Outside of the hotel room, water dripped from the roof onto the tin and disturbed sleep throughout the night. In addition, the refrigerator made loud noise and also disturbed sleep. What is more, there were no extra-large double bed as indicated in the advertisement and there was only one small blanket.

tasty breakfast, very good omelettes
The staff does not speak any other language than Russian and Lithuanian. It was impossible to eat breakfast in peace because the lady from the reception was attacking for payment for the room. No European standards. Expensive for such a small town. Far to the lake.

Nature and surriundings are nice.
There was no sound isolation. So you can hear alarms of others phones in 6 am. Breakfast was not very good, so I wouldn,t order that again.

The location and ladies at the reception were very good. There is a parking area available for the car and excellent wi-fi facility.
The room was too hot to stay there during the summer. There was no air-conditioner nor the fan to cool down in the room. It is also not possible to open the the window inside the room as the mosquitoes will flock into the room within seconds. When asked for a fan or mosquito spray it was not available from the reception. As a result, the sleep during the night was horrible.

The lady on the resection was amazing, she tried to make our stay comfortable as possible.Breakfast that she make was perfect(feeling at home) thank you to her she made our stay comfortable and nice.
The rooms were a bit old you can see the property in the room was not changed for a while,
would need a refreshment.

The staff is very helpful and flexible and speaks proper english. The hotel rents bikes and kayaks etc. The hotel fullfills all expectations of a small hotel. I had a good experience.
The shower was not very good and there was heavy perfume smell in the room, but some people might like it. Rather high pricing when compared to other cities in Lithuania, but Visaginas is a very small place.
4.5
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice hotel. Only the TV set is a bit outdated but I was informed that they do everything to change to a much better one.
All staff members are really professional, can be recommended either for short or longer stay. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is really good for the price you pay.
Very interesting and intelligent owner of the hotel. - former sportsmen and coach. You can feel his personal touch and care, therefore the whole staff works as one team. I TherWill definitely be back. I stayed for one working week, will be coming for two (I hope).
Nobody's perfect, but small minuses are not worth being mentioned having in mind other hotels' price/quality ratios.

Breakfast saved the stay
Tiny and squeaky double bed with paper thin walls isn’t a recipe for good rest. Also water stinks terrible, like really bad smell.
