out and there were some lightbulbs out, but nothing we couldn't fix ourselves. Overall it was a great house for a great price.

Great Week

We had a great week visiting with our Grandson and his Mom and Dad. We cooked most nights, and didn't venture out much. The pool was the main attraction for our Grandson. The house was perfect for our vacation. The fenced back yard was an added bonus and made the week with our boxer much more enjoyable. I walked the dog twice a day and felt that it was a safe neighborhood.

Was charged for several charges after we booked the place. The master bathroom whirlpool was not able to be used as the handle doesn't work for hot water and it doesn't wrk for shower either so cldnt use that. There is outlet covers missing on plug in. The pool heater we paid for didn't seem to wrk even though we had to pay for 2 days of pre-warming. We also came back from the beach to find that property owner was there for over 2 hrs unloading stuff from house and had drive blocked off without ever mentioning of it. I've stayed at air other places before and had a much safer and better experience than this. I would not recommend rental unless the problems are taken care of. There has been several complaints about the water for several years.

The property was well stocked with everything from the kitchen to linens and towels. Beds all new and very comfortable. Great layout very homey. Melinda was responsive to us at all times. Unfortunately we had an issue with the pool heater not working water to cold to swim Melinda was great and refunded us money for the pool!! The neighborhood is so so but worked for us being close to other family that live in Spring Hill Close to Hernando Beach too

Whether you can tolerate the heat does not matter. The kitchen and living room walls are glass opening to pooleside so you can see and hear what's going on and be part of it, even if you are inside. Owners have thought of extra little conveniences to make your stay a pleasant one. Very nice and comfortable. Well equipped!
