מה שהשאיר טעם טוב מהמקום אך ורק מסעדת ירושלים בתוך המלון שזה גם לא קשור למלון אוכל טוב ובשפע

שרות מתחת לכל ביקורת פחות מאפס אפילו חדרים על הפנים חלק מהמנורות לא נדלקו בכלל נזילת מים במקלחת שום דבר בחדר לא עבד כמו מיני בר,קומקום חשמלי והכי חשוב אפילו טלפון בחדר כל דבר קטן הייתי צריך לרדת ללובי וכל פעם הייתי צריך לחפש איש צוות כי בקבלה לא היה אף אחד ודבר הכי הזוי שכחתי את הכרטיס בחדר ביקשתי לפתוח את הדלת נתנו לי כרטיס חליפי ושילמתי 15 לארי עבור זה בקיצור זה לא מה שנראה בתמונות בכלל

IT WAS HORRIBLE 2 DAYS

It is the most dirty hotel i have ever seen! No service no clean towels room is dirty

It is old dirty hotel with 0 service DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY EVEN DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS THEY DO NOT CLEAN TOILETS IN THE ROOM.

Great rooms and location, everything else - painful to remember. Won't recommend.

The location of the hotel is great, not too busy, and not too far away from the tourist attractions. The rooms are ok, I personally would've added a little more outlets, but I have more devices than an average person, everything else in the room was great.

Here's the fun stuff. The room was not cleaned on the first day of our stay, only on the second day. When the room was actually cleaned, they just skipped parts... In one room the sink, in another - the table, and so on. We had two people stay in one room, but they gave us just one towel, for two of the rooms with two people (we were five, so they couldn't assume that a person was staying in another room). We also tried to wash our clothes in the hotel, and although we asked on the reception of that service was available, *a couple of times*, no one picked our clothes up, so we were forced to reuse dirty clothes, or buy new ones. Breakfast. That's deserves a book, but I'll try to leave out the little bad details and focus on the big ones here. When we came in the first day the place was crowded to the brim, but instead of closing the restaurant, they decided to go for the most "logical" thing, forcing a couple of guests to sit together, so we were forced to sit with complete strangers for the entire breakfast like in an army, and not a hotel... The food choice was terrible, there were no eggs, no cornflakes, no meat... And the food that was available, was not fresh, sometimes to a point of spoiled. One of my family members even got sick, which obviously ruined the fun of the trip. There were no mugs during breakfast, only reusable cups that let all the heat through to a point where you couldn't hold the cup of tea. When I tried explaining the problem to a stuff member and asking for a cup, he just brushed me off. Which brings me to another problem, most of the stuff there doesn't know nor English, nor Russian. When I explained the aforementioned problem, only the third stuff member actually understood what I wanted from him. To summarize - don't even think about staying here, worst hotel I've stayed in in Georgia, and the most expensive one too.

Excellent location and stylish venue

Excellent location, and the building itself is very beautiful with its victorian style. I also liked jazz in the morning at Tbilisi restaurant.

Breakfast is poor in choices and they do mot replenish the servings often.

Not worth the money. You can book a 3 star hotel instead

The staff was good, had a pleasant conversation, and even guided us to the near by restaurants and attractions. The property is not ready, very old, and renovated. But still feels old after renovation :) The room was not clean, had to call the staff to clean the toilets once again. There is no daily cleaning service. There are no restaurants, bar, or concierge services

I like ONLY the location. Also, the building is an old building and nice, though in a very old and worn-out condition, not looked after.

Poor service, low proffesional staff and management, low quality food. The only good thing about the hotel is its wonderful location and nice architecture. A fantastic place in terrible hands.
