The outside at the front and the space inside
It was dirty’ it was in disrepair, it was not secure overnight, people knocking on the door, it smelt of cigarette smoke, the furniture was old and dirty, the bath full of cigarette burns, the shower was not secure falling off the wall, there was no pool it was empty and full of weeds,

The apartment was very spacy.
It's just great to have a balkony to sit on.
When it comes to clothing and travelling, it's just unbeatable to have a washing machine.
The kitchen, bathroom, and the bed were fine.
Nice beach just next door.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets are in the neighbourhood.
To get to the next Lidl, it would be more convenient to have a rental.
There's is a big public carpark just behind the apartment complex.
The linnen was smelling very strongly of washing soap. I kept waiking up because of this in the first night. After the first night, the smell disappeared.
I didn't mind, but some people might feel bothered by some stray cats, who hang around just in front of the entrance as they are given dry food just around the entrance. You need to watch your step to not step onto a cat, and there is a constant dry food smell surrounding the entrance area.

Very good location, close to Dasoudi Beach and some interesting restaurants and fast foods.
I had room with balcony in the back, where I could see the sea a bit, but most important - no noise from the street.
Could be interesting if you are a fan of old furniture.
Too expensive per quality. Initially I thought it was cheap, but compared to how regressed were the facilities I regret a bit the choice.
Be very careful with the water boiler. Mine was contaminated/melted and if you use it you cannot drink the tea or coffee because of the horrible taste.
Internet could be faster. If you work from your laptop, you will have some downtimes and disconnects
Crows were crowing non-stop.

We've got nice 1-bedroom apartment (living room with the kitchen are separated from the bedroom) with cozy balcony. The furniture is traditional for Cyprus - oldie but goodie. The hotel is very cat-friendly, so be prepared to give some head rubs before the check-in :)
Beds were separated. Also some not really pleasant smell, cause previous tenant obviously smoked a lot in the room.

Nice localization, close to main street and seaside. Multiple shops and clubs nearby. Bus stop is right in front of building. And there are cats everywhere!
Bathroom was unpleasantly dirty, tile joints were fungi-infested and a little bit smelly. There is no hot water. We recieved dirty bed sheets. Windows are little to none soundproof and night trafic makes it hard to sleep.
4.5
There is everything needed. The internet connection is sufficient for remote work and video streaming which is not ubiquitous on Cyprus
Stuff and furniture is not very new, but all perfectly functional, so it's for sure value for money

Lovely stay at this place. A very nice and helpful host. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, public transport and shops. I recommend it and I will be happy to go back there ☺

Nothing to dislike at all!

Locations - close to sea.
Good service - for all our request hotel reacted fast.
Fridge, cooking plate and dishes - you can cook something by yourself.
Old furniture.
We had a room overlooking road - very very noisy. Forget about sleeping with open window and fresh air.
Bad plumbing.

We arrived an hour early and were able to check in without an issue.
A lack of lighting on floor 2 corridor, some more hand gel near the lifts.

Great location and price, cant find better deal in Limassol. Spacious flat. Fully equipped kitchen. Decent balcony. Comfy beds. Very smooth checkin and checkout
Hard to call it a boutique apartment. Old furniture. Living room not comfortable.

The hotel owners are very nice and friendly people who love animals and take care of them. Although my plane's arrival was delayed and I came late at night the host met my family and gave the keys. The room was comfortable and I liked a bath instead of a shower in the bathroom
No drawbacks for me

Very good location for us. Good room, and facilities. Local beach initially hard to find how to get to, but out through the back of car park and a walk down the paved river bed, parking area and its easy to reach. Had a reasonable size balcony just overlooking main road but fine for us. Clean, good size, rooms. Kitchen fine. Good WiFi. Once we explored the parking situation and that back way that's a great asset.
Hadn't noticed but had two single beds instead of double, but size was still good. This is on a very busy dual carriageway and parking initially seemed near impossible. Turns out the apartments have a parking area which doesn't hold many cars, but extends through the back to a whole huge area. That can be used like a road and entered from a number of places but not on maps, saves some of the problems of the duel carriageway. Could be made more away of this on their write up.
