Estancia satisfactoria. Sin ningún problema.

Todo perfecto salvo que las camas eran unos sofás. Pero nos arreglamos. Vajilla completa, limpia y bien equipada aunque algunas cosas no las usamos, como lavavajillas, tostador y máquina de café. En general todo bien, Satisfechos.

Lo de las camas antes comentado. Esperábamos unas camas convencionales no unos sofás. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Location was good, ski lift ,shops close by.

customer service not helpful, apartment was very dirty, bed lines and towels should be included for every reservation, not like now 6 day you don't need pay but for 7 you have too, which is cheating quest because they they also pay for this 6 days, it is incomprehensible. Dirty blanket which you have to sleep , no proper blanket cover , just sheet. I don't remember ever being in such a dirty place.

A nice experience

Ski in & out, close to the center of the village, bakery in the same building, garage, cosy appartment, perfect location to discover both Tignes and Val d'Isere ski region.

The appartment was very basic, but nevertheless it offered everything one needs for skiing vacations.

Towers and sheets were too expensive and there were only an old blanket for the sheets. The pillows were also bad.

Functional hotel. Actually had an apartment for 6, which was adequate for 1! My friend had a studio apartment which again adequate for 1. Wouldn’t have liked to try and get 6 of us in there. Beds were ok. Only stayed for 5 days so it was fine.

Smell! The reception area smelt a bit but the apartment itself was ok.

Very good

I stayed in last week of March and it is very close to Bollin lift. Overall it is a reasonable price nice stay! We stayed in a two room and there was a sliding door in between the kitchen/living room and it converts into a separate two room!

Location close to the main shops and restaurant, ski back to the apartment, ski lift just outside. would stay here again for these positives.

The property is generally in good condition throughout but it’s not my responsibility to spend hours inspecting. I can understand with full bookings maintenance will often be carried out in the summer so the property acceptable. Thanks

There are minor scratches to paintwork, chips to basin, extractor fans not working effectively, what looks like a burn mark to the shower tray holder, loose electric sockets, chips to crockery, etc., etc

Well appointed apartment, helpful staff and extremely convenient location.

A well appointed studio with a sliding door to separate one area into a separate bedroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful and check in and our was quick and efficient even though it was busy. The location was extremely convenient for us right next to the ski school meeting point and the Tuffs lift. Easy to ski to the Bollin lift and short walking distance to restaurants.

For a family of five - three children age 11, 9 and 7 - it was a little bit of a squeeze but we did manage and if you are going to be out skiing all day, it doesn’t matter so much. Don’t forget to bring your own sheets and we were glad we took some sleeping bags as the single blanket was not enough if you sleep with a bit of fresh air coming through the window.

The apartment is well located, but is old fashioned and decrepit.

The apartments are very old and are not in line with the actual norms of confort. The building and the apartments were built in the '70 and have barely been renovated since then.

Fantastic location virtually ski in ski out, ski lift 30 second ski away . Baker Ski hire and piazza shops within 20 Meters . 5 mins walk to bars and supermarkets .

Rooms a little small no separate bed rooms bath not full length . Room with toilet very small.Ski room not heated and very cramped

Great location for mountain biking. Free lift pass was a bonus. Good selection of bars & restaurants at the resort.
