Beautiful hotel with incredible stained glass and vintage decor. Unbelievably comfortable bed and a very clean room. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend a stay here more highly.

The furnitures and all decorations of the hotel are very nice, great style and care of every little detail. Breakfast was just amazing. Matteo, the owner, very kind person, nice to speak with and helpful for any tips about the area.

Perfect location for a touring visit to Val Gardena in this rustic style B and B. Matteo was the perfect host. Breakfast excellent, with homemade cakes. 7 minutes walk from Col Raiser lift to Seceda. A short free bus ride from Sassolungo. Amazing scenery , we could admire it from the balcony. Santa Cristina is quiet but within easy reach of local bars, restaurants and towns. Good parking opposite.
Nothing.

The breakfast and staff was delightful!
The bed was too short for me as I am 1m93 tall so I didn't sleep as comfortable as usual

I arrived when it was cold and raining and was welcomed by Matteo. He helped me get my bags to the room, then as per my request made me excellent spaghetti and tea. The next morning I got sick and had to extend my stay. He continued to surround me in care and was very reassuring and polite. The whole villa is super cozy and beautiful. There was a heater in my room which came in handy. Blankets and pillows were soft and comfortable, there was more than enough of soap and shampoo. Carpet of the floor allows you to walk on the floor barefoot. If I go to this area again I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing to complain about - it was awesome

Nice , stylised hotel, has the Vibe!
Carpet.
I don’t like hotel carpets, it’s always smells and has lots of germs, Even if you clean it every day.

The host and owner Matteo is very friendly and accomodating. We arrived early before our check-in time to leave our bags before a hike, and was offered a free room upgrade that was ready for use without question.
The style and interior of the place is carefully carried out with attention to detail. This is not a place with modern and new facilities, but rather a focus on traditional vintage style with quality.
Perfect location to stay for a hike up Seceda, and also close to the city centres of Santa Cristina and Ortisei. There are many available parking spots next to the hotel.
The breakfast alone was worth the stay. We really recommend guests to take time to really enjoy this. Great local, quality food which is elegantly served. Tasteful granola, bread, pancakes, jams, fruits, berries, coffee, cappuccino, ham, cheese, cakes, juice and the best omelette I have ever tasted served simmering warm.
Nothing that bothered us :-)

A gem. The owner Matteo was wonderful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Not elegant, but comfortable rooms. Great views. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Col Raiser lift, perfect for hiking to Seceda and around Puez Odle. Short drive to Selva di Val Gardena.

great location and view on the mountains.
staff is very nice.
it’s a very dark building, not much light. there was a strange statue of a slave on the first floor.

I don't think I have met a better host than Matteo, who helped us with so many aspects of our stay. The decor and vibe of the place made you feel like you were in a special place. The breakfasts were simply amazing and a highlight of our experience. The ski room downstairs was a real asset, as was the wonderful bar and sitting area on the main level. Villa Martha was walking distance to town and restaurants, but in a nice quiet neighborhood without traffic.
Our room was a bit small for a 5-night stay.

Hotel clean and nice. I would say classic-boutique style. Lots of small nice unique things around the hotel. It looks better than in the photos! Excellent breakfast made to every guest personally. Chef Mateo makes eggs and cold meet / cheese platter! Please ask him to make homestyle Italian dinner, this will be one of the best experience you will find in Val Gardena. I can promise that!

Matteo is a wonderful host and an even more wonderful cook. The breakfast buffet is splendid and dinner, which has to be ordered in advance, was really exceptional. Better than any restaurant you're going to get down in the village.

Matteo was excellent as was the hotel in general. The complimentary antipasti in the bar and the quality/variety of the homemade breakfast was exceptional.
Nothing - the hotel exceeded all expectations for price point. Location right at a ski run would be the only improvement on our stay and it is not possible to uproot the building. Overall we felt Villa Martha was a perfect choice

we loved our stay. it is nice family run hotel close to center of St. Christina and very short drive to Selva. Matteo, the owner of the hotel, has superb attention to details and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. if you are there in winter, they have very convenient ski storage room with the boots heater. also, it is almost a ski-in location, you need to walk for about 100 yards or less downhill.
nothing:)

Matteo and Natalie are the sweetest, kindest and most welcoming couple we've ever met. Honestly, they were so nice that we constantly felt we don't deserve it. To give you an example – Matteo bought a double mattress (!!) because I've mentioned in the comments that we were on our honeymoon and would like a bed with one single mattress, not two small ones combined. And that's how they treat all their guests! It's just amazing.
Also, there's so much attention to detail at this villa. They even have engraved silverware – which is almost unbelievable for a 3* hotel! Not to mention the most breathtaking views, great hiking and dining recommendations, amazing (and beautifully served) breakfast and much more.
Just simply staying at this hotel once again is worth a comeback to the Dolomites!

This small hotel is run by a wonderful family who seem to do everything they can to make your visit special. Matteo and Natalie bring it all, special cooked to order breakfasts, the whole spectrum of drinks- from coffees, to cocktails, to incredible local wines, great advice on how and when to see the best sites. As mentioned in a lot of reviews, the mountain views from the rooms are spectacular, the rooms are comfortable, and ours came with a bonus- a traditional soaking tub that my wife fell in love with.
wish we could have stayed a week instead of 3 days

The rooms were neat and clean, quaint without feeling run down. The stained glass on the stairway landings were some standout decorations but the whole villa feels like it has stories in evert corner. Matteo and his wife were unbelievably pleasant and friendly.
The breakfasts were so cute and delicious. Matteo is a talent in the kitchen! He also whipped me up the cutest and best Irish Coffee I’ve ever had one night.
Also being adults only it was very nice and quiet at all hours.
With the A+ service, delicious mornings and set in one of the most wondrous landscapes on Earth, I’d call any stay at Villa Martha cheap at the price! (Not that it breaks the bank anyway!)
The only thing is that it was a bit difficult to cool the room room at night without just leaving the balcony door open. But that’s a minor nitpick and I’m an American spoiled by air conditioning.
